Kyra Horlander: I never even went to this place but whoever the receptionist is or whoever be answering the phone is unprofessional and rude.

Mason Behnke: Scheduled a vasectomy consultation and met with Dr. Hudak. He was very professional, courteous, personable, and straight to the point. He made me feel confident and comfortable during the consultation.I received my vasectomy a week after the consultation and Dr. Hudak, once again, made me feel very comfortable and confident. He was very quick and it was a fairly painless procedure. Although I was nervous, he helped calm me down and the next thing I knew, we were finished. Big appreciation to him!

The Jozwiak Family: The staff working there are not helpful nor welcome. They do not pick the phone, and when they do, they are very rude. All the calls are directed to an answer machine. They said they will return the calls but they don’t. I went in person to try to schedule an appointment and I did not have luck. The receptionists said they only schedule appointments by phone. But they never answer the phone. I do not recommend this office.

Bridget Hardy: Review disclaimer is that I never actually saw a doctor here… Was scheduled for an appointment about eight weeks out. Called a couple times to try to get in earlier if there was a cancellation and was met with a comment that other people had more important issues than I did. Got a message that appointment had been canceled two days before it was supposed to happen and that I should call back to get in in another eight weeks. Was able to get something sooner than that with a different doctor in same office. They told me to come a half hour early. I showed up 20 minutes early and the first thing the receptionist said was, “You should’ve been here at one.” The second thing she said was That the doctor had to leave and it would be an hour to three before I could be seen. At that point, I decided to find another office. The doctors very well May be great here, but the gateway staff is tough. Never was any basic empathy shown or the standard courtesy you might expect such as, sorry for your inconvenience etc. I am totally understanding about the busy environment of healthcare and how life is not always predictable generally, but my understanding is very much challenged when people just simply aren’t very nice.

Janet Rose: The way this place operates - they don't let you know of an appt change until the week of your appt even though they know about it well in advance of the date. the person I talked to was a case of "well, this is how we do it" attitude.

ALL4FITZ: The person who answered the phone was extremely helpful and personable. I would just recommend to her and anyone speaking professionally with customers that they understand it's important to say bye before hanging up the phone.

Bob Haworth: I have been a patient of Dr. Hudak since 2004. He treated me for prostate cancer and had a 100 per cent success. I would recommend Dr. Hudak to anyone requesting an urologist. I will continue under his care as long as he is available. Susan Snider was my provider at my last appointment and was extremely thorough and so pleasant. Entire staff was just the best. All were number one in my book.

Lisa Emmert: Dr Cooper was very approachable and easy to talk to. He didn’t make me feel rushed and let me ask all my questions, even though I knew he had a surgery scheduled. He explained everything to me to make sure I was comfortable with what was next.

Larry St Germain: On the plus side I found Dr. Cooper to be very pleasant to talk with and discuss my problem. On the minus side it has been several months before I actually met him.

Kathleen Kolberg: On the plus side, Dr. Cooper has good surgical skills and the procedure was a success. On the downside, this is he worst medical office I have ever dealt with. It is hard to describe how awful it has been to get care organized and have things messed up. When a patient has a Foley catheter you cannot wait for three days and 15 phone calls to finally prescribe an antibiotic (it took 2 days and a visit to the lobby to get a urine test ordered) as the patient gets sicker and sicker - they told me if he was so sick I should just go to the ER, which would require an ambulance after 5 pm and going to the ER with a UTI during the covid surge was not a good option. After 3 days of calls for the UTI, we showed up for the cystoscope (paid an aid to get dad ready and a wheelchair transport) and were told we couldn't do the scope with a UTI. Getting the catheter out after surgery also took 3 days of phone calls, 2 trips in person to the lobby to ask for the order, and when I asked for the printed copy of the medical record, they gave me another patient's record. I have never dealt with an office with a complete lack of compassion, just plain meanness in interactions (the front desk ladies were nice), and errors like giving me someone else' record. I am astounded.

Dean Seber: Although she is a nice doctor she has the WORST appointment times ever...if your appointment is at 3:30 expect to NOT be seen until atleast 4:30. I have been bringing my mom to her for the past year and a half for cancer check ups and EVERY single time EVERY single appointment we have waited an hour or MORE past our appointment time to even be seen. To me thats unacceptable and when we schedule other appointments same day 2 hours later and we have to cancel those because of her lateness thats UNACCEPTABLE

Nancy: Doesn’t return phone calls. Twice I’ve made calls to them and twice I had to call again the next day to only wait the entire day just to get results of a test. I don’t have fault with Dr. Delnay but they should absolutely have someone returning calls in a timely matter.

Renee Vargo: I am very impressed by Dr. Delnay. She hurried to the hospital at 3:00am New Years night to do an emergency procedure due to a sepsis infection. Getting this done right away and the fact she put me, not only on a broad spectrum antibiotic, but one that treats drug resistant sepsis, which I ended up having, made a huge difference in the severity of my infection. She's a very smart, thorough doctor, and I was very fortunate she was on call during my crisis.

Mary Quig: I was very pleased to be able to get into Dr. Delnay, as South Bend/Mishawaka has fewer urologists than before and it's hard to get an appt. She took the time to listen to my history,which is a bit complicated, ordered tests, and got back to me quickly on results and has given me good advice. Nice to have a patient doctor when you ARE a patient. Her staff was great. She is also a graduate of the Univ. of MIchigan's medical school, which means she must also have been a very good student - not an easy med school to get into!
