Frazier Motorsports: what do users think?
Joel Rittenhouse: I purchased a new z900rs and the service was amazing! Great people and an amazing experience pace to buy a bike.
Michael Talaga: After looking at a couple other dealers I finally ended up making my first new purchase at Frazier Motorsports. I felt confident after having a first hand comparison in pricing between 3 dealers that covers freight, base price, and associated fees for the plate/title/etc.Frazier Motorsports beats all of the competition. I was able to save hundreds of dollars after not being haggled into over $500 in dealer fees like the other guys… their freight charge was at least $200 cheaper than anywhere else in the area.Long story short, plenty of bikes in stop. I went with the KLR 650 S and I’m thrilled with my purchase. Now with limited employees the process was a bit slower than you’d usually imagine. But in the long run it was worth the wait.Lastly, I’d recommend just using your current bank for financing in getting the best interest rates (which helped me in my situation). Therefore, it’s up to your own discretion.Thank you,
Keith Wright: Tim the owner is a great person to know, appreciate his advice on off road toys.
Ron Purdon: Great people. Excellent service, excellent prices and knowledgeable owners on all the products offered.
Mark Trent: Called about getting some tires and the guy tells me they don't have time to sell me tires. I didn't want them put on. I just want to purchase tires. There's other places to get tires besides Frazier
Christopher Pisello: Very nice informative staff
William Westerhoff: I want to say thank you 😊 you guys are really great son loving his Fulcan S
David Everitt: Wow this place blew me outta the water with there customer service.Tim is a superstar he went way above and beyond my expectations. I've never had a better experience in this kind of service. Can't say enough good things about Frazier Motosports I'm one happy southern Indiana boy
Thomas Panozzo: Great dealer right in town. Honest people, good selection, reasonable parts pricing ... Reminds me of dealers from long ago ... I wish there were more like this place still around ...
Luke maier: Multiple options for bikes, parts, and gear. Friendly customer service who will take the time to run down the list of options available. I stopped in trying to price a new dirt bike to see what I would be looking at spending, and the lady behind the counter was able to quickly pull up the price list to provide me the information I was looking for
Augustus DeMaegd: Tim and Lisa will take care of you far above and far beyond what you would expect from any service providers. I 100% recommend you put your full trust in Fraizer Motorsports. They made me feel like a priority and my satisfaction genuinely mattered far beyond my original transaction. Thank you for all your help Tim and Lisa!
Kevin Davis: Best deal I found for miles.
joe verburg: Great family owned place! Extremely honest folks!
Justin Plencner: Went in for sunglasses very friendly staff
Jay Lott: Nice people, very helpful, great attitude's very delightful visit.
Greg Burns: Top notch service! I bought I new bike Tim and the tech went through everything with me on the bike and answered all my questions! Lisa was great everything was a quoted!
Keller Logging: Top notch service !!Parts in stock!!What else could you ask for? Thanks again !!!!
Connie Kutschbach: Owners are very nice and knowledgeable. I feel that I am in good hands when I bring my bike here for service.
Joe Litty: Lisa and Tim are great people. I always look forward to visiting the shop. Tim is always willing to help out. And its not everyplace that remembers your name when you walk in. I would recommend anyone to go check them out and see what they have to offer.
Anna Chupp: The owners are awesome!

North End Cycle Shop: what do users think?
Emery Schwartz: I have not been very pleased with my experience here. I had an appointment March 14 for my 2020 Polaris 4 wheeler which wasn't /isn't running right, so I took it in the 13th. Didn't hear from them so on the 16th I called to see if it's fixed. We need to contact Polaris to get information he said. Didn't hear from them so March 23 I called them. Just heard from Polaris today he said, we need to hook it up to the computer so Polaris can discern the problem. Didn't hear from them so April 4th I went to their location find out what's going on. I haven't heard back from Polaris he said. I told him it would be great if they communicated with their customers. April 6th he left me a message he heard from Polaris, they need to do some tests. Today is April 14 and I haven't heard back! Don't know what's going on.Summary, Just shy of 5 weeks they still have my 4 wheeler
Hal Henschel: At was great
Ron Purdon: Helpful in finding anything you need. New toys or parts.
Jake Narkawicz: Called about a part for my 2000 quad they said it was discontinued but the same part is on the 2010 quad and they had that... wanted 35 when I went on amazon and ordered the same thing for 15 shipped next day. They carry polaris stuff but won't work on a polaris snowmobile or anything olderWhy I'm giving them 2 stars.
Aaron Blume: Got a great deal otd price was right what I expected it to be, Steve the salesmen was honest and straight forward with the whole time no fuss or hassle. Great place will buy there again when the time comes.
Joel Martin: After a year of another dealership trying to fix my Polaris 850 Jason and the service department took it on and solved it as a simple fix. great service and and very knowledgeable
Bill Burke: The attention from All the staff was top notch. Great selection to boot.
Herman Priddy: Rude salesman, will purchase a bike at another dealership.
Sharon Dawson: Nice people
Kellie Berget: We had two machines that required repairs per a recall. As soon as the serviceman discovered the machines weee not purchased at their store, they suddenly weren’t able to get us in for 5 months. A called another shop and they were able to get us in same day.
Robert Gliva: Had to have assistance buying a Bluetooth helmet and apparel. Brad in parts did an excellent job helping me and was knowledgeable about the product's. Also while having to muti task with company phone calls.
Billy Scrape: Purchased a used motorcycle from NorthEnd Cycle in 2018. I was told at the time of purchase inhouse repairs and service would not be an issue. Was even given a tour of the service bay. They now refuse to honor this and will not perform necessary maintenance on the machine.would never buy another motorcycle from this dealership. Their word is garbage.
Darth Knight: Great new building. Huge show room.
Brenden Mullen: I don’t even know where to begin with this place I wish I could rate it a half star!! Back in 2020 I claimed insurance on my four wheeler I chose north end cycle because it’s well know dealership/mechanics shop.. I guess I’ll start buy when they took pictures for my insurances company they only took pictures of the outside of the machine..didn’t get close up pics on the frame. The reason my insurance company didn’t come out was because of Covid stuff so they had north end send pictures. In my opinion my machine should’ve been totaled but it wasn’t… well I wait TWO YEARS being fed every excuse in the book! Being lied to saying this part was on back order but then it’s wasn’t that part it was a different part… well I ended up losing my patience called my insurance company explained the situation and they said go pick up the parts and machine so I did. I went to rebuild it my self swapped everything over to the new frame and come to find out… north end ordered the wrong front rack, rear rack, front bumper, front upper and lower control arms, wrong meter, wrong meter mount, and wrong meter cover it was all for the 450 kodiak!!! Only thing they had right was the frame and front plastics and a rim that’s it!! I was able to take the parts back and get my money back for the part they got wrong but poor service very unorganized company. I HIGHLY do not recommend this place for any parts or service in general! Oh and they “tried” to make it right by trying to get me to take another loan for another machine but giving me a “good deal” but wouldn’t even tell me “THE DEAL” until I made my decision on taking out another loan for another machine that wasn’t even what I wanted… so really they only look out for them self. This place has no human decency!!!!
Mike Parsons: They used to have great customer service. I used to recommend my friends to buy there. They just lost 5 repeate customers. There service department shouldn't include the word "service"They have screwed a few of us around for one reason or another.Always an excuse but always BS"we don't have any techs" "someone quit" "they don't work here anymore"They don't call back, you have to do all the leg work for them to get them to get something done.Do yourself a favor, save yourself some grief and find a better Polaris dealership. Sorry but ya'll have some major changes to do to get that place turned around
Jeff Schroeder: I bought a 2022 RZR Rocks and trails edition. I took it on a trip 9 hours from home . Had five days to ride. Ran great 2 days out of 5. Brake switch and speed sensors threw codes and pretty much shut the machine down. Guess you could say it pretty much ruined the trip.Bring it home and back to where I bought it. North End Cycle. They told me they'd call me in a couple days and over a week had gone by so I called them. I have a 5 year extended warranty on the machine. They removed the codes from the on board computer, charged me $50.00 and told me it's fixed. They fixed nothing. Clearing the codes doesn't fix the problem. I wanted to go to the top and talk to the Owner of the franchise but they wouldn't reveal the information I need to do that. So maybe they will read this and make things right. Common sense would tell you something is compromised and the sensors should have been replaced so perhaps next time when I take it on a out of town trip, I can feel confident that I won't be sitting in camp while my buddies are out having their vacation. What a disappointing experience. Not to mention the 2021-22 models are known to be having issues with the brake switches. The only thing I accomplished was a recall for the steering wheel. ( MAIN CONCERN ) That those compromised sensors don't ruin my next vacation. Had a nice cabin rented for the trip. Good thing because that's where I spent my time instead of on the trail with my comrades.
Thunderous Criminal: They refused to sell me a 250. They literally lied and said we don't finance those. Real men get big bikes. I was a new rider hoping to get a good starter but they told me no. We won't even sell you those. I would've loved a small bike because I'm new and am not the best as a beginner. Rude service. Hope you're happy. I'm never coming back and maybe you'd sell more if you'd be nicer to customers and thought about rider skills. I also will go to zeigler and urge any new rider to stay away from these guys. They are soulless and only wanna sell big bikes. Start caring about safety and skill range. Don't lie to new riders. Not cool. I'm really disappointed. I got gypt
Casey G: Nice new building. Great service. Thanks, and keep up the good work. Would highly recommend.
Scott Shelhart: Used to be my favorite bike shop…but the last visit turned me off. Not sure if I’ll return.
Shivur: Was an amazing shop. Apparently they recently tore it down there. Not sure if they relocated or what but they're not at the cass address anymore
ALRRC2010: Never been to the new building. Needed oil so we rode over. Nice new building & it was great to see Dan in the parts dept. He checked to see if they had the brand of oil & viscosity but to no avail. That's ok. Asked Dan about the service dept & he said that its next to the customer lounge. My Wife & I proceded to the area. Nice lounge and the service dept was the next room. We walked toward the service door, not to go in, but just to look thru the window. Some guy came up and said "your not to be behind the service counter. We were beside it. As we were leaving a person asked how we were doing. I said "could have better". That same guy that told us about behind the counter told him what he had said to us. I turned around and said "we were just looking through the window". And he said "That's not what its for". DUH!!! But it was still nice to see Dan again though.

More Indian Motorcycle Dealerships need to rise to the excellent example of Elkhart Indian Motorcycle. I will definitely make the ride when needing work or just to buy some goodies. Thanks for the excellent customer service.
Gayle Fick: Elkhart is a pleasant rode trip from Fort Wayne and well worth our destination even if we have to go back to pick up my husband's Indian within a day or so, this time after a week's. The owneroperator is very personable and seems to always be at the repair shop counter, a very busy one.
William Pixley: Good
Keith B: At a slight issue on my way to New York. they brought my bike in and I was out within 2 hours
Kelby Musselman: The guys and gals here know their Indian. Nate talked with me about the challenger. Thanks
Terry L: Facility very nice. Nice sitting area for customers. Bathrooms large and clean. WiFi excellent. Staff friendly, cordial and ready to help. Unfortunately this business is like many others - prices continue to go up. And even though fees and costs maybe justified the feeling of being “nickel & dime” is prevalent. Unfortunately the only recourse is to become “Amish” (go figure).
Shawn Stutsman Stutsman: Bought two motorcycle from them so far great people
Matthew Z: Bought our 2018 Roadmaster here it's everything we could imagine.Thank you to all the individuals that kept the door's open until we arrive.

Troy Roose: Do not honor their give - a- ways they had going at their booths set up at Elkhart Bike Night. Get it together Elkhart Indian! Note for next year; When you run out of an item,TAKE IT OFF THE BOARD!
Thomas Mcclain: Great staff looked at a motorcycle for the girlfriend very helpful
Teresa Roose: We bought a gremlin bell for our nephew for his new motorcycle that he bought with cash at this location
