She helped with shipping of Another item when I told her there was only one and we both agree that the red look best with the pants! Then I made a payment on my Macy’s charge card. Three transactions all problem solved and she had a smile on her face the whole time. Thank you Karen. Gave me a box too!
Mallory Brummett: I went to Macy's because the Thanksgiving Day parade said they have a ToysRus there. Well yeah they have a small section on the second floor. I didn't like the ToysRus there because toys were all over the floor, some were even damaged, and the prices were extreme. You can find the same toy at Meijer for $20 less. They have a great selection of clothing and trinkets. Most of the toys are nice but a bit expensive. Try it. You might like it.

Now I'm so spoiled with Gabe's fantastic prices and styles that I can't seem to want to shop anywhere else. /// Also the new store has a communist feel to it. I can't explain the feeling except it feels constrained and controlled and not for the customer's good- will, I don't feel freedom. It's just not the same, that's all I can say about the store.

Shannon Wright: The workers were super friendly and the store was very clean! However, the manager felt the need to belittle an employee in front of us and other customers for walking away from the register to help a customer because no one else was, while she (the manager) was standing there and doing nothing but complaining to her other employees. This was upsetting to see as a customer and as someone who has worked retail several times. It was just a classic example of a toxic work place. I feel like she could have waited until there were no customers around to correct his mistake instead of embarrassing and humiliating him in front of everyone.The employee still managed to keep a smile on his face and be super friendly and great service! Just wish I saw a better attitude from management.

Brittany Fougnies: Options of clothes were pretty good and most of employees were great especially little lady in fitting room was great. Girl at register... absolutely needs to find a job where she doesn't deal with customers. Not one smile, no hi just a frumpy look on her face. If she doesn't like job there's more out there.

Sarah Rish: I wasn't sure what this place had to offer but I will definitely be going back. It's like a TJ Maxx or Gabes. Loved it!!! A lot more men's clothing also than other similar places.
