Gary Schrimpsher: Had a trailer wheel get lose and the wheel almost come off. I limped it in to US trailer Services. They diagnosed what i needed right away. I needed a new wheel, wheel hub and lugs. Michael gryfik: Called them for a no start on semi. They told me that they would be on it with in the hour. It took them 6 hours. They said pump failed. And they would tow it in shop for repair that day. They never got it that day the next day I went in the shop to speak with someone about it and answer was there busy. They left me hanging. I had the trunk towed to a different shop they had it running in 15 minutes. A wire was broken There a waste of time!!! Unexperienced!!!

Inderjeet Singh: NOT RECOMENDED. Had to replace a started on service call. Mechanic did not do its job completely and the truck broke down again after few 100 miles. Had to tow and get to another shop. They told me whoever changed the starter did not connect the wire from starter to altenator and altenator stopped working.I brought this to their attention and fighting for my refund ever since and they just pit meOn hold or tell me that they will call me back. NOT A RELAIBLE MECHANICS.

Chuck Bobinger: These people are awesome and I’d like to share my personal experience. I’m a Transportor and was loaded with three campers to head out west with and had an electrical issue pop up. My trailer lights went haywire and I had no trailer brakes. Not a good position to be in especially beings the load I had on me was a hot delivery. I had no clue where to go for repairs and googled truck and trailer repair shops and US Truck & Trailer popped up and I called them. They said come on now we will have a stall ready for you to pull in. They started immediately and were all over they trailer like spider monkeys. They identified all the problems I had and made the repairs. Michael Ramos: Driving from IL to MI in the Christmas blizzard with -3° temps, our trucks badly needed air. The self service pumps didn't work at this temp so we called Best-One. They told us to swing by. We were in/out within 15 minutes!!! Awesome place and if I lived closer, would definitely give them my service.

Marco Burlimann: We were stranded in Elkhart at a Harvest Host with battery power failure. Our RV fridge displayed low voltage error codes and everything was beeping. Coachnet 24 hour service referred us to Rod and he showed up within 45 minutes on Friday late afternoon before labor day. Turns out one of the 50amp fuses on the battleborn batteries blew. This special type of fuse was not available anywhere so he suggested installing a resettable 50amp one. Rod was back on Saturday morning around 9am and changed the fuse housing to fit the new application. We were back on the road by 11am. He was thoughtful and communicated well. Rod provided calm and knowledgeable support allowing our trip to Montana to continue. Thanks Rod.Service:Electrical
