Dellstar VR: what do users think?
Gaming Hero: It was soo much fun 🤩
Levi Phillips: Staff is very helpful and friendly the games ran perfectly if want to experience vr and can't afford a PC this is the move!!!!
Karla, It's all love: Fun and unique experience!
Karl Hopkins: This is an easy 5 star experience ! We just had a party with 10 5th grade boys at his new location in the Adventureplex and it was good. Despite some frustrating technical glitches, we were treated right and we will play again!!
Tiana Rich: DELLSTAR IS THE BEST!!!It is always fun to play on the vr/virtual reality set.
Jeff Peterson: My 2 grandkids and I attended the Dellstar VR launch of his mobile VR unit. They had an awesome time. They played a racing virtual reality game and really enjoyed the setup with the steering wheel, foot pedals and the feedback from the chair as they drove. The trailer is comfortable and inviting. It was a cold late fall day and it was nice and warm inside. Definitely recommend Dellstar VR as my grandkids had a blast and said they would love to play this again.
Big Bear 97: THEY HAVE A DOG! Staff is super friendly, the kids have a blast, and the place is very clean.
David R: Had a wonderful time, staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend
My Phone: A couple of my grandkids had their birthday parties here and it was AWESOME! All the kids had so much fun! So much so that my other daughter is having her kids birthday party there too.
Casi Baich: This place was great! Owner was very helpful and great atmosphere. Our party had all different ages and everyone found something to play. Definitely will be going back!
jg4390: Very friendly staff. Had a cool experience definitely worth going. More fun with a group!
Sarah Beam: Had a great time VR gaming here! It was my first experience and they were really awesome at helping me figure out the movements and game controls. Friendly owner and overall a very cool experience. Would definitely return and recommend to people of all ages!
Jason Barber: Really fun place to experience VR gaming! Good selection of games, and the owner was really helpful. We'll be back!
Jackie Neher: Absolutely the best VR experience ever! The owner was super helpful and friendly! The kids changed games many times and he was so helpful in choosing things they would like. The atmosphere was welcoming and had a nice area for parents to sit and chat while watching!
Lara Bethel: Clean and fun environment and the owner is great with the kids and so helpful! Will definitely be back!
Adell Badgett III: Awesome gaming experience, there were so many I couldn’t play just one, great place to go by yourself or with some friends!
Jack Garrett: Had a great time best arcade in the city
Belinda Page: Love this place...Its was so much fun
Dominic Trzaskowski: What a great place to escape reality! The game options are great ranging from arcade style games to FPS games. Awesome environment! Even when not playing, the music and enjoyment from watching others in the party play, is entertaining. The location is perfect as well, within walking distance to have a meal before or a drink after playing. This is a must go place in South Bend.

GameStop: what do users think?
Al Green: Great selection! Friendly service!!
Edna Morton: Didn't have the game my Grandson wanted, but super friendly staff here!!
Jim Rockford: GameStop is a dying business that will likely not be around much longer. After not coming here for about 5 years, I come in here to see what games they have. The first thing I noticed was how bland the store was. There used to be signs and posters up everywhere and the place was packed with people, it was very lively with activity and things. Not anymore. The cashier was very nice and helpful but he looked like he had spent the whole time napping before I walked in. I'd believe it with how empty it was. I went in at around 1pm and there was absolutely nobody in here and it was so silent it was creepy. I looked around for about half an hour and left with a few games and not a single other customer ever came in the door. I was shocked to find they have next to nothing for games now. No PS2 games, no Xbox games, no Wii or Wii-U games...nothing. All they have is a tiny amount of PS3/360 games, and then PS4, PS5, One, and Switch. Mostly every game in the store was over $15-$20 on average while the rest were $45-$70. Also all the game discounts you used to get with being a pro member - gone as well. There's absolutely no point coming here anymore. I went over to Target and found a bunch of games I was looking for ON CLEARANCE for cheaper than Gamestop.
Seanna Scheibelhut: We needed Pokémon cards and a binder and they had them.
Jacob Black: Love this place. This is my go to gamestop. Staff is super helpful and it's always great when I walk in and see Brent is working cause I know I'm going to get the latest in what's coming out and what I need to look into that is going to be big that wouldn't be on my radar when it comes to gaming. Alway know that this place will always have a great selection of collectables to pick from. Overall great place that's underrated
Larry Grant: Good sale this week
Derek Lacey: Don’t bother calling…. No one will answer
Kylynn Boi: Pretty good but only got 17 dollars for 2 games in great condition (gran turismo 7 and call of duty vanguard)
Cody Apted: They had friendly service and low prices was glad for the visit though I didn't need anything at the time was there with someone else...
BlackBeltStatus: GOT MY SPLATOON 3!!
Corey Blad: Costumer service there is beyond anything you hope for
Jester: If you are looking for games or video game related merchandise gamestop is ok. But I would rather purchase my games through amazon. There are some really nice men and women working there, but of course some of gamestop's policies/prices don't meet eye to eye with most customers but hey what can you do that's there rules. I'm no expert or professional at anything, I'm just ranting. What it comes down to is price, value, customer service, it's 50/50 for me. I would rate this location a 7 out of 10.
Dylan Pohl: Doesn’t know how to answer the phone.
Noah Gude: Some of the friendliest and most helpful staff you'll meet
Gary: Very helpful and knowledgeable. Never a problem.
Kevin Crawley: Always a good experience. There a slight upcharge on collectibles and games. Employees are ALWAYS friendly and helpful.
micka porter: I don't knownthe guys name so forgive me...but the bald guy that works here is very knowledgeable on games. Past games or games coming up. He was very informative and it's not the first time we have dealt with this guy. He is always patient and very helpful. He alone gets the store 5 stars. Thank you buddy for your help. Very professional and courteous.
Tamara Smith: This particular store has a variety of current and past games. They also have a huge selection of merchandise! The store is always clean and have excellent, knowledgeable, staff.
Ian Polando: Good store!
Stevie Frank: I give him the one star cuz I haven't been to GameStop since 2011
Anthony Diaz: Great help, nice gear and games.👍👍👍

GameStop: what do users think?
Mr Body: Good
Rob O: Poor customer service
melissa Karl: Lots of games. Many ps3 still available. Allot of merchandise is on sale.
Matt Gifford: Drove 20 minutes across town to pick up an order to find the door locked with this handwritten sign ("Closed for lunch. Will reopen at 3:00."). This isn't a mom-and-pop business, it's a corporation. Not to mention that the location is only open 12-7 on Sundays, so after two hours of work, they need to take a lunch break? My workplace is understaffed too, and sometimes people need to take a working lunch and order something to be delivered or simply pack a lunch. I watched the employee lock the door and drive off. So now your customers need to be inconvenienced because of your poor planning abilities? What should have taken me 40 minutes to drive here and back is now a 75-minute investment for me to just sit in the parking lot and wait since I unfortunately already paid for my order. At least it gave me time to write this review and hopefully save others from making the same mistake of wasting their time taking the risk of coming here. I'll definitely stick to the Erskine Plaza and Indian Ridge locations from now on.
Probali Jadali Animates: You go there to buy games and that's about it, the people there generally know their stuff so if your in need of something game related take a stop at game stop. Also you can get a lot of the stuff there cheaper online...
B S: A very knowledgeable staff that were kind and super helpful with the latest gaming trends and tech.
Angela Hart: Staff is super awesome. Always have what I want in stock
Luis Lopez-ramirez: Crazy how you buy a controller for 15 dollars and sell it for 54. I understand making a profit but that’s ridiculous
Alex Garcia Fade: Andi was very helpful and answered my questions in no hesitation, nicest person I’ve encountered so far great job andi!
Shaun Stanley: Their employees are huge step up from your typical retail store cashiers! Every time I've bought from this location their staff has been helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. My visits have ranged from waiting outside for an hour before opening to just dropping in at random on a lunch break to buy an game or system. Every visit was a great experience that is increasingly rare these days. I will probably forget the cashier that commented on my first Switch and Breath of the Wild purchase or the awesome dude that let us in early who were waiting outside to purchase a hard-to-get game system.
Ashlee Hasch: Jason was extremely helpful and amiable while we were trading in games and buying a new PS5 controller and game.
Robert Wlodarek: Great store parking lot is kind of a pain but great staff and selection they didn't have what I wanted and he suggested another similar product GME to the moon
Thomas Hewitt: Like I said and I'll say it again.. THE best gamestop around in a 100mile radius..
S Bianchi: Great and helpful staff. Lots of game selections, even for outdated consoles. They were communicative over the phone and in-store! They even recovered a lost card for me once. Much appreciated!
Sherri: Not helpful
Brian Fuller: Great customer service, associates are extremely helpful.
Aaron Dibble: Super pleasant experience!
IceCapZzZ “Nathan”: A little overpriced but has good selection
Tammy Jones: Fabulous!!! The best experience we have had at any GameStop. The gentleman working here helped my son immensely, I wish I could recall his name. I would give them 10 stars if it were possible
Ginger Hepp: Great service
Greg Wisinski: Still holding 🚀🚀🚀💎💪
