Adriana Cal: Hostcolor was good for 19 years until today. Many hours down (even their own website). They could use they social media accounts to ensure their clients that they will be back. They could leave a message in the answering machine, but they choose to leave us in the dark. Used to recommend they to everyone. Not anymore.

Michael McLaughlin: As of this moment all of HostColor is down; every single website! It has been that way for hours. No one will answer the phone. There is no message when you call indicating when they will be back online. There is no way to email them or submit a support ticket. Today was a critical day for our business! To have this happen and not receive any indication of how long it will last is a great shame. Hostcolor has been solid for years but if their entire network is subject to this type of failure and they have no mechanism to communicate, they are tough to recommend to others.
