The business owner works the store and he is very kind and helpful. He’s a big-time cat lover and his cats may be around so bring the kids along with you to pet the kitty.

Shelby Gray: I don’t know about the business itself but one of their truck drivers was in Goshen and cut us off almost causing an accident. Maybe make sure you’re hiring safe drivers instead of idiotic ones. This happened on June 29th, 2022 on South Main Street right before College Avenue in Goshen, Indiana.

Richard Smith: Ordered 3, 6 ft pieces of square 1 1/2 inch steel tubing on 10 Sep and it was supposed to be delivered on 13 Sep. Did not arrive and it is now 16 Sep and its still has not been delivered, with no expected delivery date given by staff at the store.

Austin Klenk: Special order a part that I need and I know that grainger can get because grainger is a watts distributor. Part Number: 0915527 1/2 111-125 pressure relief valve. I called in and they said they know what it is but can't obtain it because i don't have the proper account. I asked what is the proper account, replied "I don't know, thats above my pay grade". If grainger could obtain this part that would be phenomenal. I would like to do more business with grainger. That phone call wasn't customer service. I run a online ecommerce store with over 1,000 items, if a customer requests something that I don't have in stock, I will source the item and make it available for sale on my store for that one person. What happened to customer service these days?

Brian Bucklew: Contracted the delivery and installation of a dryer and pedistal to a third party. The third party delivered the wrong pedistal and didn't do the install. Lowes refused refund on the pedistal and install because I didn't drive back into town with the pedistal for 72 hours despite the fact that I had valled the same day to report the issue.

The staff, as always, was friendly and very happy to see a dog.Earlier this year, we were looking for a dehumidifier. An employee here immediately asked if we needed help, then led us to the humidifiers instead of vaguely pointing us in the right direction. The employees at this Lowe's are always helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to help.

Matthew Lehner: Don't order anything that requires delivery. They will give you false arrival dates (days of the week that they don't make deliveries at all) and reschedule indefinitely. Don't expect to receive your products. As bad as Fedex.

Gary Mayfield: It's been a awhile since I have been in a Menards, I was surprised at the amount of things they have compared to several years ago. They have a lot of things that the blue and white competitor doesn't. I have always gone to the competitor but think I might be making more visits here when I need something. Now this was just one trip so I will adjust the review as needed if anything changes but, customer service was great and answered questions I had on the location of products and such.
Bob Bobby: They refused a refill on a legal certified 100lb propane tank that was certified this year in January because it was 15 minutes till close and claimed it wasn't a legal certified tank saying any one can engrave it even tho Franger Gas Company, Inc Elkhart certified it. Not mentioning names for legal reasons but there team that handles takes are lazy.
