Mark Resendez: This place is the best! I went in looking for a gaming desk after checking several other stores. I found a great desk but it didn't have a feature I wanted, a slide-out keyboard tray. They found some hardware then modified and installed it for me on the spot! I got exactly what I pictured in my mind that I couldn't find anywhere else. AND, it was late in the day! Super nice, down to earth people who know what they're doing too. Next time I have need, this will be the first place I come to, not the last.

James Richardson: This is a positively amazing store. They have furniture that they call “seconds” which doesn’t even mean it was “used”. Some of it was simply returned upon delivery; lots of it was returned because there’s a little scratch or ding somewhere (typically insignificant). I purchased my desk here; we paid $135 for it and the msrp (because it is industrial office furniture) was almost $700... all because of a little scratch on the back panel (that I pushed up against a wall)! We’ve also purchased filing cabinets and other things. The deals are just awesome. Their stock changes regularly so it’s fun to pop in every so often. I’d recommend a visit even if you live all the way in South Bend.

Angel Franklin: Once the other half of my furniture was delivered one piece was broken. I was told although I paid full price my salesman put I would accept a broken floor model for the price of a brand new one. REALLY! So that was already 8weeks after making my first payment and no product. I go in today and they still have not corrected a mistake from a week ago and just keep telling me sorry as if thats going to pay my credit card bill for a product I don't have. I feel unvalued and disrespected AGAIN! FURNITURE ROW Mishawaka store don't value BLACK DOLLARS!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY SHOP BLACK IF YOU CAN!Never again will they get my business. Now I have a credit line I can't use. They lack integrity and respect for a persons hard earned dollar!!!!!!!
Janet Ponte: Went to find a loveseat,rug,and coffee table and entertainment center.Entered store four employees at the main desk area.Recieved no greeting just looks.Proceeded to look around the whole store checked out some loveseats waited for some kind of acknowledgement but received nothing.So we left and I went home and bought everything on Wayfair.Will never buy anything from there.
NICOLE: We purchased a sectional and not even 3 months later it broke in 2 places. The store was very quick to insinuate that we caused the damage versus it being a manufacturers defect but that they would send a repair person out "as a courtesy". It shouldn't be considered a courtesy to repair something that broke due to poor quality - that is just good customer service.The repair guy spent 6 hours at our home and I was shocked to see that the wood used in the arms is paper thin so it is no surprise that it cracked right in half. Even after the repairs, we now have a sectional that creaks so loud every time you sit down or stand up and one area is sunken in and not completely aligned with the rest of the couch. We paid over 2k for this sectional and this should not be happening within the first few months (or really years!) after purchase. We have a different living room set in our basement from Ashley furniture that still looks and functions exactly the way it was when we bought it 4 years ago and has a 7 year warranty. We will never shop Furniture Row again. Buyer beware and take your hard earned money somewhere that will provide good customer service even after the sale.

The lady checking me out asked me to download the app. It took forever and when I said I needed to go, she took my phone out of hand and told me to wait. She was extremely aggressive about getting me to download this app. I will not be returning to this Staples store for fear of running into cashier Janet again.
John Stockman: Bought an office chair but the seat holes didn't line up so it couldn't be assembled. Hauled it back to the store for an exchange. Manager, Don, said they no longer do exchanges. Don said I could do a return only and the sale price was no longer valid. Said I had to pay $25 more for the same chair.Took the refund. I'll never set foot in that place again. What a rip off. Should have known better than to buy from them. What a crock!I'd give them zero stars if I could!

He helped me print sale signs from my flash drive for our retail store…Office Depot WAS our go to place, but Cory’s customer service, positive attitude, experience and enthusiasm helped me solve problems that were not even attempted by the competitor. I’m going to have him do our store front window screens!
Alicia Manning: Jose and Mitchele are an exceptionally awesome team! They are truly assets to the Staples brand. Both are experts multi-taskers and Jose was the first to greet me as I entered the store. That was noteworthy because I walked by the asst manager and another employee twice before getting to Jose. The other two never stopped their conversation to greet a customer. Jose represented the company with real customer service and a commitment to excellence through his coaching of Mitchele and assistance to me. Thanks Jose!

The current employee that was around didn’t try to help, asked him and all he said was there was a limited time he could help me and didn’t even try to actually help me only raising his voice and getting irritated with me.
R Chest: Had a few non positive interactions with Staples over the past few years. For one thing the rewards program full of loop holes that makes it hard to figure out what to do to earn rewards and very easy to not meet qualifications and loose out. Besides that the most recent glitch was I ordered online for home delivery but I made a huge mistake and sent it to my other address - totally my fault. Literally hours after placing the order I chatted with a 'rep' who assured me they canceled the order and I even got a confirmation of the cancelation. BUT few days later I then get a delivery confirmation too and SURPRISE turns out when the first rep lies and says the order is canceled the second rep says it is UNABLED to be canceled. I could not even go thru UPS to redirect or cancel (UPS Stinks too). So not impressed with the lie - or lack of training - maybe rep was not even in the USA. Regardless 3 stars for all my listed and non listed issues over the past few years.
sas: Manager careles, horrible service, Walmart will do better. Needs a new manger team that will care about service and taking the time to look up need material for future businesses.
alex murray: Placed a order to get business cards made online. Normally they call saying they are ready. No call to tell me they are ready or that their store closes earlier than normal. Bad communication on their part. Waste of a drive for nothing.

Leanne Marcheschi: Went for push pins for a bulletin board but they do not carry them... I thought this was an office supply store? They carry push pins, but not flat thumb tacs. The customer service rep didn’t even care to help me find them and when I told him the ceiling was leaking and there was no basket underneath he acted like he didn’t care saying that it’s leaking everywhere. Then went back to sitting on a stool in the aisle playing on his phone. Went across the street and purchased what I needed at Walgreens.
Alyssa Myers (Aly): It’s a nice store with generally nice employees but most of the time they aren’t that knowledgeable. & most of the time they NEVER have what I need. Especially when it comes to toner. Every time I run out, I call they are out. Luckily Office Depot comes through, every time.
