James Detalente: Took my car to replace the battery, they put the battery in backwards and melted half my wires. They obviously offered to fix it since it was their screw up, told me daily for a week id have it back the next day now on ten days later and still don't have my car fixed but when I asked for a rental or reimbursement for all the money I was spending on Lyft/Uber they refused because they "only agreed to pay for damages they caused". What a joke do not ever go here for anything.

Ray K: Had them install a larger replacement fuel tank on my pickup. When I arrived home I found the front bracket hanging below the fuel tank where it was basically useless. Called and was told their technician has installed several of these and nothing to worry about. Forwarded photos and was told I was right and to return to their shop so they could take care of it which they did. My concerns are that they would allow something like that to leave their shop and also they never once offered an apology for their shoddy workmanship and my inconvenience.

Jill Schneider: We had picked up 2 items on display with price clearly marked as 11.99 each. We got to counter and they charged us 17.99 EACH!!! Manager was rude said all items are marked wrong! Everything cost more he said even grocery stores. He refused to honor the price marked on display. He only said I'm taking it off that shelf now! That was sooo Wrong!! We should have just left items on counter and walked out. Still may just return them. We were just so shocked to raise price $12!!

Business Account: This place is a little more expensive then their competitors but the staff is pretty knowledgeable. I'm going to have to give them two stars because they don't have the incentives that their competitors have such as loan a tool and testing. The only reason I can think of to choose O'Reilly's over the leading auto parts store is if it's closer.

Sheila Daniels: On Thursday 1/27/23 I stopped in inquiring about a fuse for my brake lights that weren't working. A young man behind the counter told me it probably would be the bulbs and offered to check them he found that both were blown and he replaced them for me. He was was helpful and friendly and I appreciated his kindness. I stopped at Advance on Covert Ave before stopping into O'Reilly and must say the man working there was not helpful at all and said he couldn't even tell me what kind of fuse that I might need and that it's probably a switch but surely never offered to check the bulbs. I will never go back into a Advance Auto again and I will always buy anything I need automotive from O'Reilly's and thanks again to the young man that helped this old lady and thanks to O'Reilly's for hiring a professional.

Shana Wilson: I went there this morning to inquire about battery and electrical testing for my vehicle. The associate that helped me was very rude and told me that the electrical testing has to be done at a shop. There was a sign out that said free electrical testing was done at that location. I have never had this experience before at any other parts shops. I will not be returning.
