Veronika Mirage: I don't ever want to check out my own items and continually there is not a live person to check you out. It's ridiculous. I'm going to stop going to this one and move to the Mishawaka Target. Also they only have one person at the pharmacy during rush hour. Almost an hour while I'm the 4th person in line is too long. He gave 2 covid boosters in front of me the night I was there. Those things should never be scheduled during that time.

Terry Scheibelhut: I love Target. Everyone that works there is very professional, and also very happy. The employee's really seem to care about the customer. The store is always neat and clean. The store is spacious and everything is of great quality. I plan on shopping more often at Target.

The staff is generally friendly and helpful.I visited before Christmas to buy some of the Marks & Spencer food items they were carrying this year. They were packaged in reusable light up metal lanterns! The display was easy to find, and the prices were clearly marked.

Ramona Eppler: We were at this Target yesterday and spent over $200 in items for our daughter who was moving back to her college dorm.When we got back to the dorm we realized we had inadvertently left one of our purchased bags at the self-checkout lane.We tried over and over to call Guest Services, but no one was answering....so we drove back to the store to see if any honest person had turned in our bag.When we spoke to the agent at Guest Services we were told that since no one had turned in the bag we could re-gather our items and would not be required to re-purchase these items.Wow!! That is an AMAZING policy and we were ever so thankful for this.(As it turns out, we were able to find our bag at the self-checkout lane. An honest person had indeed turned it in there, so the attendant had our purchased bag.)Thank you, Target, for this amazing policy of permitting us to re-gather our items and not having to re-purchase! It saved us a lot of anxiety!And thank you, Honest South Bend Shopper, for turning in our purchased bag of items!

When a live person came on, they did not give me the opportunity to tell them what I needed they just transferred. My daughter cannot get her W -2 as she no longer works there. Now I let the phone ring and I've yet been disconnected again. This is ridiculous at best.

eric gelder: While the staff do the best they can, attitude does reflect leadership.On a busy Sunday afternoon with cashiers lines stretched to center management maid the decision to close to cashier lanes.Creating even more backups.The management apparently has forgotten customer service.

James Kauzlarich: Closing due to poor sales or theft, depending on who you ask.Most employee's here have been only OK, and some have even going the extra mile. But when I encounter a bad one they seem to be much worse than an average bad employee. That is compounded by Walmart's upper management apparent desire to have their employees do as little as they possibly can.Service here has always been sub-par, at least compared to Meijer across the street, but now it's unreal.A perfect example of Walmart's "do the least you can" motto: They don't bother to tell their Pharmacy customers that they are no longer handing out prescriptions, REGUARDLESS WHAT THEIR APP OR WEBPAGE SAYS! You only find this out by calling, or showing up at the pharmacy.(I won't ask, I will tell, with years of experience under MY belt: It's child's play to run a report on your database to get the names and phone numbers of all the Pharmacy customers with active prescriptions, so that you can run another program to automatically inform they'll need to pick up their prescriptions elsewhere. Sorry.-Or, add a new 'prescription' ready for pickup, that is just a message telling them how to get their prescriptions.-But see, that requires activity, while just leaving everything alone requires no activity. Plus you get the bonus of confusing and angering your customers.-And by "easy", I mean have the person who has the authority to ask the FDA for permission to do this thing for their customers, just this one time.)They also say on the recording that the prescriptions are all going to a Walmart pharmacy all the way across the city, when there is one less than half the distance, in Niles Michigan. BUT when I complain to a person about that, she says that was not true, and that I needed to select a store by calling it.I do, and the lady at the Niles store tells me that after she transfers my account, some unknowable time in the future, that I then would need to CALL BACK AND TELL THEM WHAT PRESCRIPTIONS I NEED!On a hunch I asked if they would be calling or texting to let me know that the transfer has happened, or if I was to use my magic powers to know that.Anxious to be insulted, she says, "If you continue to speak to me that way..."I reply, "In what way? How does me saying I have macic powers insult you somehow? What part? I didn't say a word about you."Stupidly she says she thought I'd said that SHE personally, was responsible.So I replied, "Gosh, I'm sorry! I thought you were an employee, and worked for Walmart. I'll be more careful to not hurt your feelings now that I know that you, personnaly, are responsible for everything pharmacy related".Some people are actually ANXIOUS to be insulted. They think it gives them power. When in fact, by allowing someone to make you feel bad about yourself, you have given them power.Being hurt by words is not an accomplishment, it's a weakness, and a transfer of power from you to the supposed insulter. Learn that, take it to heart, and THEN you will be powerful.People who TRY to hurt others are PATHETIC. Listening to customer complaints is AN ESSENTIAL PART OF YOUR JOB, AS LONG AS THEY ARE NOT ABUSIVE. When businessScrews a customer, the customer has a right to be upset and even angry, as long as they don't yell or become abusive. And YES, YOU, AS AN EMPLOYEE, ARE RESPONSIBLE to listen empathetically and with compassion. If you become insulted, then you are identifying too closely with your employer. And of you are not capable of listening to a complaint, without having to be constantly reminded that "it's not you I'm mad at", then you are not emotionally suited for customer facing work, and need to do something.Employee's whining about not being responsible will only make an angry person angrier, and being insulted because a customer complains about how their employer has treated them is just foolish and aggrivating. The customer already knows that. YOU are the 1 not clear about it!

Space Defender: I try to avoid this location particularly near evening after past experiences of card only self checkouts and full carts lined up at the only other lone checkout option, that one open "express" lane.Sunday evening it would have been very convenient to drop by there for my elderly father's eye vitamins on the way to visit him. But of course I walk in and zero checkout lanes open.The little self checkout cubicle that they prefer for some reason was it and the line was literally halfway to the back of the store next to grocery.This place is a joke. As a kid I used to hear about how one of the pains of communist Russia was how hard it was to make purchases in stores. Tell ya what, if those communist saw what it took for an elderly person to buy a loaf of damn bread for the rest of the day at the Mishawaka Walmart and based our society on that, they would avoid the free world.I drove 30 minutes out of my way to another Walmart then an extra 20 minutes to dad's and I'm sure I saved time. Management this lands on you. What are you doing there? Go see what other Walmarts are doing and do THAT instead of how you're running this TBA joke.

Will Trotti: I'm surprised to see how outdated this Walmart is, but at the same time it was running well and had everything needed

Penny Baich: Only stopped for milk, coffee and a shovel. Was in and out in 15 min. Had it all and cheaper than anywhere else. The most time it took was walking from one end of the store to the other.

Megan Ferguson: Once upon arrival for can recycling, greeter rudely told me and my boyfriend it closed at 7pm (it being approx 730) and that it has always been that way. Came in a couple weeks later and same greeter every so rudely told us it closes at 630 pm and that it's always been that way. Very rude and unpleasant experience not once but twice!!! Needs a better greeter!!! Also there is NO sign saying the recycling area closes at all

Very unprofessional, plus how can a deli be closed st 3pm !

So I started going down every isle, grabbing stuff, putting stuff back in different areas, stopping for long periods completely frozen, just staring at them. Nothing deterred them from their goal of catching a grown association woman with a wallet full of money & food stamps from stealing GROCERIES!!! Mind you, I wasn't wearing a coat, and I didn't have a purse with me. I had my wallet and that was all. Anyone know how many boxes of f$#@!*g hamburger helper can you fit into a checkbook sized wallet? Asking for a friend. I eventually asked said Walmart employee if there was a reason she was following me. She tried lying at first and before I could call bs she took off. Unbelievable Niles Walmart. I doesn't fit the bill of thief AT ALL.
