Noelle Elliott: I waited 4 days to get a response about availability. When I finally did speak with Pam she couldn't answer a simple question if the residents were primarily students or professionals and kept repeating herself that it was only people who made 3x the monthly rate. She was incredibly rude and if that is the way they treat potential residents I can only imagine how they treat the current ones.

Carlos Corona: Paying 1k+ a month for my loft for me to leave water running for about ten minutes or more almost every morning to shower before work? So not worth it. I’ve also tried using A/C before during warm evenings and my vent just shoots out warm air even when i set it to cool and around 60°/65°F. Have had to sleep at night with the windows open several times to keep somewhat cool.
Charles Buscareno (Charlie): Pam who is one of the administrators was extremely helpful and answered many questions and she answered all of them very well and in a kind manner. The complex is clean and secure. Would recommend.
Arlette Parker: Our Mom suffers from PTSD & OCD, her first apartment didn’t help at all BUT the staff found her a perfect unit… she had unpacked 90% of a bedroom unit in 20hrs she was at such PEACE… Thank You Village Green for making Our Mom’s transition WONDERFUL!

Logan Foster: I moved into Central High in 2019 and so far everything has been great! Very impressed with the office staff and maintenance. I would like to give a shout-out to Brenda Buck (Assistant Manager) and Adrian Anderson (Manager) for being extremely kind and helpful during the move in process and any other time i've had questions or needed assistance! If you're looking for a place to stay, I definitely recommend!
L W: I really enjoyed my time living here. The maintenance staff does the best they can with what they’ve got. Unfortunately, the property owner is just making a cash grab by raising rents with no updates or upgrades to the individual units. My apartment is great but the rents they’re charging aren’t worth what you get.After 5 years, home ownership is now the better option for me.

Toni was great and also answered all my questions. I like what I saw and is one of nicers place in the area. Seems like it will be a great place to live. Megan Murphy: Great, safe place to live. Great community and wonderful management staff. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. They love our dog, Lucy, and give her lots of pets and treats. They’re very professional, but still fun and personable.Whenever a new restaurant or community event is happening, they are very good at letting residents know about them via emails. Same with any sort of maintenance - they leave out physical letters, emails, and texts letting us know it is scheduled. The most recent example being about our parking garage being power washed - so much communication there was no way you couldn’t know about it.All in all, great place to live. Highly recommend.
Trevor Maclaughlin: Unfortunately the place is great but very poor management team. They power washed the garage and towed my car. They had posted notices on doors the week before but was out of town afterwards and as things go you forget. Rather than call or text the day if they simply towed it costing $500+. They then said they texted but when they reviewed they actually didn’t. The worst part is I have a voicemail from the property manager the week before because for valet garbage I put the bag out instead of the can. The reason for that was because the van was sitting there for 3 days and my garbage bag wasn’t taken, just figured I was doing something wrong so I set it outside of the can. Had a call direct from the manager a couple hours later but not when they are going to tow my car.
T- Dizzle: So many reasons this place is awful. Looks nice from the outside and the residents are great. The management team is awful.

Megan Kerlikowske: Service and front desk people are always nice and helpful, but the place is severely over priced even with the amenities. I looked 3 weeks ago for a 2 bed 2 bath and it was $1500 online, when I toured they said it was actually $1700. Then went back with my friend last week and they said they are now $1800. 🤷🏼♀️ the place is beautiful and I would love to live there, but never for that price.
Alexa Liberi: Couldn’t ask for a better management/leasing/maintenance team. They treat my dog like a queen and have gone above and beyond to help me when needed. Beautiful place to live and a safe community with a lot of exciting things to do within walking distance.
