I had been so busy with the arrangements that I had forget to order a set from our children and grandchildren and when I remembered (the day of service) they were quick to respond and had them there in time for the service!!

marshall hadley: Paid $100 for flowers to be delivered at a set time. Very specificly said to have it as late as possible in the day. Decided to drop it off first thing in the morning before who they were meant for was even there. Absolutely unacceptable and will never use your service again.

Kelsey Joest: I almost got ran over by a Zeidler's delivery driver today on Cedar Street. You guys need to STOP flying down my street every single day, especially when children are out playing. Unacceptable. When I called to complain, the lady on the phone said "the speed limits are far lower than what they should be" and that honestly ticked me off. I'm contacting the authorities next time.

Lauren Gibbs: Ordered flowers online for my Mom over Mother's Day weekend, and the bouquet looked ABSOLUTELY nothing like the website.... There's not a lot of space at the house, so I intentionally ordered a smaller bouquet, but it didnt include all the flowers listed online. I do not recommend ordering from Zeidlers...Also! One of the cats got in to the flowers, and when she called Customer Service to make sure none of them were toxic she wasn't treated very well. They basically said "it's a cheap bouquet, what do you expect?"... I will never order from here again, not when there are plenty of other places in Evansville with better service.
Ashley Durr: I just want to say I hardly ever order flowers and the last time was with a different company and a bad experience. I ordered the 'Make Their Day' Bouquet from Zeidler's as a late Mother's Day surprise for my Mom. I didn't have a ton to spend, so I ordered the standard size and was a little worried about what it would look like and how small, but let me tell you they did not disappoint! The arrangement was huge, all fresh flowers, and absolutely beautiful! My Mom loved it, it made her day and mine. Not just was it gorgeous and extremely affordable, but they delivered it within a couple hours of me ordering! I hardly ever leave reviews on anything, but I had to this time. What a great experience. Thank you thank you thank you a hundred times thank you!

Jared Moss: Do Not trust their online ordering system. It may tell you free shipping, but that's only true if it's convenient for them. Otherwise they'll send you an email, after charges have been posted on your account, lying and saying, At checkout you selected "Customer Shipping Account". Meaning your responsible for the shipping charges which can start at an additional 119% over the original purchase price.They get three stars for the professional and courteous treatment I received from their employee when I called in to have the matter corrected. The employee wasn't authorized to honor the invoice, but was able to void the transaction and reverse the charges.Seems like a good company that just needs to fix their online ordering system, and automated responses.

I called the company as I was unsure of the process to do that. I spoke with Dillon and he answered all of my many questions and helped with the custom labels I needed. Rob Follett: 4 Gamma lids and 4 5gal buckets -- arrived sooner than promised. I had problems unscrewing the gamma lid from it's base for 1st install. I called EPackageSupply, and found they recommended installing the total Gamma top to the bucket first, then try unscrewing the top. Worked perfectly for all buckets -- So word to the wise, don't follow YouTube or other sources for installation instructions -- they are wrong!Thanks, ePackageSupply!
