tav: this place is something else lol.experience 1: arrive at 9am to get 3 balloons filled up for a grad party. we are told they cant get to them until 4pm because of "all these orders" (worker points to 3 baskets with 4 baggies in them. 2 in 1 cart and 1 baggy in the other 2 carts). lol ok..all while no one this whole time was filling up any balloons... yeah huge rush??.... so we go in the back and find 3 pre filled ones. they are half deflated but theyll do fine.. go to pay "oh we can top those off for you".. what??? so why could you not just fill my original balloons?! make sense of it.experience 2: arrive at 9:15am to get ONE balloon filled for daughters 3 yr pictures. ONE balloon.. takes 15 seconds... only 1 other shopper in the store and she just walked in when i did, 2 workers up front..obviously no one waiting in line.. as no one was there but the lady who walked in when i did.. one of the workers doing VERY MINIMAL of anything, possibly re stock behind counter.. and i mean MINIMAL.. other worker literally standing at the register not doing a single thing. im told they cannot get to my ONE SINGLE BALLOON..until after noon. i even asked.. on that tank right there? that isnt being used? cant just take a couple seconds? she said no im sorry itll be a little while.. BUT YOURE NOT DOING ANYTHINNNNNNNG. so i roll my eyes and start walking out. see a stupid personal tank and ask how much..($45).. buy it.. yada yada.. get home and literally fill this ONE SINGLE 40" #3 BALLOON IN LESS THAN 20 SECONDS.if there some sort of policy, fine, explain it.. but i feel it is just laziness. literal seconds to fill up a balloon.ALSO.. do not tell us you CANNOT fill our balloons, (which they do charge for by the way.. its not free. but we're ok with that!) AND THEN PROCEED TO TELL US YOU CAN TOP OFF THE HALF DEFLATED BALLOONS WE JUST PURCHASED! You cannot tell me that makes sense. "we can't do those because of 'allllllll these orders' but then you can literally do the same exact thing do 3 balloons we just purchased. make sense of it. you can't.

Amanda Troyer: Drove 45 minutes one way to pick up a single balloon for my baby's first birthday photos, only to be told they would only fill it with helium if I pre-ordered for the next day, even though they clearly had multiple tanks of helium within sight that were not in use the entire time I was in the building, so I had to make the drive again the next day. Additionally I was told the balloon should stay inflated 5-7 days, only to have it stay inflated exactly 6 hours before it popped in the middle of the photoshoot. The employees were nice and helpful, but the quality of the product combined with having to do way too much driving over the course of one day for a single balloon was just too much.

True Blue: Spectacularly talented local theatre! This is a very active theatre averaging more than a show a month. Most shows are two week runs with shows running Friday through Sunday. The Friday and Satuday shows are in the evening with Sunday being a matinee. We really enjoy the stage productions here and have been attending regularly for over a year. Long overdue review. Google won't let me give ten stars.

Andy LaFree: The new seats in the balcony are terrible. They are so close together that even a normal size person will have there shoulders up against the person next to them and their knees pinned against the seat in front. Unless you are under 5', you are going to be extremely uncomfortable the entire time. If I wasn't at the end of the row and able to stick my legs out into the aisle a little bit, I probably would've left halfway through. I'm 6' tall and lean for reference.

Chris Carlin: A step back in time, when theaters were elaborate. Sound is great. BUT, don't get mezzanine or balcony seats if you want any legroom. Last year's renovation moved already close seats. I'm 5' 6" and my knees touch the back of the seat in front of me. And, no foot room, either. That being said, we love our new seats on the Main floor.

The woman was so rude, she acted bothered by the fact that she had customers. Didn’t answer our questions sufficiently, just kinda pointed at things or mumbled and went back to what she was doing. Asked her twice for product recommendation and she couldn’t give any just made comments to make us a feel stupid the entire time, we hadn’t been there in a long time so quite a few changes and she acted like we should know. The woman had absolutely no personality and truly should not be working in such a customer service oriented position.

Paul Cape: Walked in and was immediately assaulted by an employee practicing medicine without a license. All prices are FOUR times higher than other places. I searched Amazon and found what i wanted for literally half the price plus free shipping. Most of their stock is fake accessories for overly excited, sheltered teens. I was shocked to find wrist restraints made of leather after all the pvc and plastic items. They need to toss the novelty items and train their employees in customer service and make sure if they don't have a license to practice medicine that they stop trying to diagnose those of us who have a real doctor working on real health issues.Edit: The owner responds by not caring that their employee broke the law, violated my rights and was unprofessional. You can also see how they skip over every legitimate complaint to ask me to shop online. Seriously? And a blanket statement about health and safety while employees are performing illegal acts? Who does this? I wish Google gave zero stars. Anyone who allows illegal activities in their business and shrugs off employees attacking people should have their license revoked. Period.

Not wanting to really ask for help because employee was female and 2 female customers. The ebony female employee came to my aid and fully understood what I was looking for and wanted. She was a god send. She made me feel at ease and discussed my problem and was very helpful. She showed me what was best for me and explained the product, use and pros and cons of it.
