I was not able to initially find the information on their website for what the transfers station does/does not accept so I called... twice.. and left messages.. twice.. neither time did i receive a return phone call. After looking at google reviews, I saw an email address and emailed instead.This finally got me a response and the information I was seeking. I then went online to seek out additional information to try to verify some other information. All that being said, I had then loaded up my vehicle full of large and heavy items only to get to the transfer station and find out that they charge (it's very pricey) for this service to dispose of items. Nowhere on the website did I see anything about a fee to dump. So now I have a vehicle full of items that I specifically packed, and have used fuel (over $5/gal right now) to drive to the facility, only to find out there is an outrageous fee. Be aware of this if you're thinking about using their services. If they choose to charge a fee, outrageous as that is, it should be posted on their website so that others, like myself, don't waste time and fuel only to find that out upon arrival.

Tomas Sanchez: Order dumpster online they sent me the wrong size and then shot me around to several different representatives on their phone and kept me on hold for more than an hour poor customer service will never use again don't suggest using them, as they just make your life a headache.Update: company finally made well on the situation, replaced 30yrd with 20yrd for no charge. Shannon Anderson: I am a brand new customer. I never in my life had to call a company and beg for someone to pick up my trash. I not only called last week for another container they didn't even deliver it. I called for missed pick up and they were suppose to get it by today and NOTHING. I have had this service for 1 week and you guys are off to a really bad start with me. If this doesn't get fixed I will be going to a different company. Please come get my trash.

Jeana Gervais: I guess I should have read reviews before choosing this company. We moved in to the area in September 2019. I've had billing issues that I had to try to sort out. Finally get billing sorted after a month of back and forth with them, though I'm still pretty sure I have been over charged. We have been skipped week after week. Then when I call, the cs reps I speak with all say that they are going to "escalate" my complaint since this has recurred OVER AND OVER. Apparently escalating is just something they say to get you off the phone. And if I don't call before 4PM to report being skipped, I get to wait FOUR more days for service. I have no idea how they have managed to keep a business running without actually providing the service they are paid to provide. I'm beyond disgusted and in search of a new provider.

James Buckley: Horrible service. Do not ever use. Miss pick ups more than they pick up the trash. Even when I call to complain miss days and rescheduled with a promise of coming to get next day they don’t come. This place is a joke. Missed 6/8 pick ups.
