Ray K: Had them install a larger replacement fuel tank on my pickup. When I arrived home I found the front bracket hanging below the fuel tank where it was basically useless. Called and was told their technician has installed several of these and nothing to worry about. Forwarded photos and was told I was right and to return to their shop so they could take care of it which they did. My concerns are that they would allow something like that to leave their shop and also they never once offered an apology for their shoddy workmanship and my inconvenience.

My car had a bad battery and would not start, I had already went through triple A after trying to jump it this morning when someone brought me to work. I was able to get it jumped and drove it to you guys. The gentleman helping me was so kind and tested it, got me a new one and installed it. I know it was not easy to change out as it is a bigger battery and a little harder to get to, as my dad would have said "A real knuckle buster!". This gentleman did not hesitate to do it, and got it done and got me on my way. I really appreciated that as my week had kind of been not so great. It means a lot when someone takes the time to give great customer service. It can truly change someone's whole day/week.

He went above and beyond to assist me with my turn signal light. I wasn't sure how to access the car part. Mr. Decola not only gave me a short tutorial for my future issues with my lights. Mr. Decola ensured that all my lights were operating correctly. He is a True Professional!!! If you know and employee and spot them doing a great job You should go online and recognize them! Thanks Mr. Decola and AutoZone!!!

It was our fault we didn’t check it before we got home. Maybe if they would have done there job in the first place we wouldn’t be doing this! Dustin Broughton: I ordered parts online because it said they had them in stocks. I pay then it says pick up a week later. So I go in to get a refund thinking I'll go somewhere else and the man does the refund then tells me it'll be 3 days before I get my money back! You guys really need to work on keeping your inventory up to date, I won't be back.
