Cathy Calhoun: An incredible place to practice yoga (and more - sound baths, retreats, workshops). Elizabeth is an incredible, skilled, caring teacher and her classes are way beyond what one might expect to find in rural Michigan. She is a gift to everyone who meets her and to our little community (where she has a very active fanbase and following!) I've practiced yoga in many, many places and there is nothing that quite compares to Elizabeth's holistic approach.
Allison Strauss: Each and every class with Elizabeth is unique and rewarding. She focuses on breath work as well as proper form but she also encourages you to make your practice your own. I always leave with a smile on my face and warmth in my heart.

I have been a student of yoga for many years and have had good teachers - Elizabeth stands out among all my teachers for her knowledge of yoga and teaching, her sensitivity to each person's needs, her flexibility to adjust to the people and circumstances that arise, her great music choices, the beautiful environment that she creates, the vibrant and loyal community that surrounds her - and most of all her generous and expansive heart.
Sue Nuti: Elizabeth Nuti & Skybird Yoga are best. The "Feel Good Friday" class has done wonders to strengthen my arthritic bones. Hips don't hurt as much & breathing correctly brings a more peaceful sleep. I always feel energized after one of her sessions.

Kathy Pick: Yoga with Elizabeth is a magical experience. She leads the class with precise prompts and graceful poses enabling new students to learn and seasoned followers to perfect their moves. The music, space, incense and sprinkle dust make for a restorative 75 minutes.
