Leah Alvey: I will only go to this lab for blood work. The lady I get is so good to stick me only one time before had bruises for 2 weeks and they would stick many times also the staff is friendly and professional.

Cynthia Graves: Have used this lab many times. Never had any problems or issues. Walk-in Service May require long waits on occasion. If you want to avoid that risk, use a lab which schedules appointments.

Kenzee Koconis: The workers are incredibly rude to the elderly. A elder woman was waiting for her blood to be drawn for 2 hours. The receptionist rolled her eyes at everyone who walked in. Im very disappointed.

Melissa Zirkelbach: The most clueless front desk. Every single time I have labs faxed from my doctor at Cleveland Clinic to Deaconess Lynch the lady can never find them!!! You can tell the lady at the front desk does not care and does not know how to work the computer system. She does not even greet you. Very rude. Going to use a different lab in the future. This has happened multiple times. I would not recommend this lab especially for out of town doctors/hospitals sending request forms.

Mary Martinez: I went for a Covid Test early this past Saturday morning at 7:00am because I woke up with a high fever and multiple symptoms of COVID. ( I had taken my mom 2 days prior and she tested positive.)When I arrived under the tent as it was my turn, I noticed a nurse dancing and carrying on. Sure came dancing up to my car and continued dancing while she administered my test. I noticed she didn’t go very far up my nose, honestly I hate the Covid test but thought it wasn’t as bad that time. I was really put off by the dancing and the nurse trying to act cute. I don’t feel good, it was early and it was not the time or place to be goofing off. My results came back negative.By Saturday night my symptoms worsened and I had a very rough night and day Sunday.I decided to get tested again this morning because either I had COVID or there was more going on with me. When I arrived to the tent. The nurse was very professional. I told her that I just got tested and the nurse who administered the test wasn’t really paying attention and didn’t go up my nose very far.She apologized in advance and I told her to just go for it. Keep in mind I literally hate the Covid test!!! I knew when I left that whatever the results were would be accurate because she took her time with no distractions.My test came back positive. What upsets me the most is that there is no telling how many false negatives have passed under this Nurse’s watch! I feel like she is a great possibility that she is contributing to the spread of Covid Because of her lack of professionalism while administering the test.No one who is sick wants to get in their car and drive let alone twice! I shouldn’t have had to. I was sick, I was pretty certain I had Covid based on the exposure I had to it. There is no way I didn’t have it Saturday because I woke up with a 101.6 fever and that’s what prompted me to go get tested.I love the clinic and I love my Doctor. This was overall a huge disappointment and I hope this nurse is trained on professional behavior and accurate nurse swabbing while administering Covid tests

This was such a dissatisfying experience, and now I wish I had never come in here at all. I thought that things were done on site and that results came back within a matter of a few days, though.

We walked in to get our annual bloodwork healthcare screening and these women could not have been more helpful and courteous!!! Highly recommend!!! Shelia Bryan: I had blood work done today. It was my first time at this site. I generally have a bit of difficulty getting draws as my veins are small. The tech did a great job! No second stick and no bruising. She was friendly and very professional. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. The facility was clean. I choose to go a little after the normal busy time so I can't speak to the time during early hours but I had very little wait time. The whole process was outstanding!
