Indiana Toll Road US-31 Plaza: what do users think?
Stacey Clarke, SR.: My e z pass did not work for some reason I had to pay out of pocket. They even had One gate that had been knocked down
S. G.: I pass newer work here
Leonardo Fields: Cool people on speaker. Helpful kind. Always a thank you from them.
Deller Laney: The wrong tickets were given out charging me more from a destination I did not come from.
Corianne Kellems: Update: 12/2022: STILL A JOKE!! Imagine that! They take everyone’s money but can’t seem to figure out how to make any of this run smoothly. EZ pass is a joke when it’s constantly congested to the point traffic is literally stopped on the toll road.
Evan Thomas: The most raggedy toll booth I've seen in my life
Barbara Eckman: Rough road...
Nicholas Guyton: Quick and easy
Kathy Musall: Couldn't go through the paid pass exit it was broke and no one around was stuck and many others for over hour had too back up ,which was bot safe !
Charles Heintzelman: Love the people that work here. Their toll machines could use updated. They keep the toll road very clean & safe.
Rob Keisling: Took 15 minutes to get 3 cars thru. The lower ticket reader didn't work, only option was to get out of your car and use the taller one meant for semi trucks.
Brice Ambler: Ridiculous system.
Berry Gordy: Jus terrible
Melisha Sanders: Darn ticket reader would not work regardless the way u put it in
William Blumer: Like most people I hate paying tolls but the attendant was super friendly which made paying the toll a little less of a hassle.
Victoria Peterson: Got stuck with a valid E-ZPass had to pay $30 to get through and then my receipt says I only paid $5 this toll plaza is a ripoff and they are stealing money from drivers
Wendy Keck: Alot of traffic and dirty
Victoria Wozniski: I’d give 0 stars if I could. I’ve gotten stuck at the ez pass booth multiple times with a valid ez pass. Today, there were lines of cars that couldn’t get through. Update your equipment.
Andrew French: It's an automatic personless toll access. What is there to say?
Brian Hunt: Average cleanliness average selection not a whole lot going on here other than a convenience store.
barry tanner: Sucks

Roseland Indiana Toll Plaza: what do users think?
Grace Poll: What appeared to be an open lane was not. 4 cars had to back up and go into another lane which was super dangerous in normal conditions but I was exiting due to the blizzard. When I got to the other lane, the lady in front of me couldn't get her ticket to scan. Thankfully the call button helped and she was able to get through.
Twenty four seven fitness (Carla): Need to get it together, new machines and tickets don't match. Long lines unless you use easy pass
She Chefs: Took forever to get through! I'm used to Illinois whether just charge you based on your license plate number! Keep it movin!
Dan VanMele: Ez pass lanes seem like they only work 1/2 the time someone is stuck in a lane witch backs up traffic
Thomas Cera: The automatic toll system here is broken more often than not. Beware. I twice traveled from exit 77 to exit 72 and the gate did not operate properly. I was charged over $8.00 both times! I have traveled through many states and have never encountered a system anywhere worse than this one. Two stars only because I didn’t get trapped!
Dan Vabmele: Ez pass lanes are pretty good, pay lanes are terrible and slow
Karen: A bunch of thieves. Used the tollway I paid about $14. Going to South Bend. Coming back i paid $20. Make.ot make sense please.
Lisa Masiku: Too many broken lanes!
Tammey Cervantes: Old machines don't read tickets very well and screens don't work
The Freds: Trash. always have issues when using the toll road today they didn't give me 8$+ in change just needed my info. Hopefully April Smith is willing to pay the 100% interest per day I told them I charge for not having my change today
Brian Hall: Good and fast roads costs are minimal
Dawn s: Machine didn't want to work first try
Robin Montesano: Why they replaced humans with toll machines that people parking in hospital parking lots can't figure out is beyond me! I waited for 15 minutes for those in front of me to figure it out. Even I had to push the call button.
Robert Voves: Terrible system. Never seen a toll both fail so frequently. Time to tear it down and get all new technology so you stop wasting the publics time and gas.
Mark Zimmerman: First time through a toll system like this and it's not as straightforward and obvious as it should be for a "noob" after I sat there for a few seconds I grabbed a ticket and away I went.... But it seemed to last an hour....I guess I panicked.... Looking back at it, and having to do it again since then, it really isn't that difficult... Just the first time caught me off guard.
PJ Linner: Terrible Toll Booth wouldn't go up & damaged my $45000 car & they said it was My Fault thier toll didn't work right
Pam R: Machines didn't work. Had to wait for attendants to help each person, long wait.
Mary Kreske: Machine malfunctioned and had to wait a long time to get help.
Judy Millioen: Cab+toll pain in the wallet and head.
Tanvir Newaz: You are doomed if you want to pay with card.
Richard Pauwels: I hate it

Indiana Toll Road Mishawaka Plaza: what do users think?
c r: Don't use the toll road often. Paying cash, took almost 20 minutes to pay, about 5 minutes per car. No staff on hand. Having actual staff would have made the transactions faster. Touch screen had issues recognizing touch. Saved no time taking the toll road. Would have been better off on the side roads.
Markus McKinney: Always broke down slow getn through too many detours n construction at the 107 Middlebury/Constantine exit , and the machines outdated .. Indiana toll booths need get with the times lil better JS..
Tony Husted: I take the toll road often and it is fine in my car. When I am riding my motorcycle though, it becomes a problem. The sensors, which you need to trigger to get a ticket, don't pick up my motorcycle. You have to push the button for help almost every time. When the help desk does answer it is nearly impossible to hear them when wearing a helmet, ear protection, and with my bike running. My bike is not loud. They also don't do a very good job of keeping one lane at the Mishawaka exit specifically for EZ-Pass. This often blocks up both lanes with people trying to pay. The barriers are always broken, and the reader signs that tell you when you have a low balance are only present on about 1/5 of the lanes if that.
Vincent Walker: Ok
Heather Kelley: Auntie Anne’s was open! Loved that! Clean, a lot of light, so much better than the rest areas used to be
Courtney Baker-Beck: This toll booth is my daily one to get to and from work...sometimes I hate this one because the tickets don't want to read in the mornings and then I have to call someone, but I mean it is what it is and it is a toll stop, so at least someone usually answers the phone quickly.
Ethan Fletcher: Only one cash lane. Stuck in lane because it was broken and no one was on site to help. No point in taking the toll road if I'm going to be stuck sitting for 15 minutes.
Karie Anne Watson: Beyond stressful experience
Ryan Stevens: Lost all the time we would've saved by waiting to pay them for my toll for 20 min. If time is money, the toll road should pay us for these inconveniences! Since it was due to the machine not working correctly. And this happens often. Either get the EZ pass, or just pass it all together and drive public roads.
Barbara Ruppert: Under normal conditions fast moving with ezpass.
Christine Wright: It is quick and handy
Keith Speheger: Automated machines always working properly.
Richard Eliyas: Straight shot to Costco
Tammy Anglemyer: I'm on the toll Rd everyday they keep the rds clean.
Victoria Peterson: They are stealing from drivers over charging as you drive through the toll plaza. If you have a ipass better check it too double charges on mine.
jeff h.: Use an Easy pass for quicker entry and exit. LMAO!!!!! They only work half the time at the 83 Plaza.
Suzi Noble: Gps directions to this toll booth are incorrect. We ended up going a different way.
Brandyn Lawhead: Ez pass almost never works. Roads suck too.
Art Baer: Backed way up
mike green: Way too expensive.
Jess Hershberger: Quicker if you use debit/credit card. Usually manned from 6am to 7-8pm. Have to push the help button right away to move traffic.
