Combee Bowlin: They came to service my neighbor's internet. They cut my cable line and left me wondering what was going on for a week. Definitely not "professionals" here.
Bryan Starcevich: If I could rate 0 stars I absolutely would. 10 mbps should NEVER be considered “high speed” internet. I wouldn’t mind them so much if every single customer service representative I’ve talked to wasn’t either clueless or straight up rude. This is an absolute joke of a company and the only reason I stay with them is because I have no other ISP choice.

My broker lied about delivery appointment but they managed to squeeze me in somehow, usually truckers have to wait till appointment time.Truckers make sure you have appointment before checking in this facility, double check times and appointment numbers.
