David Keenan: Our well water is high in iron which resulted in badly discolored clothes and smelly (sulfur) water. I saw the ad in Michiana Saver for their SmartChoice Gen II Eradicator and called for more information. They came to our house, promised it would do the job and we had it installed. It's now 3 months later and we are amazed at how well it works! The smelly water is gone and the whites come out of the laundry still white! Very pleased with the installation and the simple operation. We noticed dramatic improvement in just days, but I wanted to give it a better test before writing this review. Well worth the price and great people to deal with.

savannah windham: We have been having troubles with our water softener for about 4 months now, so we called them out. The young man that came was very nice and they told us it was on the wrong setting so it should start working better now (we hadn’t ever changed the settings so that didn’t make very much sense) but we said okay. We give it about 2 weeks and called to tell them it was still not working. They said they could send someone out in about two weeks so we waited two weeks while we have a newborn baby and we’re bathing her in water that was extremely rusty. They come out and say it was a different problem now so it should be fixed now. Again, we wait two more weeks and it is still not working. We call back and the lady isn’t very nice on the phone and instead of sending someone out urgently considering this had been a long time going on she makes an appointment for two weeks later. Didn’t seem to have any care in the world that we have a newborn baby and it was crucial that we have our water filter working. Our appointment is on Wednesday and conveniently we just got a Voicemail saying their technician is sick so it’s going to be another two weeks. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I do not recommend them to anyone

Kimber Abair: Perfectly good for purchasing salt - nice with drive through option. However, their ability to fix a system (not one they installed) appears to be non-existent. Going on 3 months. Poor communication, half the time they don't know what's going on when calling. Went from owner saying it was an "easy fix" and he would be back with the part later that day, to 3 months later waiting on "corporate" to get back to them on what they should do. Proceed with caution. UPDATE, after being totally ghosted called a trusted plumber who said system we have is not even able to be repaired. Oy. Thanks a lot for nothing.

Tom came out and gave us the best explanation of what he suggested for our homes water system. He was very polite, friendly and professional as well as extremely knowledgeable about water. We decided to go with his suggestion, Reese came out a few weeks later and installed our new system, walked us through the process and even installed a spout for drinking. We are so pleased with this company and their team and will continue to tell friends and family about our experience. Thank you for giving us the best drinking water, no more purified bottled water in our home!!!!

R Sinclair: Had an appointment with Aqua Systems of South Bend to install a Reverse Osmosis System. When I called as to the status of the install person (who was 10 minutes late in a 2-hour window), I was treated extremely rude by customer service rep, and he talked very condescending to me. After a frustrating conversation I just canceled my order and that is when customer service rep started yelling at me. I hung up and then a female (who said she was the owner) called me back and started yelling at me also. I have never been treated so rudely in all my years. I am grateful I did not spend a penny on this company. There are plenty of other companies for this kind of service in this area, I suggest using one of them.BTW, The initial sales person that came out to my house was very nice and very respectful. The actions of extremely rude customer service very bad. If this is the way they treated me before the install, imagine what would of happened after I paid them. I would really suggest steering clear of this company.

Honestly it was pricier than other places, but they offered good service with life-time warranty, so I bought their whole-house system.So far I'm very satisfied. Staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. Technicians are VERY knowledgeable and professional too. They try to save my money very hard -- whenever I say I want to replace my filter or want some services, they try to gauge whether that's necessary first and actually try to convince me that the service is not necessary. When I insist I want to replace the filter and asked them to schedule a service visit, they gave me the coupon on the Michiana savers to let me pay for the discounted service charge only. The technician even came with the coupon too!In some occasions the staff members in the store make mistakes in scheduling the appointments, but they fix it right away. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their services and the business.
