Sure, go there and see if you can get a deal on stuff you want or need. But you won't be able to make it a complete shopping trip. And don't drive a long way to get here. You'll waste your gas.

Laken Rhodes: Nobody cares about this location any more. It's closing in April. Every Tuesday they are marking items less and less. I only went there to do some extra curricular shopping. Nothing I absolutely needed, just wanted. Get stuff while you still can. And even if it doesn't work out, you can always return at another location. So shop on, buy em out, and get your money's worth!

Greg Bergen: Ever since they learned they are closing all rules have gone out the window. Company policy does not apply tho this store anymore. Everyone else was very rude, even the manager when I spoke with them about the problem I was having. Said to the door greeter that it was the worst customer service I had experienced at Walmart and he laughed and said that's why we are closing.

I parked on the side of Lowe's facing Aspen Dental Clinic and BW3!It is easy in and easy out with an 18-wheeler, 👍👍👍 also directly to the right is Texas Roadhouse. Plenty of food places here. If your cell service is through T-Mobile and Verizon their stores are right next to each other.Menards is behind Texas Roadhouse about a hundred yards behind.

The everything bread from the bakery is great, and so has a lot of toppings (unlike a couple of other nearby grocery stores).Very few checkouts that are not self-checkout, but that seems to be becoming the normal with other stores as well, so not a big surprise.The parking lot has some very large potholes, but there are plenty of cart corrals and the lot is well marked.

M W: I only use this CVS for prescriptions. The wait isn't usually long but there is no drive thru so you have to go in the store. Parking can be kind of hard because it's right next to a busy Martin's. However, there is one woman who works in the pharmacy department that could be friendlier. It's ok here but I think I'm going to switch pharmacies as this one is no longer convenient to my home.

De Y: I love this store!! I have been going to it since it was Osco's and have felt no need to change. The staff and I are old friends, we know each other by name, and they make me feel important whenever I enter the building. There is one part-time employee who even tells me a funny joke whenever I see him there. From the pharmacist to everyone else who works there, they are all abundantly helpful and kind. I love the bargains and the bonus bucks! My 4 year old grandson calls it "Our CVS" and it is! There is never any need for me to go to Walgreen's, Walmart or any other place when I can get all I need here.

I personally find the CVS reward dollars to be extremely frustrating but that isn't a reflection of this particular location.I have been here about half a dozen times and at least half of those times the checkout lines have been insanely 5+ people in length. B Bitch: Do not fill your prescriptions here. They close the pharmacy whenever they feel like it and if your script is a narcotic they cannot transfer it electronically causing the patient to suffer withdrawal symptoms until they either reopen or the doctor office is open to resend script.
Shiloh M: employees are rude. i asked for help finding masks and was told they were “in the back corner” of the store… i asked where exactly and she pointed in a vague direction. didn’t give an aisle number or any details of the products or sections of the store that might be near them. after wandering for a few minutes i found them near the front of the store. when i reached the counter, she very judgementally asked “where are you going that you need to be wearing these anyway?” as if that’s anybody’s business but my own. all i know is if i showed my customers that much disrespect, i wouldn’t have a job.

Mindy Welker: Pharmacy now closes for "lunch" at 1:30pm because they don't staff enough pharmacists. Can't pick up or even drop off prescriptions during this time. Ive been a loyal walgreens customer for many years and in a few short months of going to THIS walgreens, I will never go back in another one. Michele Woody: Was a long time CVS customer and when they stopped being 24 hour, that was enough for me to pull the plug. EVERY time I went thru the CVS drive thru line there was a line of cars. And it simply took forever to get a rx filled. Meanwhile, across the street at Walgreens, there is hardly ever a line, and if there is, it moves along quickly. I also noticed that some of my maintenance rx are free at Walgreen's, not the case across the street. One of my rx is over a$1,000 (before insurance) a pop and the way it is written/dispensed, I could very well be paying that 2x a month but they worked with me to insure that I only have to pay it once. Every employee I have encountered, whether it be in the pharmacy or out on the floor has been friendly, kind & helpful.

I hope this positive change stays with them.I will say that I have never had any problems with the pharmacy until today, but this upset me so much that I feel obligated to let others know of the unprofessionalism. I went through the drive-thru to pick up two prescriptions. I noticed the car in front of me was having a lot of problems, but didn't think much of it at the time. When I drove up there were two young ladies there, I rolled down my window and neither said a word to greet me. I said hello and that I was picking up prescriptions. The young girl who seemed as if she was training Jenna, was very impatient and unpolite. I figured she was having a bad day and left. When I got home and looked at them, I realized that the mg went from 5 mg to 100mg for a generic and wanted to ask the pharmacist if this was correct before I took them. So I called and explained that to the person on the phone and she said, " I have to put you on hold," I said, "sure, no problem." After holding for 11 minutes, she came back to my line, didn't say anything and hung up. When I called back I couldn't get through at all. So I decided to call the CVS in Granger. Complete OPPOSITE! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I hope the manager, Lori, fixes this problem as soon as possible or you will lose many valuable customers.

They will screw it up almost every time! If you are picking up certain prescriptions they will give you every other one but the one you need especially one that is an anti-seizure. You can call countless times to fix the error and they will be rude and still screw it up.

It did not take me to a cvs. Took me 15 min further than cvs and I missed my appointment. I called corporate to let them know and they said I should have typed it in myself, so I am not confident the issue will be fixed. By the time I realized that it did not take me to cvs it was too late to type it in myself and get there on time.

She not only was rude, but too stupid to read the prescription as it was written, including the additional refills available for an inhaler! Your team at Auten Road, South Bend, is not only missing this goal, they aren't even close! However, Kevin Reynolds, Store Manager, doesn't seem bothered by the Google reviews, nor was he bothered by the less than professional attitude of the tech. "Did you buy the prescription? " No, Kevin, prescriptions are filled. This wasn't the first time, but every effort for my parent will be made to assure it is the last! Quick, look outside, less then 3 miles, you'll notice you aren't the only choice!

Dan Southworth: Walgreens charged $54.41 for a prescription of Albuterol which she regularly purchases with the Good RX price of just over $10.00. Her Good RX preference is noted on her customer profile. For my prescription I was going to be charged over $135.00, and I complained about the cost and only then was I offered a generic equivalent for a cost of $78.00. Walgreens shows no regard for the customer and the cost to the customer.

I don't work there why did I need to try and keep speaking. Her customer service is awful and she should be kept from the customers. I frequent often, and I have seen her interactions with other customers. It was terrible then as well. Please keep her away from the customers, it's bad for your business.

Luke, had said yes, but by 3ish my son had went to pick up the SEIZURE MED and he was told they didn't have any.This is NOT the first time they have given us time frames when this medication would be in. They say a date then we go, then we get told sorry it won't be in until another later date. Numerous times we have been put off for days, then to show up and be told more time is needed. Very disturbing and disgraceful!
Robert Michael: Usually a warm and wonderful olce,place, since "Marge" started working there...... it's become a horrible environment! My family, and even some.of our friends, will never frequent this location ever agan,again, long as this vile and nasty person is employed there!!!!!!

Scottish Ferguson: As long as you go during the day, you should be okay. Might have a long wait depending on what you're there for. Avoid in the evenings as there is a rude employee or two on some evenings. Had one lady refuse to let me enter my walgreens card phone number. 3 times I've had to deal with that.
Jordan Hogans: Awful customer service. Lived in the area for a few months and almost every visit was bad. Every cashier is disrespectful except the young man. Yesterday, I had a covid test screening and when I pulled up there is a sign that states that one of the lanes is out of order. An older gentleman pulled up to the lane because he didn't see the sign, a genuine mistake. Instead of finding a better resolution the pharmacist tech(I'm assuming) starts screaming at the top of her lungs literally while rolling her eyes repeatedly because the microphone doesn't work for that lane. I eventually became the middle man in this and told him what she was asking for and he ended up getting his prescriptions and headed home. Then when it was my turn to be served I was looking to get a COVID-19 Test because my girlfriend had been feeling ill and we both need to get them to go back to work. I asked if I could use a voided ID because it had expired and I haven't been able to get a new one yet. She tells me she couldn't give me the test. I had my state driver's license and I had multiple other Id's to prove it was me (school ID'S etc. I went to another store to see if that was a rule and I was told THAT'S NOT A RULE! Ridiculous. Would give 0 if possible

If this the ignorant pharmacist seen the desperation in getting him tested so he can be cared for he could have gotten him in, nope!Incompetent! This will go on blast!

cynthnia Leinen: I stopped going to this Walgreens for several different reasons.The first reason is because they never seem to have anything in stock. Second reason They are very rude! Not sure if they’re overworked?! But who wouldn’t love there hours? And a 30 minute lunch! They text you on their lunch telling you your prescription is ready to be picked up. Seriously! How upset would someone be if they went there only to realize they were on lunch?! Third reason you can never hear them through the intercom it doesn’t matter if I go in I’m deaf! Now put a mask over their face. It seems like each Walgreens is a different universe no one knows what the other one is doing! I ended up going to this Walgreens twice waited in line for 40 minutes! Only to find out that they didn’t have it in stock . How hard would it have been to call a different Walgreens to see if they had it? I had to do that. Not sure why my prescription got messed up? These people are not professional! Whatever happened to common courtesy self dignity and professionalism, because it’s differently not at this Walgreen‘s!In order to even do this review I had to give them one star they don’t deserve it!
Sean Poyser: The store and pharmacy are always in great shape here. The staff is friendly. The reason for my 2 Stars is their "Photo department skills". They have none. They stretch, vertical, and cut off parts of pictures ruining the æstetic of the final product. NEVER use this photo department. Horrible job skills there.
Papa Fisherman: My wife stopped to pick up a hand full of perscriptions refills for me and came home with 3 out.of the 6 that I had callwd for refill. I had called in 6 but one of them needed to be ordered. I get this drug every and three months and always lwayshave to wait. I told my wife there should be 6 ready. She gets there and some female phamasist tells here there's only three. My wife said there should be more. The ohasist told here the others had been on the shelf but removed S they were there for a number of day. Ah duh! Waiting for you to get a pretty common med you don't want to stock on your shelf. Couldn't someone have called to tell me the order had arrived? This pharmacist didn't.make.any effort to fill the other three and just tell my wife off and send her home. What the hell kind of attitude is that. I'm an emervency responder and can't believe this pharmacist would act like this or treat us like this. Check out the reviews. Seems like it's pretty low Walgreens. I'm going to contact Walgreens HQ and the Indiana States Attorney General. I've gone to Niles and it was worth the extra few minutes drive. Much more professional and courteous. 933 North in South Bend should clean up that pharmacy.
