Tim Fox: I broke a drive shaft on I-80. Got the truck over to these guys. Gene in the driveshaft department went out of his way to help. 8hrs later i was on my way new driveshaft,brake chamber and rear end yoke! There lounge is also the best🤘

Andy Higgins: I have had my truck in there three times in the last 2 months. All 3 times they have never fixed the problem or even dig into what my electric problem is. I very disappointed and there service and wasted thousands of dollars here. Come to find out my battery connection was completely strip.Also they fix 3 hub seal leaks which they put on my old rubber rings back on. Which made the problem even worse. I would highly not recommend this place for any service.

I am still dealing with the exact same problems...I feel bad leaving a one star review, however, I have to share my horrible experience. I have a new truck (bought it brand new 9 months ago, it has less than 100k on it), obviously it still has a factory warranty. I brought it because it had some issues with transmission. I also decided to add a pm service.We dropped it on Dec 19 after speaking to Jeff.They checked the transmission and decided to erase all the alerts. And changed the oil and filters. That was all that was done.When I called a week later to get the bill, I was surprised with an absolutely inadequate bill: it was $1k for the oil change and $700 for erasing the alerts.I have several trucks and I had oil change service done in pretty much every state, and I can say this price is double of what I paid. When I mentioned that to them they agreed it’s “a little higher than usual”.There was no communication, no explanation, no estimate, or any desire to figure out a compromise.Please, be aware, ask for pricing in advance, so you do not feel robbed afterwards.

Joe Jelinek: I'm giving a 5 star review today for 2 reasons. #1 reason is the 2nd shift foreman Taylor is a ROCKSTAR! 1st night on the job and after doing what was asked of him, something that was seized in the U joint hid the play, but the U joint was broke. People are human and mistakes are gonna happen. It's how you respond to those mistakes in life is what defines you. Taylor handled it like a pro. Very professional! #2 reason is Adam in the parts department. He found the part, I assesed the situation and decided with overnight air. The part showed up when it was suppose to. Louisville Kentucky pulled their weight and helped make it all happen. Long story short, they made everything right and I would definitely give them my business again!

Debbie Setter: I had a DEF Quality sensor failure, and my truck was going to go into derate mode. I called the service department, and John Brant was the service foreman on duty. He gave me instructions on keeping the truck running until I made it to their shop. I arrived 1 hr before they closed, I didn’t think there was a possibility of them to even look at my truck. However, when I told John I had an Over Sized, Time sensitive load on, he didn’t waste any time going to work on it. I was back running within 2 hrs. I appreciate his dedication, and understanding of this industry. He literally saved me thousands of dollars, and John was very professional. I definitely recommend Whiteford Kenworth in South Bend.

Elaina Jiron: Bobby with Belleway is fantastic. We’ve bought two trucks here. First one was October of 2020 and the second one February of 2021. I was out of state when we started the process. Bobby was quick to answer questions and respond to emails and sent numerous pictures. When I came to finalize the purchase and noticed a few small things they were quick to fix them before I left. The customer service was fantastic. Aside from just a few small things here are there with the trucks, which I consider fairly normal with used trucks the trucks have been running well and we’re pleased with our purchases. I’m currently looking to buy another and will be heading back to Belleway again when I’m ready.
Larry Brown: Belle Way replaced the brake calipers on my truck and 500 miles later a caliper fell off. It jambed the wheel, locking it up. My truck had to be towed. I called and told them what happened and asked for the Service Manager. I was told he wasn't available but would call me. That was a month ago! Buyer Beware!

Turbocharger, EGR Valve, Injector Dosser & now their saying Electrical codes popping up, Its been in the shop down in Houston for almost 2 months now, Warranty helps but I'm still $5000 in the hole so far Not to mentionTruck note & insurance etc. Do I blame Belle Way? Not really but it's terrible luck on my end, Especially since this was a fresh start...

smkr2012: Stay far away! My business has been a customer of Dales for years. The past few years however, we have been treated like the average Joe walking in off the street. Most recently one of our fleets vehicles had a plow controller go missing while the vehicle was at Dales for service. Steve denies any claims that the controller was inside of the vehicle at the time it was dropped off. We know this claim is false due to the fact that the controller was needed to maneuver the plow when it was dropped off. We will be reaching out to Western for further action.
