Brandy Brown: R.K Has Awful bedside manner. Lied about my testing results in my chart, that we’re done in office. The office wouldn’t allow me to switch residents even though I was able to switch a family member prior to this incident. Doesn’t deserve to thrive in this department. Should not be allowed to see patients. Rude about having to refill my medications. My insurance wanted me tested for and put into my file that my medicines were necessary and she didn’t want to put in the referral. Finally switched offices, and deciding to leave a review of my recent experience (been going to family practice since I can remember (5/6) years old. Now 24.
Tracy Fritts: I have left messages for my doctor. It's been already two weeks. They are supposed to call me for a follow-up appointment for my blood clots I had in my lungs haven't done that yet. I know they have seen my messages. I think it's very unprofessional for them to treat me like this. I have done everything they have asked. I had to look up on Google caused I can't seem to get a doctor to answer my question so I have treating myself.

Grace Irving: Horrible place DONT GO they waited 3 months just to tell me they don’t accept my health insurance after my bill gets super high when I could’ve been going somewhere else for free and my son also have the same health insurance as me and they failed to mention it until last minute so save yourself the money and headache because they are horrible at communicating but great at taking your money
Alyssa Balding: This place treated me like I didn't matter. I had to constantly call and remind them about getting something in for me. They mixed up my paperwork. They didn't fax my paperwork (when they finally found it) when they said they would, and then they cancelled the order that went along with the paperwork without notifying me. The entire time I was the one who had to reach out to them to find out what was going on. It has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a doctor's office. I recommend keeping on top of the people at this place if you want something done.

Nathen Rahm: Absolutely terrible doctor, only cares about how much he can bill you or your insurance. Has refused on multiple occasions to write any recommendations for treatment, won't provide medical prescriptions unless you make an appointment, won't even contact you to cancel appointments. I've literally driven to his office for an appointment only to find out he's on vacation. They've moved locations three times without any notifications. He acts high and mighty about marijuana usage but was happy to get my mom on pain medication years ago. He's Absolutely trash with a medical degree from a volcano island, I'm not even joking. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

keely shaye: If I could give a -10 stars I definitely would. He is my mothers doctor and I had went to an appointment with her because she could not drive herself and he pretty much called her a liar to her face and wouldn’t sign FMLA papers. Then when she could return to work she needed a work release and he still refused to even sign a work release. Him and his POS office assistance are the worst and least professional people I’ve ever met. The fact I heard him call my mother a liar infuriates me. He is lucky I don’t go to his office and cuss him slick the heck out. I 100000.% DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM!!!!
Katie Haire: If I could give zero stars I would. Honestly, one of the least professional offices I have ever been in. The receptionists are incredibly rude and Dr. Inzerello does not care about the interest of his patients. All he cares about is quick, easy money. His receptionists refused to schedule me because I am pregnant, even after making me jump through all kinds of hoops to even be spoken to (wouldn't even give me five minutes of their time over the phone without a COVID test). When I complained he sent me a letter refusing to be my PCP any longer. So if you're not 100% healthy, don't go here. Not a doctor for sick people, that's for sure.
