Matthew Lehner: Don't order anything that requires delivery. They will give you false arrival dates (days of the week that they don't make deliveries at all) and reschedule indefinitely. Don't expect to receive your products. As bad as Fedex.

Mark Blosser: At 9pm my sump pump went out, I was facing 2 days of rain, checked with Menards online ,they had the pump I needed, got to Menards an home an got it installed . I even bought 2 ,1 to install an 1 backup . Thanks Menards for being there in my time of need.

Gary Mayfield: It's been a awhile since I have been in a Menards, I was surprised at the amount of things they have compared to several years ago. They have a lot of things that the blue and white competitor doesn't. I have always gone to the competitor but think I might be making more visits here when I need something. Now this was just one trip so I will adjust the review as needed if anything changes but, customer service was great and answered questions I had on the location of products and such.
Bob Bobby: They refused a refill on a legal certified 100lb propane tank that was certified this year in January because it was 15 minutes till close and claimed it wasn't a legal certified tank saying any one can engrave it even tho Franger Gas Company, Inc Elkhart certified it. Not mentioning names for legal reasons but there team that handles takes are lazy.

Josh Borkowski: Thought this was going to be a respectable place to work but is a waste of your time and skill no advancement and will only survive there if your have no spine and grovel to the guys who have been there since they got out of High school or they will just use you till there needs are met while blowing you smoke about how they like your work and want to keep you there just to be let go along with thinking they know everything though there spectrum of work is very limited and very repetitive not a job shop as they claim to be and precision should not even be in the name and don't tell them you have any schooling they just look down on it
