Don Z. Unger: The car showed a "Low Tir Pressure" warning, and I swung to this Midas Shiop today. I live an hour from this place and only had a little time to wait. The nice lady at the desk told me she would see what she could do for me. After 10-15 minutes, they took my car in! They found a large screw in the tire. The service technician brought the tire to the waiting area to show me the screw in the tire. The technician repaired it quickly, and I was good to go. The person at the front desk told me I did not have to pay for repair!!! I am glad I gave at least the technician a tip before he returned to the shop. What a great group of people. Devin Mathews: We took our truck in to replace the alternator and the alternator bracket. They could not find the part, so they said we could bring in our own parts and then they refused to fix it for a days after we brought in the parts. And they only did half the job before saying it was done. All this happened after new management came in.
Dan Carr: Store manager Michael Tanner was very helpful when I come in to have a remote starter put on my car. They ordered the parts and had it installed I have had no issues. They were very thorough and courteous I will be going back there again.

The friendly guys got let go cuz of one rude customer that posted...One person ruins it for the rest of us!!! Kimberly Krebs: I wanted to share our story. While we were coming back from PA (heading to WI) our car threw a fit and decided to shut down on I80. After getting help from the tow truck and State Patrol we ended at Car X. David C was such a down to Earth person. His demeanor made the situation less stressful and promised that he would look at our car first thing in the morning. (It was closing time when we got there). The next morning, he touched base with us, told us the problems and after getting the go a head to fix, had my car up and running again within 2 hours. We joked about seeing each other again and I said if I ever had to break down again, I hope it would be near his location. Thank you to everyone at Car X that got my car up and running so we could make it home safely. (My boys also wanted to thank you for the quarters so they could get gum...that was an added plus to wonderful service). God Bless and thanks again!
mel akz: I went in there today 8/22/22 to ask an estimate of my truck. The guy inside was somewhat busy in front of the computer or maybe his playing? I really don’t know what he was doing????As soon as I entered in there tiny office I greeted this guy and I started talking to him regarding my truck. He was not that happy dude when I started talking to him as if I made his day miserable as I might be disturbed him from what his doing. In short.. he has attitude that maybe because I am not a white guy and looks no money for him. This type of worker should not be in there to deal with customers. I drove myself there early at 8 am to make sure people are on a happy mood but not this dude who is VERY RUDE!!!! I wish I am his name.As we talked, he sounds like knows everything and not getting my explanation to him of what happened to my truck. He just simply say… Where is the truck!! Oh I can get estimate!! If you what, to your truck if you want me to do it!!! With very bad gestures while he’s talking to me.I am not an expert mechanic but I knew a little bit and I am sire I knew it.But he is a very rude person that my day went turn to blue.I should give this review a ZERO but there’s no option.I am nauseous to see this car repair shop when I see there signage going to work.For the guy I met this day 8/22/22, thanks for your rudeness and may you learn some good customer service if you have!

They certainly use it .Asked for air in my tire cause it was a bit low on air .I was told the compressor is broken and it takes days to fix a flat . It’s Thursday today I was told ,“tire won’t be ready till Tuesday.” That is 5 days to fix a tire. (The guy laughed at me)Older gentleman work here who don’t seem to want to be here .Refusing service to work less .Looks like your are ready for retirement buddy .Get some new blood in this place asap .
Dan Southworth: CarX in Roseland is my go to place for car service. My original review is 5 years old but again this week they resolved a serpentine belt that failed and fixed our air conditioner that was damaged by the belt failure. My car dealership service has yet to respond to my call for service. CarX always treats me with respect and cost for services are reasonable.

Lexi Stanley: One of your associates, Tyler, was incredibly helpful. I stopped to get air in a problem tire of mine, and Tyler came out because he noticed my tire, to see if I needed any help. I explained my situation and even though he couldnt technically do anything to help me with my tire due to company policy, (which i completely understand, there are people who take advantage of kindness and excemptions so i wasnt upset by that one bit) I really appreciated his knowledge, compassion, and willingness to do everything within his power to help me out. 10/10 employee, thank you so much Tyler, and when im able to I will definitely come back to get my tires replaced here.

They did put the spare back They just threw it in the bed of the truck didn't tell me the spare is bad. Damaged the rim cover. Called to see what to do about it the assistant manager was rude.

Brian Robinson: I made an appointment at the Belle tire on South Michigan Street in South bend Indiana. What time I have been a loyal customer since they have opened up. They quoted me a price for a set of tires for $1, 107.00. so I have my wife to take the truck to the appointment for the set of tires after everything done they would not honor the price they told me. So I had to pay 1169. The problem is not the money the problem is I could have went to somewhere else that I had a quote ftor he tires for cheaper than $1,107 but because I have dealt with them since they're open or several sets of tires even a set of rims I chose to do business with them still now I won't recommend Belle tire to anybody and I will not be using their services ever again

He just said there nothing he could trying to force me into a sale instead of repair. So I went to Belle and they inspected the tire and said they repair for free. I had a nail and check depth. 3/32 left on Michelin ice X3 the no. One tire for snow in US. So I decided to replace both rear tires with new due to there honest approach at sales. Tim Megyese: This is a difficult review for me. I have been very happy with their service and friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile for their customers. Before my last visit, I'd have rated them a solid 5. However, this last time, I called and reserved 4 new tires and sent my wife to get them changed (I was working, she had the day off). When she was done, she called me and said it took longer and cost more than I had told her because of the alignment that "I" had told them I wanted her to get. I never once talked to anyone about wanting an alignment. My wife told me that the person at the shop told her that I specifically said I wanted an alignment done when he talked to me, so she told them okay. I'm not okay with them lying to my wife about what I had requested and when I tried to speak to someone there (in person), I was told "I don't know who that was, it wasn't me, and we're too busy for a manager to talk to you right now." So we were basically charged for an unnecessary alignment that we didn't request for over $100 extra on top of the cost of 4 new tires. If I go there again, I will handle it myself, because they tend to "strongly encourage" alignments even when not needed, and in my case, lie about one being requested.

Don Pauley: Don't like the fact that they left the lug nut off my wife's one of the tires we spend almost $1,000 on four tires and when she went back the next day they acted like you know if it was there they would have put it on well I don't give a s*** if it was there or not they should have put one on even if they wanted us to pay for it which it wasn't on because my wife took pictures of each one of the tires before we walked in the building so they did end up putting lug nut on for after I called but it's the wrong size it's bigger around it fits the threads but it's different looking on the outside so now I'm going to go back there and get one because I'm not going to have her go through the b******* with him but overall a good service I just didn't like that part of it nice people

Michelle Schildknecht: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR AUTO REPAIRS! My husband took his truck for a transmission flush and oil change three weeks ago. When the truck was returned the transmission was slipping. He called and explained what was happening they told him to bring it back in, they would redo it and there was a filter they didn’t know about. The truck is still not right. And to top it off we checked the oil today it was a quart low and dirty, so clearly they did not do the oil change. Very disappointing. When my husband told them he was not happy they had no response other than “understood”. There were no problems with our truck before TMT got a ahold of it. We will never be back!

Avoid if you can!After spending close to $4,000 on repairs at this shop I came away with a car that still had a significant problem that was caused by how the work was done that day, (and eventually led to my cars engine being ruined). The main reason I did not return after the initial work was completed was because I felt like I was manipulated into spending a lot of money, (and would have continued to be had I returned).
