Nancee Witt: Elwood has got me 1 job without having to go through obstacles. Cat often leaves out details about jobs being mandatory. I even got sent out to a job which I asked to work 6to230. Cat did not once let me know before switching on that shift I would have to go thru a training of which I would have to work 9to5 for 3 weeks to learn the job. If she had just let me know I would have to train almost a month before actually being on 6to230 I would of simply said NO!!! She tried to do the same thing today. Give me an assignment without being told that overtime is mandatory. I asked about it , she caught a attitude and said “WELL DONT TAKE IT THEN” . That’s my last time messing with ELWOODSTAFFING!

Shawn Jackson: I have used Spherion on and off since 2004. I used again recently and was placed at Archway. Archway has multiple temp agencies working there, people in charge that have no clue whats going on. After 2 days I figured this placement wasn't a good fit and called Spherion for a new assignment on Friday. It was late in the day, so I figured they would find something Monday and I would have a new assignment on Tuesday. I was out doing errands on Monday, stopped in to see if they found something, was told they would call me later. It is now 3pm on Wednesday and I haven't heard back yet.

Completely skewed me on a job that I could of got hired right in with holiday pay vacation time and personal hours right of the bat...I wasn't aware of that untill I found out I am now going to get no pay for Thanksgiving Christmas or New Years (all days the company takes off and pay but not me) and the insurance they go thru is even worse! Make sure you read EVERYTHING as they will take double what your told its going to be with out getting any proof of it or even using it. This is all a big scam!!!

She was a joy she put a smile on my face and checked on me as if i was her big sister or mother i told her she was different from the rest of the nurses and she advised that she didn't work for the hospital itself but was contracted to work there thru this company Resource Nurse Staffing and by joining this staffing firm has changed her life in many ways she not only enjoyed what she does but she loves the company that she works for which says alot..because she has a great company to work for she was able to be a great professional employee who i can attest made my time at the hospital enjoyable when i could have fallen into a depression..i wish the entire hospital got their employees from this agency..to the owner of this company thank you for being a blessing and having a great happy staff
