Sarah Overholser: Our family has used Lina’s for years! Always a wonderful job and a very friendly person. We always look forward to our visits.
Solon Stephanou: Lina is amazing and so kind. I brought in my suit pants to stitch a button that popped off. She made the alteration in under 30 minutes and when I came back, she refused to charge me anything since it was a simple fix for her. I left her a tip which she was very grateful for and all she asked was that I tell my friends. Such a lovely person and the work she did was great. That button is better fastened than any other button on that suit, even the ones I never used. I would strongly recommend her.Service:Alterations
Juan Lopez: Long tradition of great skill and service! Very friendly and dedicated!! Masks are still required regardless of vaccination status as of June 2022. Please be respectful of the shop, owner, and others... we don't have to know the reasons, we can simply be kind and respectful of what's needed in that space. Being kind is pretty inexpensive with a huge payout in peace and better living! March 2023, update, it's still cheap to be kind and friendly!

Amanda M: Lina is a small Italian lady who reminds you of your nonna. As of January 2023 she was still asking customers to wear masks in her store. I took my Italian leather coat to her to mend the lining which had torn. I told her not to rush on it so it was about 3-4 weeks before I got it back. She charged $25. Her work is quality!

I've used several other services but Ziker's stands out in multiple ways! 1) They honored my request to use unscented laundry detergent and fabric softener - my clothes came back fresh but without an overpowering fragrance. 2) I love the way the clothes were carefully folded - everything was perfectly uniform and slid into my dresser drawers without needing to be refolded. 3) I love the hefty, reusable bags and simple pricing structure. I stuffed the bags to the max and ended up paying less than when using a pay-per- pound service. 4) Finally, big props to Tonya at the Jefferson St. location. Jessica Zeiger: They are fast and did a nice job cleaning my husband’s suit, but I am very irritated with the process of getting my wedding dress preserved. They don’t do it in house, but send it to another state. That’s no big deal. But when I brought my dress in I asked if they preserve the veil with it. I was told very clearly “oh yeah! It’s included!” Even the form you fill out specifically says up to 5 accessories included for free. But then a different employee called me the next day telling me to come back because I didn’t pay for the veil. When I came in I tried to ask why I would get charged extra when it says it’s included for free and it literally makes no difference to Zikers since they just ship it off to the company that does it at no extra charge. The lady at the desk was flippant and rude and just said that it’s policy and that’s just the way it is. I would probably look elsewhere for preservation if I were doing it again.

Ehron Nygard: Santiago is very professional. He is able to handle general repair of garments very well. He is also good at lengthening sleeves on suits and overcoats. He can rebuild garments that are worn and also make you anything custom. His quality and professionalism is excellent. He is classically trained and went through many years of school to be a tailor in Cuba. His mother was also a tailor and she mentored him well. He also does excellent quality work at automotive upholstery repair and at a great price. His wife is great at working with shoes ... but do not expect miracles on something that was cheep and poor quality from the beginning. She does miracles on shoes that are quality leather and not man made garbage. She can usually make a shoe look nearly brand new and if she can’t she typically knows up front and informs you. She is a master of heal repair on shoes.Overall - I will give them an A+ for quality, an A+ for price and an A+ for service.Services:Alterations,General repairs

Husband Santiago clueless,his wife very rude!!and unprofessional with me when I called and asked about my shoes.....and the quality of service and repair looks horrible my 14yr old Granddaughter could have done the repair. Picked them up today 12/19/20 and had to wait at the counter for 15 minutes calling while in the building😡😡😡They need prayer and most of the Lord I rate the quality and service very poor!! Will never go back!!

JAK kudlacz: Can't tell enough people I work with about these people. Great and quick services, birth with my boots and tailoring some pants. I wear out the heels in my boot once a year and her work always holds up strong. Definitely worth the price over buying new boots all the time.

katelyn: I was directed here to have a prom dress altered where I only needed it hemmed a little bit, just an inch or two, enough to walk in it in heels and not trip. The dress turned out okay, and they were timely with their services, but the cost of the alterations ended up being more than twice what the dress was even worth! Would not recommend
