Tracy Mcdaniel: So yesterday I stopped there to try and drop off brand new men's clothing the not to great customer service Lady behind the corner immediately told me they were closing in a few, and I'm like Lady this is brand new Sh## and from the look of the store you could use them, so much for trying to give back to your community.

I do always find at least one thing worth buying when I go. And the sales are good But it's not a store where you can refresh your wardrobe or find stuff to flip online.

I remember when we were just starting out and we couldn't afford much our son saw a riding toy, we couldn't afford it then but one of the workers just gave it to us. Ang H: This thrift store is maintained and organized regularly. Their inventory is minimal which I like because its not overwhelming or time consuming while browsing. The offer weekly deals and discounts on top of their low prices. I typically find something each visit. The volunteers are helpful and friendly.
Val Allen: I've never been to the store on south bend avenue, my favorite store was on Ireland road till they closed it..I liked that store, I'm hoping I like my 1st time trip tomorrow.As far as price, goodwill is higher than salvation Army.As far as the pricing all donation goes to a warehouse where they are sorted, priced.So don't blame the store employees if you don't like the price.

Twenty four seven fitness (Carla): Waited in line 45 min get to the front 1 person in front of me ans the register breaks. So then I had to go to the back of the next line amd wait for another 39 min.. good will gets plenty of donations and the big wigs .are plenty of cash get better registers..

I happen to go on a day when they were having an e-mail sale and the woman checking me out made sure I got signed up for their rewards program and received the discount (which ended up being more than $50.00 in savings (I was beginning a new wardrobe). The place is clean and nice and the clothes well organized. The staff is very helpful and kind. I've thoroughly enjoyed each of my subsequent returns to this location.

We asked for a manager suddenly he became the manager and was trying to dismiss us even though he told us every one makes mistakes because he said one sales tag shouldn't have been blue so no discount avoid him and enjoy your visit its a bit sad no good will when it's your business name?

Tashia Brown: I love this place, the shopping and the owner! I always leave feeling like I have shopped with a friend, even asked for her thoughts a couple times on clothes.lolI have MULTIPLE quality outfits from pieces found at her store! I never leave feeling like I've over paid or empty handed! The store is clean and bright. Also, it's not packed so tightly you can't shop either! You can tell she thinks about women of all ages and sizes while she is picking her pieces. You never get that moth ball, musty or "old fashioned" vibe/smell from the stuff she puts out. She also has nice shoes, jewelry and purses! She's always got markdowns mixed in, a clearance section and I think I seen grab bags reciently... Don't skip out, it's never a wasted lunch break when I'm at this store!

Hailiedaniele Kulikowski: Visited for the first time today and I can't believe I didn't go sooner! The store is much bigger on the inside than it appears from the outside, there are four different rooms to look through, and there's something to be found for everyone! The customer service was great, they were very friendly and helpful, and everything was reasonably priced. While I like that it feels like a hidden gem at the moment, I hope more people stop in so I can rest easy knowing this cute thrift shop will be around for years to come.

Hailey Dawson: I work at a diffrent goodwill. Compared to our prices clothing is slightly high but, they had the friendliest manager. His name was Alonso and I reccomend having a quick conversation with him because he is just a genuinely nice person and nice to talk to. :)
Melissa Wolf: The stuff they put out for sale is old, dirty, ripped, and EXTREMELY overpriced for things they were given for free. Who is gonna pay $1 for an empty 35¢ baby food jar without a lid?? $6 for the same tank top I bought at Walmart for $2.48? Watch em too.. cuz they'll change prices on items at the register.. and the people "stocking shelves" will literally follow you around the store like a toddler on a leash.. it's extremely freaking rude. A little personal space goes a long way people.. it's goodwill.. not a coach outlet!
Sheryl Gerald: I went several weeks ago and purchased a recliner chair from this store. When I got it home and sat in it, it was full of bed bugs. I was under the impression that Good Will sprayed and laundered their donations. They do not! As many bugs that we found in the chair and as many bites as I have on the right side of my body, the place must be infested. I am a senior citizen and the cost of this is outrageous. Shame on the Good Will for not protecting their customers.
Joshua Byer: You’ve lost a loyal customer today, I’ve been coming to this story on a regular bases for 4 years now. Found a nice tv box set with no price tag, cashier was sure it was 9.99 which I thought was kind of high. Then she calls the manager up and she counts all the DVDs in the set. Then she says $2 x 53 DVDs, wow! This tv box set isn’t even that price brand new! Nobody is paying $106 for a used box set, no guarantee it all works, and it’s non refundable. Worst Goodwill in the area! There’s much better places in the area to spend my money.
Errol Pal: This Goodwill thinks it’s a resale shop unfortunately. Items are way too high for a thrift store. Whenever you find something good it’s like 20% off of retail, might as well go to Walmart and get it new at that point.

Rw Barkey: I'm often amazed at the prices they think they can charge for some things. The store looks better and is more organized, however, I passed up several things that I thought were overpriced. If I need to make a donation I would rather do it specifically so I could get credit for it with my taxes rather than donate through prices that are higher than what should be charged for used material and tools.

Educate the public about animal welfare and resources within our community
WOW!!! Our Board of Directiors voted to award $31,000 to 14 different local animal welfare organizations for the 2nd quarter 2023!!! That brings our grand total of donations to $711,539 since we opened in 2016! Congratulations to all the organizations who earned grants, and to all of you for supporting our mission!!

Educate the public about animal welfare and resources within our community
WOW!!! Our Board of Directiors voted to award $31,000 to 14 different local animal welfare organizations for the 2nd quarter 2023!!! That brings our grand total of donations to $711,539 since we opened in 2016! Congratulations to all the organizations who earned grants, and to all of you for supporting our mission!!
