Diana Lamb: Went in for oil change and wobble on vehicle. Told me I needed new tie rods. Didn't fix the wobble. Told me my tires were ok. I had to go somewhere else to check tires, I had a broken belt in one tire, bought a new tire and it fixed the wobble. Asked for tie rods back and they got them out of the dumpster. They weren't even the ones off my vehicle, they came off 2 different vehicles. Also got alignment, went back to get a redo on alignment and still didn't fix it. Did in 15 minutes. Too many different excuses we got. Not a happy customer. 50.00 oil change cost me almost 600.00 dollars for no reason. It was a tire issue. Wont go back there again, plus flushed my engine. Everything done in about an hour and a half.

Alek: Not sure if i go back for alignment still having the weird tire wear after doing alignment 1 time each year. (50K miles A YEAR) I didn't get my drive tire wear fixed i got another wear develop on the steer. All my shocks were replaced before alignment. Wish they would of knocked of couple bucks for coming back for a realignment but nope got charged for alignment and tire rotation.

Jay Pick: I had a problem with a battery that was requiring a number of jump starts in the last few weeks. They agreed to check out the battery and the car systems. The battery was about 4 years old with a 74 month warranty. After deciding to replace the battery, They offered a discount on the new battery that was very acceptable. Will continue to work with Raben on future automotive needs.

Jim Back: I walked in to Reis tire at 7:00am on a Saturday morning- desperate. My family was supposed to be traveling for Thanksgiving but the tires on my Yukon were making a strange sound- like whining/grinding.Anyway, when I walked into Reis, the owner jumped up from his desk and greeted me immediately. I told him the problem and almost before I finished my sentence, he was in my Yukon, pulling it into his garage bay.In only 20 minutes, they diagnosed the problem and had it fixed. The cost was reasonable and best of all, we were able to safely travel for the holiday.After 20 years with another “R” tire shop in town, I’ve made the switch to Reis tire.

Edward Sisk: Went in with a flat tire, I needed patched. The woman at the front desk instead of letting a TIRE TECH check it, asks me if it's repairable. I state that it is (not my first flat). I say the hole is between the sidewalls to the center of the first line of lugs, very repairable. So she just stares at me, instead of starting a work order. I asked, very loudly if I needed to go to Purcell Tire in Henderson... I did, fixed, no questions asked. Go across the bridge before you deal with this place. 9.4 miles is NOTHING when it comes to quality and peace of mind, especially in this economy and this time of year.
Micheal Clark: Front end alignment for a 45' motor home. Front desk said they can do it. Scheduled an appointment for about a week later. Drove 45 minutes to get there. Arrived a little early. Waited for the tech to return from lunch. Only to have the tech say he can't do it. Maybe didn't have the proper tools? Didn't know how?Drove 45 minutes back home.Maybe communicate a little better between the techs and front desk as to what can and can't be done!

Jd Wei: Worst place you can go to. After they done alignment and was wondering why the steering wheel is steering to the right. Jeff provide no explanation. I asked if someone can help me to get a better understanding of the steering wheel has to do with alignment. He said no one then told me “this conversation is over and I’m busy, you can leave” then proceed to sit at his desk! Real helpful.
Drew Bunn: Picked up a loaded semi-trailer in town that happened to have a flat. Took Raben a couple hours to get me inside because the shop was busy, but the job took less than 45 minutes and only cost $75.Drivers - Be very careful getting in here. The service is great, but its really tight for a 53' and a sleeper.
Harold Dougherty: This is not the extremely high quality tire store I remember from 40 years ago.But it really is still top of the line in service. The employees know me..i go in several times a year... mostly with commercial motor vehicle tire problems. They work hard to listen and come up with the best solution. If you have tire problems go here first. I have never had a complaint about Raben.

Sandra Golden: My tire was really low on air. I thought it was just because if the weather changes. Hot one day then cold the next. I stopped in just to get some air. There is a nice young man that came out to put air in my tire. If it wasn’t for him noticing I had a nail in my tire, I would have really been in trouble. He took the time to show my by putting soapy water on it, that you could see it bubble. Raban tire is the best. They got me right in and fixed it. Thank you young man and thank you Raban tire.
