A Hughes: Love their lounge wear and comfy clothes.Wish it was bigger, but I always seem to find something. Staff are always friendly and helpful.Store has always been clean.

Alex Walker: Aerie makes you feel welcomed and calm the second you walk through the doors. The experience is like after you open up your bedroom door to lay down after a nice relaxing day at the spa. Only this time, you get to pick out soft jammies, sweats, srunchies, undies, and bras. The company has an overall very body positive and inclusive image. It's nice that the staff tries to remember names, which leads to you feeling more inclined to shop there. Top notch customer service at a place that doesn't scream "sex" or "prep", rather "just be you".

Especially if you have like a young lady in your life that is perhaps still too young to shop at Victoria's Secret.Here, you'll find well made, comfortable, and very beautiful under garments. They also carry swim suits, leggings, joggers, sweat shirts, shorts, hats, accessories, and other miscellaneous items.The price is a bit on the high end (if compared to places like Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe).But I give them only 3 stars because the sales assocites never acknowledged any one of us as we walked into the store. I mean, no hello or can I help you, at any point while we shopped. Nothing! Yet there were maybe 5 girls just standing by the registers...talking. And whenever we needed something, we had to go seek them.But once at check out, Hailey, the girl at the one register was very pleasant...helpful...and knowledgeable.So altogether you will love shopping at Aerie's. Super clean and highly organized. Very light, fresh, and relaxed ambience. Think California!!!

A little bar and video games or movies would be nice while we wait for hours as the female folk try on all the items in the store.

Brian Cooper: Don’t buy online from Torrid. They are ripping people off. After literally 17 attempts to get a $200 refund from a return they finally stopped responding. With each attempt they assured me the refund was being processed. I even filed a complaint with the BBB and they didn’t respond to them.

I tried emailing,calling customer service and calling the closest store to talk to store manager. Its being portrayed that the dm is too busy to call a customer back and the representatives say they see everything and yet there is no accounting department that can look into charges based on what I bought. Just be aware and check your bank statements and orders to make sure it is correct. This issued has not been resolved and its been over a month.

Three phone calls later I was told they were having delays due to switching servers at their warehouse. Why couldn't they have emailed letting customers know that there were delays and why did I have to go through 2 different call centers to talk to someone who could answer my question? Horrible customer service.

I've been to far bigger and nicer urban outfitters elsewhere, but what can you expect, it's south bend. If you're coming here just for the sale, don't waste your time, there's barely any variety. This location is decent but parking is also super limited.

I seen an employee folding clothes and asked what time fitting room closed she said “ about 45 min before store closes” it was 8:08! The other customer said “ how are we to know what fits.” Obviously upset too the fitting rooms were closed so early. I just left my untried on bundle ( lost sale) and paid for leggings I knew would fit from the very rude non greeting cashier Kinzie/ Kenzie with no thank you at the end! Hello and Thank you should be trained! Bad management! I work in customer service and we don’t treat paying customer like we want to get out of there and hate our jobs! And just fold cloths and not help customers! Paying managers to fold clothes and close fitting rooms early so they can leave!

Sharon Jackson: Yesterday , while at Hollister’s in the University Park Mall . We were one of maybe 25 shoppers. All the sudden you hear pop pop and people screaming and running. Some people from outside the store ran into the store for safety. Your workers , stayed calm. Then we were told the whole mall including Hollister was under lock down. We were moved to a storage room and the door was locked. Again , all through this your young team of workers 1 stayed calm. 2 were very brave. There was no chaos in your store. The calmness that your workers showed kept everyone else calm. There were children of all ages there. You could see the fear in their eyes when running into the store with their mommy. In minutes those children were sat down in the storage room. You could see them watching your team. The tears stopped and they calmed down. The teen age girls also calmed down , who had no parents with them. Your team (crew) kept walking through and asking if everyone was ok. I just wanna say , you Hollister should be so proud of these young people. They showed not only courteous , kindness and courage but total brave , calm and determination to keep us all safe. One girl had only worked there 3 days. Bravo bravo Hollister and these young people. You showed that our society does have good , decent young people in our community. Your parents are raising some very amazing young people. Hollister you have some amazing young people dedicated to you and your store. Thank you thank you young people for protecting us all. 🙏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So are you going to burn the stuff I return? I put the clothes down and walked out. Good luck returning your items you can’t try on.
