Ardisha Hogan: I took a tour in may and decided I wanted to get a Virtual Office for my business. I was told that payments came out a month before so when I signed I would be paying for the current month which was May & June . Then I started to receive emails about payment a week later which didn’t make sense to me since I had just paid I emailed the guy from sales stating that I didn’t want to continue in June I’m still receiving emails from this company! Also I was supposed to get my “retainer” back and he’s stating that I don’t have one when I clearly have a email saying that that’s what was in my initial charge. Very dissatisfied with the service that I did and also did not receive at Regus it was a complete waste of my time and money. Bill Giffin seems to forget what he says over the phone and I would want to speak to someone other than him if you do plan on working with Regus .

Connor O'Toole: Professional and quiet, in one of South Bend's best neighborhoods within walking distance of multiple coffee shops, a food co-op, restaurants, art and antiques dealer, etc. The building is cleaned once a week (every office too) and they provide electronic key tags for entrance. Well decorated; easy place to entertain clients between your own private office or the conference room. The owners are easy to work with and the leases are fair and flexible. Highly recommended.
Emily Schexnayder: I rented an office here when I was in town for a few weeks earlier this year. I really liked my office and their conference room. They have a full kitchen there too. It's a charming spot with the right level of activity for me. The owners were super nice too!

Although most of my work is done from my home office, Headquarters gives me a professional, high end solution for meeting clients and vendors and manages my walk ins! The space is modern and inspiring! Catlin is amazing to work with and a joy to see on a regular basis!
