Jennifer Buroker: This is 3rd time that the simple meal of chicken fingers and fries were not fit to eat! First time the fries were soggy and no longer coated like they use to be. The chicken had 0 flavor.2nd time the chicken was under cooked and fries no season.This last time fries still not like before and chicken so dry and over cooked I couldn't bite into them! The cigarette smell is overwhelming and would think with all the money making could get a better filtration system. Some staff lack customer service and wish there was a door where I could actually bring my family. If they think I'm going to take my 14 yr old to Cavenaughs for a $60 steak they are crazy. It's bad enough the chicken fingers are $15 &once you carryout hope it's fitting to eat!Sad...

Kira Renai: Came here on valentines dayWe were looking forward to the prime rib deal, but found out they pre-season the prime rib which the seasoning has gluten in it. I have celiac and can not have wheat. I ask if I can possibly substitute the prime rib with the rib eye for the valentines special and the waitress says they can't do it. I think it is horrible that I can't get the valentines deal because they pre-prepare there food with what my body claims as poison. They have a gluten sensitivity section on there menu but do not take that into consideration for specials. I'm very upset with this.Dietary restrictions: Celiac disease

Patti Corbett: My daughter Kati & I went for a very late lunch to help avoid a long wait. We were seated immediately. The staff were all very pleasant and made helpful suggestions.We tried the California Club Flatbread, the Grilled Cheese Ham & Cheese, and a free rewards dessert that was enough to share and then some.Definitely give it a try. Michelle Russell: Started out a little rough as one person in my party got a voidable soiled napkin wrapped around the silverware. Someone at the restaurant replaced it with a clean napkin. I got the jambalaya which was excellent and my boyfriend got the personal pan pizza which was good. We got the pizookie which made the trip. It was warm and gooey goodness topped with ice cream. We got the pizookie for free for signing up for the BJ’s club where you earn points for dollars spent. The portions were large and our waitress was nice.
