J Frey: Buyer be aware. Care from installers is greatly lacking. We went to Bob Miller's based on the impeccable reputation of the previous owner, Bob Miller. Unbeknownst to me, Bob Miller has retired, and his son has taken over the business. The purchase was made November 2021, and installation could not occur until Jan 7, 2022. This was somewhat understandable due to COVID.Jan 7, 2022 two installers arrived at the stated time. Installer A began work under the kitchen sink and quickly reported that he could not turn the shut off valve to the old dishwasher due to corrosion. I suggested that this installation be rescheduled in order for me to hire a plumber to come replace the valve. He insisted that the job could be done by shutting off the main valve. I again suggested/requested that we reschedule and have a plumber come inspect and replace any/all corroded valves. He refused the suggestion. Meanwhile Installer B went to turn off the main valve. Installer B shouted up that he had turned the main valve off. Both home owners immediately turned on faucets to ensure that the water was turned off. Irregardless of the home owners loudly and clearly stating that the water was NOT turned off, Installer A proceeded to disconnect the old dishwasher from the water line. Water GUSHED (their word from their report) everywhere. Water damage was done to kitchen cabinets, floor, lower level ceiling tiles, and lower level carpet. The matter was finally resolved at the end of April 2022.The installation, needed to be rescheduled any way... . and could have been done so without any damage to our home. The incident happened on a Friday. No call from Bob Miller's management or owner on Friday afternoon, Saturday, Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon, I called them. The owner had seen the report, and I was offered a fan to dry out the lower level carpet.Bob Miller's may sell quality products, however their customer service is greatly lacking.

Mj Philson: We purchased a microwave, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer from Bob Millers as a package. During delivery they took chunks out of our freshly painted walls, cracked a piece of hanging sheet rock, and poorly installed several items. Most recently we have discovered our microwave falling off the wall from a poor installation. Initially when we contacted them about the damages and poor service we were met with skepticism. They eventually agreed to compensate for damages that occurred during their poor service, it is now 1.5 years later and we have yet to see any compensation. This further speaks to their lack of professionalism and accountability. I would be very hesitant to purchase anything from them again, especially considering our purchase was a good chunk of change and we were still treated this way. Good luck if you do use them.

Thomas Flint: We recently bought a new Sharp countertop microwave from Bob Miller's.Though we can't yet say much about the microwave (it arrived only today), we can speak to the exceptional nature of the service that Bob Miller's provides to its customers. Both I and my wife have back problems, and were concerned about our ability to carry our heavy old microwave away and bring in a new one ourselves. We knew that most stores don't usually deliver "small" appliances such as microwaves, but asked if there was any way we could pay extra for delivery. Kathy, our salesperson, offered to bring the new microwave to us herself, on her off day, and take the old one away -- for no charge. As it turned out, Bob Miller's decided to put it on the regular delivery truck instead. The guys who delivered it were terrific: they took the old, heavy, antique away, got the new machine out of the box, and made sure everything was up and running before they left. So, truly outstanding service in every respect! If we end up half as happy with the microwave as we are with Bob Miller's superb employees, we'll be very happy customers indeed!

Brian Bowen: Purchased a Jenn-Air oven 8 years ago from Bob Miller. Early this month the programing buttons quit working. Called Bob Miller and they told me it was a board and they ordered it. When service came 2 weeks latter to install the board they found that it was not the board but the touch pannel. They carged us $150.00 for the service call and said they would order the correct part. Two days latter we get a call saying there may be more than one problem and they feel we should purchase a new stove. They were done working on it. I used to run a service department and I can say that my company does not treat customers like this. We are not very happy with Bob Miller.

Rw Barkey: This is a great place to buy used appliances they have decent prices and they do have a warranty, so use your appliance a lot in that first month. The first time I bought from them they were pleased that they found and delivered a matching pair of washer and dryer. However. They forgot that the dryer was electric and I needed gas. They very quickly exchanged the dryer. My first used dryer lasted 3 years and the seal on the bottom could have been fixed, however I decided I wanted a few more features and quickly was able to replace. I always put a tray underneath made specifically for washing machines whether I buy new or used to protect my floors.
D T: I purchased a used dryer and washer from Julie's and had it delivered the next day. It was hooked up and the delivery guy noticed the washer kept coming up with errors. Part was ordered and was told it would be in Tuesday and then again Saturday. When I called the last time they told me they could send me a replacement after a week of having a non working washer. Finally after having enough I took the washer apart to find out they never plugged the electric components together. Wow!Still no call. Terrible customer service. Hung up on me multiple times. An all around terrible business to work with.

tiffany b: Recently purchased a new dent and ding washer and dryer from Julies at a very reasonable price with a 60 day warranty. They delivered and installed the new set as well as took away the old set. When I started the first load in the new washer i realized something wasn't right and called. Julies sent a maintenance person out within a half hour of my call. Turns out the actuator lever was bumped out of place during the ride from the store to my home. The guy got it fixed in less than 20 minutes and the washer is now working like a dream ,couldn't be happier.

R.a. Wheeler: I came home this morning to my fridge no longer working, so I asked around and someone recommended Julie's. I am glad I took there advice. I had hoped to find a side by side to replace my broken down one and I found something even better. A Samsung French door side by side that will match up to my existing Samsung appliances, given my fridge was the last to be replaced, this was perfect given the frustrating situation. Best of all, it at a decent price. More over I had fantastic one on one service, very cool people and easy to work with. Apparently even free delivery and removal of my old fridge and that's a good thing since I have no use for a non working fridge. Over all so far this was a great experience given the situation. If your in the need of an appliance and are on a budget, give Julie's a try.
Joshua Hynes: Very poorly run little shop. There were a number of appliances crammed in there but not very many good options. I was finally able to find a stove/oven that would work for me but when they where loading it on to my trailer they scratched the side of the stove up really bad. I returned it and decided to go with Facebook marketplace instead.

Joseph Weaver: Was asked by an associate to take my foot off the ottoman as i sat on a sofa testing out the furniture. I worked for Aaron's for years. Never once did I ask a customer to remove their foot from an ottoman. The sales rep seemed very uninterested in me even though I explained I was need of furniture now and ready to buy. As someone who worked for the company and knows the expectations Aaron's has for customer service and securing the sale I was left feeling very disappointed with what the associate's of this building felt was acceptable customer service.

Jerome Jonesiii: I had to change my review now. The online set up was bad. Really poorly explained for finalization which caused my wife and I to cancel delivery and future service. Now since we started online about a month ago my bank account has charges from the "ez pay" payment system. I've been calling all week to get this issue resolved. I guess the store manager is so bad at her job that she can't return phone calls because their company is stealing my money or the staff is about the same. I guess I will make a personal visit soon or ask my attorney for legal advice since I am being ignored from my messages and requests for a call back. Unfortunately I work the hours they are open but Friday is looking pretty hopeful for a in person visit.

I haven’t recieved any help they came out and looked at it twice the first time they said they were gonna send a professional out but then they told me they don’t have anyone in my area!! I have called several times they say the manager is always with another customer and he will call me back!! It never happens!! I am going to give it one more attempt today if I don’t get answers I will have them pick it up!! I ask for my payment not be taken out till this is resolved Chris said he would take care of it and guess what yep you are right they took the 182 dollar payment out anyway!!

On that day, Aaron’s called me and said their delivery truck ‘broke down’, and said I would be their first delivery the day after tomorrow. On that day, Aaron’s called me and said they were no delivering due to COVID-19. Understandable. I simply canceled my order after already making a payment, and was told my money would be refunded within 10 business days. That was 30 days ago, and still no refund. I called the GM, and he didn’t seem to care. Aaron’s will never have my business again.
Julie Pinson: They hardly tried to put my bed up the stairs. They laughed and continued not to try hard enough. I had to get up and orchestrate them up the stairs. They repeatedly told me it would not go and I had to show them how to do it and it went up there no matter how many peoples said it wouldn’t go. Very disappointed in their effort.
Jenn Turner: I gave one star only because it won't let me leave zero. Looked at a fridge that had a dented freezer door. Ivan promised that if we took it, he would have a new door for it Thursday the following week. So they delivered it with the dented door. By the end of the following week we hadn't heard from him about our new door so we called him. He said "Oh yeah. It didn't come in yet. I'll call the other stores and see if they have one." He called back later and said he found one and they would deliver and install it between 4:00 and 7:00 the next day. My husband and I both stayed home from work that afternoon to make sure we didn't miss the delivery. They never showed up and they never called. So rather than call them to chase down our door once again, we went out and found the same model fridge elsewhere for half the price. The following Monday my husband called Ivan to ask why they never showed up. He said, "The guys were there and you weren't home. They called and left a voice mail for you." Well, that was a lie. They never came because both me and my husband were home. And they never called because we didn't have a voice mail or any call on our caller ID on any of our 3 phones. So we asked them to come pick up the fridge and cancel our contract. Once again Ivan told us they would be here on a specific day between 4 and 7. And once again, they didn't show up as promised. WE had to call them AGAIN. And we were given every excuse in the book why they didn't come... A couple guys called in sick, they overbooked the truck for the day and so on. When we finally got them to come pick it up, only ONE guy showed up to move the refrigerator, he came after hours, and he forgot to bring paperwork showing it was picked up. I told him I didn't trust them to just take it without something in writing, so I made him write up a receipt for it. I will NEVER step into an Aaron's again. Ivan is very sketchy and a flat out liar. And their business practices are the worst.
