However the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.tl:dr owner was rude, berated employees, and made us feel rushedThere were two ladies working when my sister and I went in to look at wedding dresses. I believe one of them was the owner. We were not greeted when we came in however another pair of ladies who came in a few minutes after us was and then almost aggressively followed around the store being repeatedly asked what they were looking for and were not left alone to browse at all.I found two dresses to try on, one of them being very unique unlike anything I had seen so far at other bridal shops. Originally the other girl working started to help me get into a fitting room but then the owner came over and mostly took over. The owner spent the entire time berating the other employee saying she was new and didn't know what she was doing. She was even giving her a hard time about putting a dress back on a hanger.I felt very rushed the entire time I was in the fitting room. I had barely picked up the first dress when the owner was asking me if I was ready yet. One of the dresses I tried on was slightly too large and when the owner went to clip it on me the clip immediately fell off and she just walked away away. After trying on both dresses, I was interested in purchasing the unique one and was trying to get a better look at the inside of the dress to see what alterations might be possible. I did bridal alterations for several years and had mentioned that. The owner snatched the dress out of my hands and told me it just wouldn't be possible.I said something about being disappointed because I had been really interested in that one. I guess after realizing that I might have bought it she immediately back tracked and started going on about how oh you could do this or you could do that.However, at that point I was just unhappy with the whole experience and ready to be done, so we thanked them for their time and left.

Sarah Coudrain: Although I am giving 5 stars we did have a very rude encounter with one of the employees who has brown hair and a candle business :(I visited the store on Saturday, February 19th. I had a large group with me to watch me try on wedding dresses and the store was pretty busy already! So I do understand that the girl may have been flustered and overwhelmed. She was not only rude to me but to my sisters and other family members.I was already very overwhelmed with the whole experience, but the comments that were made to us made me feel even more uncomfortable. Some of my family were told that they were in the way and in the busiest part of the store (it was packed so honestly it was hard to get around regardless.)*her tone and approach to us was very uninviting and rude - like she was almost angry and irritated the whole time, not even one smile*She did get me a bridal suite so I was very thankful for that. I only tried on four dresses but she repeatedly came up to me and asked if I found the dress I wanted. It made me feel very pressured and overwhelmed and finally my friend had to stand up for me and tell her something and then she backed off.She was very helpful in taking the dresses out of the room for us but at one point it came down to my top two dresses and she ended up putting the other dress back on the rack. We were told “well I asked if it was a maybe dress and no one answered.” I didn’t even hear her ask and so much was going on, but she didn’t stop to ask me personally - the bride.After I picked my dress I went to check out and she marketed her candle business to me… I thanked her for all of her help.The best part was when a sweet blonde girl came to help, she had blue eyes! She was so sweet and excited for me and took a bunch of photos of me and my family! We are very grateful for her!Again, the store was busy so with a large group coming in I understand it is frustrating, but it’s left a bad mark on my day of finding my wedding dress.Regardless of that experience, everyone was helpful and I will definitely be back, y’all have unbeatable prices and so many dresses to choose from! I just think it was a busy day! I’m very happy!

Jenny Gould: I walked in there yesterday while in Evansville Black Friday shopping with my fiance. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered help by two super friendly girls. One helped me throughout my whole visit but even the other offered help and checked in to see how some dresses looked when she'd have a moment. Even when they had other people they were helping, they were super polite and made sure I felt that I also had their attention and support. I went in and shopped alone so I had no family or friends to turn to for opinions or advice. The fact that they were complete strangers but gave me honest advice on each dress, and were genuinely as excited about the dress I put on and loved as I was, was far more than I expected. Also more than I had gotten out of an experience at a bridal store closer to home. These girls were never pushy and were very encouraging and patient. The prices were also amazing. I appreciate their help so much and I'm so happy I ended up coming home with my dress today! I definitely recommend this store to anyone dress shopping.

Elana Samuels: I don't do a lot of reviews, but given that Rose & Bliss is local, I decided now was as good a time as any.I went into Rose & Bliss on Thursday of this week. I came straight from work. My mother and a friend met me there. Immediately when I walked in, I was overwhelmed. My mother was already waiting for me inside, and Casey came to greet me as I walked in.The entire dress shopping process was really foreign to me. It felt really unnatural to see myself in a wedding dress, but Casey stuck with me the entire time. She pulled dress after dress to find out what I liked, what I didn't like, and what I felt comfortable in. She encouraged me to try styles that I didn't initially see myself wearing (and she was right). Casey was also able to tell when I was getting really overwhelmed. She would keep me in the dressing area--just the two of us-- have me look into the mirror and ask me if the dress I was wearing was the one. If it wasn't, we moved on to the next one.I did find my dress-- thanks to Casey's determination and perseverance. I tried on so many dresses. The appointment lasted well over 2 hours, but she never gave up. When I found my dress, she me put in 5+ more dresses to make sure it was still the one.Casey never gave up on me, never got annoyed or frustrated. She stayed patient, kind, and positive. She also definitely stayed until after the store had closed. I recommend Rose & Bliss, and I absolutely recommend working with Casey.

Kim Palmer: My daughter in law chose her dress from here. We were not impressed with her appt. The consultant was late and not experienced enough to answer any of our questions. We had also booked an additional appt for the bridesmaids to pick what they wanted to wear and it looks like they never booked that appt and they were trying to rush us out the door even though it was their mistake. The bridesmaids dresses/outfits were then ordered in the wrong color and it caused my daughter in law a lot of stress leading up to her wedding day. Cassy, the owner, did step up and make things right but it was down to the wire on the wedding day.

When booking the appointment, I gave a small description of what I was looking for, but at the time had not tried on any dresses so I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. I now don't have a tux to wear for an out-of-town wedding at the end of this week. You trust that someone who does this everyday sizes you correctly and their measurements are accurate. They claim they told me to go up a size and its somehow my fault that it doesnt fit....they did not. Go elsewhere for your prom and wedding needs folks.

I found the most perfect dress that I was Leary about but she had me put it on anyway and I am so glad I did. 10/10 recommend, these ladies know what they are doing and they will find something for everyone.

I live in Jasper so I called to get a price range that my alterations might be. A place 5 minutes from my house quoted me $25 an hour. I was told I would have t come in for a fitting just to get an estimate on price even though I know exactly what is needed because the day I bought it the lady told me what I would need done. Driving an hour just to get a price is ridiculous. If I would’ve known yeah I would’ve gotten my dress elsewhere. Needless to say I’m keeping my business close to home.

Krissie Whitmore: Worst wedding experience.We used Magic Moments because my fiancé had just gotten a tuxedo from there for a friends wedding. My fiancé went in about a month and a half before our wedding to be fitted.First off, the tuxedos came in 15 hours before our wedding. Due to that, I had to pick them up without everyone trying on. Got home and the tuxedos were all the wrong color. We ordered Navy Blue and they were an ugly light gray color. Took them back, which they provided a full refund but left us searching for tuxedos the night before our wedding. Luckily my groom found one but we had to compromise on the others. Out of kindness, they allowed us to keep the vests, ties, and shoes. Got back home and looked over what we kept and the shoes were muddy from the previous person who wore them. Had to clean the shoes for the wedding day. Who puts muddy shoes in with the tuxedos. Overall wedding nightmare.PS ended up getting a suit from Kohl’s for half the price that we now own.

Malerie Rose: The staff members are nice and helpful.But the dresses are not worth what they are charging for them. My daughters gown the gems fall off every time you look at the dress!!! The material is so cheap it’s easy to tear. Sadly since the bottom has been hemmed I can’t even return it. 700+ dollars for a dress I absolutely expect better quality! 75$ for a Windsor dress doesn’t fall apart as easily!! 53$ for a Shein dress and the quality is better.In response to owners reply, no my daughter hasn’t actually even wore the dress yet. She has only tried it on for hemming. And yes it appeared in “excellent” condition upon purchase, however things can always look amazing. But quality and appearance don’t necessarily go hand in hand. A dress shouldn’t start falling apart because it had been put on and taken off a few times. If she had spent a whole night in the dress I’d had assumed she was careless, however she hasn’t worn the dress to any even as of yet!

bean: I will not be returning too this place for future proms. This was my first one ever, so I wanted too make it special. But. Unfortunately I have too have a memory of this terrible experience. I found my perfect dress in less than no time. After I got my dress, I was informed that shoes come with it. Well, after I tried too get the sales clerk attention with the blue hair multiple times! I told her my size in heel. She then proceeded to roll her eyes, laugh, and give a smirk too one of her fellow coworkers. As someone who struggles with body image and self worth, what she did, did not make me feel great about myself in the slightest. I will never come back again!

Jen Matheis: I order a dress for my daughter’s senior prom and unfortunately it wasn’t going to be delivered in time due to reasons that were out of the store’s control. Cassie went above and beyond to get a perfect dress that was very similar to the one we had order in time. She worked over, made multiple phone calls and pulled a miracle and was able to get a breath taking gown two days before prom!!! Any small business owner should take customers service lessons from Cassie. I wish I could give her more stars then just five. I will only go to Paparazzi if I am in need of any formal attire.

Amber Lovellette: My daughter and I have bought 2 dresses from here. Both times we had an excellent experience. The staff is wonderful the selection of dresses is great and a wide price range. I would recommend this store to all!! Absolutely love it.

Kirsten Pfohl: Me and my mom went to the store this past Saturday and the customer service was horrible. Walking in you could tell the store was busy (not a big deal), there was a long line for a changing room, they were taking people names for the waiting list, cool, no problem. Walked around, pulled 4 dresses and later on after waiting in line for about 15 minutes someone came to take my dresses for hold and put my name on the list. We get towards the front of the line and realize that my name had not been put on the waiting list and I was skipped over, so my mom talked to a girl finally got my name written down. The store needs to train their employees because there was 1 girl who was actually taking care of placing people in rooms and helping with the trains, while the other just stood there doing nothing. 2 rooms opened up, the worker who knew what she was doing was helping someone so we mentioned to the other girl that there were now rooms and she didn’t say anything, walked to each one, looked at them, then called for the other girl to come over and do it.

Felicia Flores: Love coming here. As a plus size girl it used to be hard to find beautiful dresses in my size, but they have many options and are very helpful and kind. They make you feel beautiful. Just for reference these gowns were on the $99 rack! So they have ones to fit every budget.

I talked of how I never got to wear a wedding gown since my family said I was pregnant, and it wasn't needed. I told them how I had lost my husband after 21 years of marriage on 07/30/17, and I've wanted to get a gown, and have pictures taken in a wedding gown with a silhouette of my husband in it. Do you know what those beautiful ladies did? They let me try on a wedding gown that I described as my dream gown!!!!! I felt beautiful! They didn't have to do that! That's how awesome this store, and their employees are!! They have so many gorgeous dresses. Not just bridal gowns, but bridesmaids, mother of the groom and bride, prom dresses, shoes, and bling bling!!! I highly suggest you purchase your wedding or prom needs here. kaye palmer: The staff were not helpful. We had to get the dresses down. I had to zip up or fasten my daughter's dresses that she tried on. The staff sat by the cash register talking. I would not have bought the dress there if it was perfect due to the poor staff. We went elsewhere where the staff were wonderful. They got the dresses and fastened them for her.
