Benton Bauer: I've had this water delivery for over 2 years now and it has been a mess from the beginning. In 2 years I have NEVER receieved a receipt. It was impossible to figure out what the bill would be, but it never seemed too off, so I kept the service. That is until 3 months ago when they took all my 7 water bottles and only replaced 2.... 3 months in a row. When I called to ask if they were bringing more they said they ran out of water and would bring it the next day. Each time it did not come they next day and I would have to call 3x to get my water delivered. AND THEN they started charging me double delivery fees, when they're the ones that forgot my water in the first place. I called and told them they doulbe charged me and they said it would be refunded on my next bill. The bill came and there was no refund, but they DOUBLE CHARGED ME AGAIN. Three months in a row. totally disappointed and switching services. I dont hold much hope for getting my bottle deposits back, but I've contacted the state in hopes of getting this corrected.
James Smith II: I'm very upset at acme water world. Canceling my account. Driver drove over plants and did some damage to our yard. After contacting them several times...now I'm not getting any responses. So if they do damage to your property, good luck!!
John Riss: The absolute worse people to deal with. Got water service from them, water was terrible. Cancelled service, now trying to get our empty bottle refund now for over 2 months. The person on the phone is extremely had to understand(Rhonda). This company needs to revamp everything. Stay away if you know what’s good for you. Switch to Culligan if you’re smart.

Alan Pepper: Well, let’s see. I was a customer for four weeks. First week, no delivery, had to call. Second week, same. Third, did get delivery. Fourth, no delivery. Returned bottles and cooler to close account. Been a few weeks, deposit on bottles has not been refunded. Called, left messages, told they would get back to me. No follow up ever on either, deliveries or refund. They are nice people, just bad at running a business. Buyer beware!

I met the driver as I was leaving the house and he was friendly, courteous and more than accomodating in meeting my special needs for the delivery. It is a pleasure supporting a local business and meeting employeees who love their company, appreciate their customers and take pride in the services they provide!

He immediately said he needed to send us out a new cooler which I just received. He was also willing to look into changing a couple of steps his employees might be able to change to make customer satisfaction better. Thanks jason I appreciate your desire to please your customers.
Des Dh: Extremely unprofessional. Double charged me, delivered 2 extra bottles I didnt ask for, didnt schedule my 2nd delivery on time, tried to do another delivery 2 days later I imagine because they are so disorganized. Called to get a refund of my overcharge 3 times. They keep blowing me off. Now I have to call my bank to get the charges reversed. It's less than $20. They made this such a ridiculous big deal. Total incompetence, lack of care to customers. I'll go back to martins.

ayesha khan: I found out about WaterTime during COVID from an online chat group and have been using and receiving an excellent service ever since. Such a peace of mind!! I have called out side our delivery schedule if we ran out and Watertime delivered water the next day. There’s no minimum amount so if the kids are not home and we’re using less bottles, they’d delivered water without any problem. I would highly recommend them.. Thank you WaterTime!!!

robert pond: Well to start with, the water was never delivered as suppose to on dates specified, and when we decided to cancel the water deliveries, we turned in all our bottles to them to get our deposit back on the empty bottles which we never have received to this day, horrible place to get your bottled water, would never recommend this place.

vickie windmon: I went out to the Saint Joseph location the Receptionist there was so friendly I just love her customer service I ordered water which was to be delivered on that Friday two Friday’s have went by and I am still waiting on my five bottles of water I called and the receptionist answered and said the truck broke down the first Friday, they should be to my house by that Tuesday still waiting on my water. Maybe the driver did not want to come in my area because it’s predominantly black. I stay in Benton Harbor thanks Hanson for not delivering my water. The money over on this side of the bridge spend too.

Melissa Hall: Poor service from the driver. Sometimes they do not leave the number of bottles needed and other time they just skip us as we are at the end of the route.

I appreciate that our delivery driver always shows up on time and someone from the company calls me before every delivery to see if we need any changes made to our order. Our tap water does not taste very good so being able to have great tasting water anytime we want has been a plus.Their numerous coffee flavors allow my employees to order exactly what they like each month. Which keeps them from drinking my favorites!Just very impressed with the quality and service from Hanson's.
