Edgar Latouche: I had an issue with U-Haul not wanting to accept my driver's license and the guy working there did not want to help me and dismissed me immediately. He told me to get a new license like ??? I managed to resolve the issue by myself. Awful costumer service.
Gene Yankel: Been keeping my motorhome there for a while and the staff is always friendly and great to deal with. We also keep my wife's Summer time car there over the Winter. We have also used the Uhaul portion to rent a trailer one way to NYC and everything went very smooth. Great place to store the toys and I would highly recommend them.

Beth: I had written a review about a staff member that I didn’t feel like she made it any easier to talk to her she would give customers the look rolling the eyes and just plain being rude whenever you’d ask her any questions. My son had his Subaru in the storage unit and he had stored his mustang prior to that so I really didn’t know what her problem was since my son was paying for storage and it seemed to be a problem when he’d call ahead to get his car out. He wanted to give them notice so in case any other car was in the way of getting his Subaru out they had time to move the other cars. Well it turned out the guy who ran it really looked out for my sons Subaru and my cobalt he drove up there to get his Subaru out and sometimes the cobalt would be in the parking lot for a day or so but the guy in charge really made sure our vehicles were safe and I appreciated him going above and beyond for my son and our vehicles.

Veronica Jurek: We went there to pick up a U-haul rental. I was mixed up on some of my directions, but the gentlemen there were super helpful and kind. And the U-haul worked as expected and got the job done. Great!
Pat Quinn: Sunday hours are wrong. Lead me to pay an extra day for a uhaul when I tried to return a day early. Tried explaining this and asked if I could still return it the day it was due (it was 5:50 PM - they close at 6 PM), but was told no.
Patrick Horvath: We went there to rent a U-haul for a local move from one campus location to another. Have no experience with the self-storage side of the business. The location is relatively close to the Notre Dame campus, easy to find and easy to work with. The manager was extremely nice and very helpful. The truck was ready and functioned as it should have. We originally planned to get it before the office opened at 9:00 a.m., so went through the process of downloading the app and creating a login so that we could get the truck and be on our way earlier in the day. The app was a complete disaster. We got stuck on the screen that said we had to turn on the phone's location service in order to proceed further, even though the GPS was already on. Despite multiple reloads, logging out and logging back in, etc, we were unable to make it work. We had to wait for the office to open and then go in and complete the registration in person. In addition, we were told we had to return the truck with a full tank of gas, so even though we only drove it 8 mi we filled it up before bringing it back. It took 4 gallons of gas, at $3 a gallon. When we got back the manager told us that if we drove that few miles we really didn't need to top it off at all. I asked if he would then wave the mileage fee of $0.79 a mile, in exchange for the gift of $12 of gas that we gave him. He would not do that. So overall the experience was useful in that it got us the move we needed and the truck worked fine, but there were some negatives.

Left a message about their software issues, and haven't got a response yet. Will be cancelling my unit by the end of the week.Update***Got call from front desk clerk. Also found out I was also being charged an extra $9 for insurance, even though I submitted documentation that the unit would be insured through my house insurance. That extra $24 Mini Storage depot withdrawn from my bank triggered a fee of $37. So $61 in unnecessary fees so far, and I have only been there a week! July 26 start date.

That allows for my team to work more efficiently and thats appreciated from both my team and the customers that we work with who have inventory in storage.
Erika Bransteter: My husband has a unit out there and when it snowed a few days ago he got stuck cause it was not plowed and then the gate was acting up and wouldn't let him in so not only did he get stuck in the gate would not let him in but we also had to pay to have someone pull him out. But otherwise it's been good.

Paul Ditlinger: The gate always opens easily and the storage units are clean and their doors open easily. When I had a problem with a lock not opening when I hadn't opened it for five years, the staff person tried several different methods to open the lock or cut it off by hand before summoning someone to cut it off with a grinder. The facility also sells locks and storage boxes for a reasonable price.
Elle Davis: I wish I can give this place a no star rating. I requested a storage unit online on May 16, 2019 and needed to move storage bins on May 24, 2019. I have not received any type of communication from this business except for the automatic services giving me a confirmation number. The email address for this business does not work. I receive emails that my messages were kicked back to me. I have called this establishment more than enough times to verify our confirmation number and storage unit. I do not recommend this place. Unprofessional follow-up. Not reliable. Will be contacting the better business bureau for a complaint.

I picked Mini Storage Depot because their rates where very competitive and their customer service was outstanding. The gals in the office were so kind, professional and helpful! They gave me great suggestions as far as things to do locally and were very accommodating. Last minute on Saturday, I needed an additional storage unit and Mary was quick and amazing. Thank you!

The Cool Coop we're cool: Fast, Friendly service to obtain a unit. Facility is clean! Felt like a lot of work to be unloading things into a storage unit, BUT this is what happens I found out when using indoor storage! Still worth it though :)

Kelly Stephens: Have called, sent emails no one has contacted me back but a 30 and 50 dollar unit went to 70 and 100 dollars cannot access account tried to make payments over the phone but was told this cannot accept anything now I'm being charged 180 and 288 for the same units have explained that I can't make the payments and not in the same state.Teied calling the number on the door .. no one is ever in the building to me accept payment. They are a rip off, don't rent from them you'll regret it. They did contact me after i sent this original post update they did not work with me it. They did the response for the public it was still the same price $188 and 288 for a $39 and a $59 storage unit they claim that the $188 and the 288 was interest that was charged to the storage unit.
Alicia Warfield: Definitely would recommend this place. It's super clean. Dylan politely walked me through everything and made sure I was well informed.
Ron Christiana: Bought storage unit, storage wars style, and was told (by manager, Dylan) the cleaning deposit of $100 would cover all items left in unit. I left stuff in unit like I was told I could do. Then I won another auction and was informed afterwards that I was permanently banned from the location due to not cleaning it out. Never told of the “cherry picking rule” cause Dylan didn’t know about it either. He said it’s written in the paperwork you sign. How do you trust a company who, the manager, will tell you that you can do something and when he finds out their own policies, tell you how wrong you are. I think a verbal warning would have been more appropriate in this manner, as neither I, nor the site manager, knew of this rule. I tried to call to find out why I was banned, they blocked my number at the location and had my number transferred to customer service. Customer service was very nice, but they couldn’t figure out why I was banned either. Apparently, no one at the company knows of this rule. Be cautious
Alicia Briones: When you walk in yes the place does look clean. However, there are mice and or rats all through that place. My items have mouse dropping alllll over everything. I almost threw up, I cried and prayed a mouse wouldn’t jump out at me when I went to my unit to retrieve something . I called the manger and he was horrible. He had a nasty attitude and placed blame on everything except try to fix the situation. I went and bought my own mouse poisoning and traps for my unit and I will be moving my stuff out immediately. I would move out today if I could but unfortunately it’s not that easy. I am so sad because I too was fooled by the way the place did look clean on the surface. I have had my stuff in storage before at another place and didn’t have this issue so I am just horrified.

Maybe hire more staff. The place is the best storage I have ever seen in my life.

Lynne Monacy: RV storage: The customer service is non-existent. Thin-skinned proprietor could not stand us making a single comment about another party’s actions. He refused to do anything to assist the situation, and we were falsely accused of being chronic complainers. We were, in fact, on-time payers, and that was our first complaint. Some people should not be in the business of dealing with the public. We vacated, of course.Follow up: Ralph is NOT a straight shooter nor a good guy. We had decided to try and stick it out till Spring. We winterized our RV, moved it over as Ralph requested, and covered it. Ralph was on the property the day we were working on it, never acknowledged us nor spoke a word to us. Yesterday, Ralph called my husband stating we had to move the RV by today, THANKSGIVING DAY, or he would have it towed. He claims we didn’t move it which we did, but he also mentioned this review which is his REAL issue. We have been nothing but polite, compliant and honest with this man. He also claims to have sent a certified letter to us. LIE. Says it was returned UNDELIVERABLE. Strange that no one else has any problem mailing us. He’s a really shady character, and we are very glad to be done with him and his shady operation. The box truck “out of Chicago” that parked 6 inches from our rig was the cause of the original complaint, but they were not asked to move after we parked first. What’s in the box truck, Ralph?
Justin Williams: Horrible operation when it comes to customer service and serving their customers. Wife had a storage unit and hired movers, movers damaged a yellow pole. Damages were around 2600 supposedly and owner refuses a payment plan, requires a monthly payment, won’t allow her in the unit and still has to pay the lump sum for damages made by moving company.
