L M: My car was totaled so it was towed away by ASAP. The next day I went to get my car. I arrived 2 minutes before 9am even though their hours online say 8am. I was snapped at rudely by the woman who was at the front office because said they open at 9 and i was too early. She then proceeded to tell me that she didn’t have my car and didn’t have paperwork and that I didn’t have anything I needed. I asked her what paperwork I needed and she said she didn’t know. So I left and went to the police station for my report. I came back to ASAP a few hours later and gave the woman my report as I was told to by the police. She shoved it back at me and told me that’s not what she needed. I asked her again what I needed and she was not helpful. She ended up taking my paperwork and I told her that she was being unclear and she yelled at me. Becky, her coworker stepped in and was a dream to work with. She apologized and took me seriously and figured out that the issue was on their end (obviously). They are incredibly disorganized and nasty. I would never use this towing company willingly. Absolute nonsense. Becky is the only people I would commend for having decent customer service.

I was there when this transaction occurred. ASAP had already been paid for their services. Other wise why would they let a different tow company fromm taking it off the lot. Do not call this company if you have a accident.

Tim Pruitt: I had my car stolen on 11/22/21. I called the police and filed a report. the police officer said that he would contact me when/if it was found. Apparently they found the car on 12/15/21 however I was never notified. I started moving on 12/11/21. My mail was transferred and I was not receiving any mail. When the tow company sent me a certified letter it was transferred to my son's address in Granger. I received the certified letter from my son on 1/11/21. Now I have a large bill to pay to retrieve my car. the tow company is charging me $975.00 through 1/12/21 and an additional $25 per day. I don't feel that I should be responsible since I was not notified when the vehicle was first towed. Then I called ASAP Towing only to be treated very rude by a woman named Rose, she had a very nasty attitude and did not want to listen to what I was saying about the car being stolen. I have dealt with this company before and never had any problems. I just hope I never have to speak with Rose. She is in the wrong line of work to have such a nasty attitude.

If you park in a private lot without the proper pass to be there, don't blame ASAP for doing their job. There are rules people. Own up to YOUR mistake/unlawfullness. ASAP isn't to blame, YOU got your vehicle towed.

The owner came out the same day and identified what was wrong, then had it towed, repaired, and re-aligned for free.You learn who people are when things go wrong; these are stand-up guys, and I'd happily use them again any time.

I am pregnant and had to be transported by ambulance to the hospital and Bud's towing towed my car from the accident scene onto his lot.The very next day, I called and asked if I could take my backpack out of the car (because it had my textbooks in it and I had a window broken out - in case it rained).Ron was EXTREMELY rude to me when I called. By me coming out to pick up my backpack, he accused me of "dumping my car there" (and he'd have to pay to junk it).When I explained that wasn't the case and the car had been there less than 24 hours, he got angry with me that the person at fault for the accident's insurance had yet to come out and take photographs of the damage - which was completely out of my control. He wanted to know when it would be out of his lot, and I told him as soon as I possible - when insurance would have it towed to a repair shop because it was illegal to drive. He STILL wasn't happy with that answer.He said I could come over and get the stuff out, I told them I'd be there soon. We got there 20 minutes after I got off the phone with him and the door was locked!!! Luckily, the other towing company right next to him (Hamilton towing) had a really nice lady who was kind and let me get my stuff outIf you have the choice, I would HIGHLY suggest not to have this "company" tow your car after an accident. There are other companies in the area with professional and nice owners.

Zackery Tracy: Let me tell you, these guys are the absolute best drivers I've ever witnessed. I have an 11,000lb ambulance that these guys went the extra mile to pull out of a perilous position and drop on a trailer while the ambulance was stuck in park. I didn't think it was possible, but they did it. I would recommend them first among any tow service in the Michiana area bar none. I won't go into the price, but they didn't charge me what the could have for it and I'll be eternally grateful.

They contacted Superior and truck showed up within the hour, especially good considering the time of day (5:30 pm). Right away I felt comfortable with how the responder handled the situation and questions they asked, ensuring our safety was top priority. One hopes you never need a towing and recovery service, but when I did, Superior really came through for me.

I had a blow out on the bi pass where there is construction and down to one lane. I spoke to the women she initially told me it'd be about an hour but once I explained I was on the bi pass with my children she took it upon herself to say she'd personally come get me and my kids and take us home and get someone out there to tow it asap! I can't express enough how grateful and blessed I was to have called them and them go out of their way to help me and my kids in a timely manner. Michael gryfik: Called them for a no start on semi. They told me that they would be on it with in the hour. It took them 6 hours. They said pump failed. And they would tow it in shop for repair that day. They never got it that day the next day I went in the shop to speak with someone about it and answer was there busy. They left me hanging. I had the trunk towed to a different shop they had it running in 15 minutes. A wire was broken There a waste of time!!! Unexperienced!!!

My trailer lights went haywire and I had no trailer brakes. Not a good position to be in especially beings the load I had on me was a hot delivery. I had no clue where to go for repairs and googled truck and trailer repair shops and US Truck & Trailer popped up and I called them. They said come on now we will have a stall ready for you to pull in. They started immediately and were all over they trailer like spider monkeys. They identified all the problems I had and made the repairs.
