Stephen Cripe: A first visit, the store is packed with uniform wear, boots, belts... They serve the local fire departments, police, and stop-by community. We were looking for tough boots that can outlast several summers and winters in a colder climate than Northern Indiana. The selection was excellent with 5 main pairs to chose from. It came down to a "tough" decision between 3 pairs at reasonable cost. Highly recommended. The staff is pleasant and eager to assist.

Chad Widegren: I have never had one problem from this Aramark location. Every time we need to add someone or have them removed, it has been a very easy process and the staff is very friendly and responsive to our needs.

Eric Ehlers: Unorganized and the least professional company I have dealt with for a very long time. They are not forthcoming in their contract about how they charge for certain items, and when that ends up changing your agreed upon quote that are not quick to help or fix their mistakes. Customer service at the call center is nice, but the regional and district managers are unhelpful, and not responsive.
Debra Jernigan: My delivery driver is a great guy that goes out if his way to make sure I have what I need, very courteous. Not to mention the clean towels without a bunch of fuzz and other things stuck on them. Highly recommend.

Pam Guard: Not happy with UniFirst!! Trying to get someone on the phone always has taken me 20+ minutes! During the beginning of covid we needed to lower some bills, someone came out to assist us by adjusting our visits from 2x a month to once a month. Ended up they put a new contract in place to help assist us. Ya, right! Not at all what we had in mind! The lower bill is now higher than before & higher than the contract states! We want out & we are told it's thousands of dollars to leave this company!! I have proof that this company breached the contract with us & yet I can not leave without paying them thousands! NOTE to anyone looking to use this company (or any for that matter) read that tiny freaking print that says you can not breach the contract without a fee but they can! Based on this I would Definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone! I will be trying to reach out to the owner but I doubt I will hear back at this rate!

She said go ahead and exchange! Wrong. God awful service - and all the money we spend on scrubs over the years! Are you kidding me?!?! 😡 There goes another $50 on scrubs that I can’t even wear!!

Because I didn't get any service, I ended up with scrubs that don't fit and I'm returning them and I'll go elsewhere.I will say I thought the prices were good, but this was my first time buying scrubs in 17 yrs...Either way, I'll pay more elsewhere for better service.

Heather Hopper: Ordered new scrubs 3 weeks ago because they did t have my size (medium) in stocks. Was told they would be in within 7-14 days...21 days later I'm still waiting and have received no communication from this company. I've called to inquire about my order and the phone rings and rings with no answer. Of course all orders are prepaid.....DO NOT RECCOMMEND!

Megan Bretschneider: I am not impressed with this establishment whatsoever and I encourage everyone to take their business to Scrub outlet instead. This establishment does not honor student discounts nor health workers discount while scrub outlet does. This business does not call you to inform you when your scrubs arrive at the store when you have to do an order. Every single time I have to make orders I have to call them questioning when my stuff would be ready and I get a response that it arrived that same day every single time and they lie and say they called and they never called me and I do have a thing called a voicemail box and they have never once left a message.

So I drove all the way to Mishawaka’s store, which was about an hour drive one direction after driving to each store. Despite that, I still give my review five stars because from the time I entered the store until the time I left, I had a great customer experience.Maria was the gal working that day and she was absolutely phenomenal. She was very polite, personable, and willing to help me find what I needed. I had my newborn with me and it was the first time I have truly went out with her on my own and Maria even helped me with my baby while I was completing other tasks; I didn’t even have to ask, she just offered. It was so nice to know that there are still people/employees out there that can connect with you on a personal level and have very warm personalities, especially in today’s world where a lot of places are short staffed and people are short tempered. Thank you, Maria, for making my visit memorable and for being you.
