Crystal O'Mullane: Seems the workers are a little burnt out, not very friendly at all.
Mari Varner: Never a long wait in the waiting room. Plebotomist Tracy is perfection - so likable and down to earth. Every single time I've not felt that needle! ♡
Cherron Roberts: I've always been taken right back with hardly no wait....they are quick to get in, diagnose, and be on their way. But of course they've always been courteous, and nice, and right! Very friendly staff! I would recommend!
Leah Alvey: I will only go to this lab for blood work. The lady I get is so good to stick me only one time before had bruises for 2 weeks and they would stick many times also the staff is friendly and professional.
Lyndee Byers: Customer service is horrible!!!!!
Ann Davies: Excellent service and care! Set my appointment time on line and the Staff was all ready for me. Very, very nice Staff and were upbeat and positive.
Rita Becker Forler: I always go to Gateway for my Deaconess work, but was in the area and called the lab before going over. They were prompt, courteous, and just plain good drawing my blood. Highly recommend :)
Cynthia Graves: Have used this lab many times. Never had any problems or issues. Walk-in Service May require long waits on occasion. If you want to avoid that risk, use a lab which schedules appointments.
Kenzee Koconis: The workers are incredibly rude to the elderly. A elder woman was waiting for her blood to be drawn for 2 hours. The receptionist rolled her eyes at everyone who walked in. Im very disappointed.

Patrick Lively: Friendly and courteous staff, very experienced and gentle when doing an ultrasound for an injury to my groin area.
Ryan Cruse: The ER staff is kind and did a decent job. The Lab on the other hand is an absolute mess. Nobody knows how to do their job and the hospital is dirty and unsanitary.
Jonathon Klem: Not sure if they're just perpetually on lunch or if they just hang their coats on the chairs and leave. I would avoid at all cost if your time is at all valuable.

Ellen Earhart: I absolutely love the employees here. They are what bring me back (almost with eagerness) every time I have to get bloodwork. I'm self pay, and the price is incredibly low compared to the hospital. And I can always see results the next day on my LabCorp account!
R Lloyd: The bill eventually came, but the results or communication about where to get the results *never* did. This was such a dissatisfying experience, and now I wish I had never come in here at all. I thought that things were done on site and that results came back within a matter of a few days, though.

Karen Fithian: I have never had such incredible service in any healthcare facility. Our insurance provider gave us pretty much zero help. We walked in to get our annual bloodwork healthcare screening and these women could not have been more helpful and courteous!!! Highly recommend!!! And thank you to all the ladies today at labcorp in Walgreens on S green river road/ Washington ave!!!
Shelia Bryan: I had blood work done today. It was my first time at this site. I generally have a bit of difficulty getting draws as my veins are small. The tech did a great job! No second stick and no bruising. She was friendly and very professional. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. The facility was clean. I choose to go a little after the normal busy time so I can't speak to the time during early hours but I had very little wait time. The whole process was outstanding!

Anastasia McCarter: I had a drug screen ordered for school. It's been a month and my results are nowhere to be found. I can't even get a copy of my receipt, or any kind of record that I took the screen.

Adam Stevens: I’ve used their facilities for years and have always had fantastic service. I’m a huge baby when it comes to needles, and they have been so supportive and helpful in making me feel comfortable and normal.

Todd Ball: The company I work for uses lab Corp for health screening. They do a good job with it and usually you are in and out quickly.

lisa bell: Friendly, never have to wait long, experienced.
Mary Beth Ferguson: Yesterday, I went to the Deaconess Lab near the fish tank in Deaconess Hospital Gateway, to fill a CBC order from my doctor. Today, I am still icing the huge goose egg in the recess of my purple arm I felt like the Phlebotomist could use some extra training in his line of work . I will not return to this lab in the future.
