My dietitian Mrs. Allison is so amazing I love her to death she has helped me so much and she will listen to me talk about anything even when it is time for her lunch and I am thankful for that!! Who needs a therapist when you have her… Mrs. Allison you’re amazing I was there for a regular doctors appointment and so was my daughter and we had to get blood work.. well I had my 4yr old son with us and we were there for a couple hrs which you know it’s hard to keep a 4yr old still and occupied.. but while we were waiting on the lady who draws blood Mrs. Allison came by after her lunch and said y’all still here lol n said the lady will back soon but she gave my son some fruit snacks then a couple mins later gave him a cup full of cheez it’s and he was super happy then! Thank you again Mrs. Allison for all you do and have done for me! All of them are so great there tho they actually take time to listen to your problems and situations and address them accordingly! They have a new office that is literally 4 mins from my house and I will not go there because I’m not leaving Mrs. Allison and their team I love them! I highly recommend them to anyone! Dr. Malek is amazing too!! Thank you Dr. Maleks office for all you do!!

Dana Rothrock: Kind, friendly, hard working doctors with an amazing therapist 10 out 10 and definitely recommend every chance I get to see Dr Malek. Who has save my life and my mother's life. They also have the best therapist Manda. I've ever had she truly cares about you and doesn't do what most therapist does with making you feel judged, and doesn't act like and say that they care. When you can obviously tell that they don't care about you talking about other therapist and doctors. Just to be clear. At doctor Malek's office you never have to worry about feeling like that because when your are under there care. You are like there family that they want nothing but the best for in all aspects of life. Not just medically and psychiatrically.

Cassandra McGuire: I am very happy with Irene's work. I was very nervous but they looked perfect by the time I made it home and massaged my lips (about one minute) . Not too much and not too little. She did great! I will say I was really impressed with the lift in the corner of my mouth. She had it covered without me asking. By the end of the day, my lips were plump without having to use lip plumper. I am very excited; this was a quick resolution, and it solved my lip concerns. The price was amazing. I was doing Liplace and that was going to take commitment for the results I was looking for but I decided to give this an honest try and I am impressed.

Laura Gail Jones: If you are an addict & need to do what it takes to keep your script this is the place for you. If you were on pain meds for legit reasons, took them as prescribed & are just trying to get the medication you have to use, trying to form a decent life, or battle mental health, STEER CLEAR! I was a patient for 2 years. At 1 year, I started being seen monthly telemed & office visit rotating. About 1 yr 8 months in I start insomnia. At this point I was wrote a script to take as needed, Lowest dose available (per request) and only 15/month then requested in office 30 days later. The next appointment I was told I had to be back in office every 2 weeks. At this point I started a career... this was requested at the busiest time of the year in my line of work. I was to choose treatment or hold career. I was told to go to Sat appointment which didn't exist because black out for upcoming holidays. I text Monday with no response (day 1 no meds) came in Tuesday and received my script by office visit. My script was nationwide shortage on MG. I gave options pharmacy directed & when script sent pharmacy was now out of that option. Over the course of the next 2 days, I called back & forth for my meds. Dr malek himself said he would take care of it when I contacted him. When there was an error, Dr malek stopped caring to help & even began ignoring me. Office told me THEY handle the PA (come on that's insurance decision & takes days to approve). I'm BPD battling abandonment fear & rejection. In life I had just discovered Betrayal trauma along with the death of 2 immediate family members as I am learning office does not care if I am on the meds they prescribed so I can live a normal life. And Since I didn't just sit pretty with the lack of care, and I stood up for myself on the wrong actions/treatment Malek kicked me from office saying "will be doc for 30 days for Emergency use only, No controlled meds will be wrote". You wrote enough meds to have me physically dependant on them & refuse to not even give me 30 days to find a new doc, all because I am trying to uphold a normal life. He calls himself a "mental health professional" but can't even care about how dark my life feels & the stuff I'm battling as a patient. He only cares about that 2 week or shorter appointment to overutilize the insurance. He doesn't actually care if you are doing well, or need anything.DO NOT GO HERE... unless your an addict & only want to be treated as such your whole life.

Alexandria Hodge: I have been here a handful of times and Megan honestly idk if she knew how to deal with people with my kind of issues she made me throw up blood with a medication I had never had before. Which is why I’m so Leary Dr malek took me to his office and personally made a appt for me two days later and said he was going to put me back on my anxiety meds for my ptsd and panic attacks for at night. Knowing I’m on pain meds the two days later he flips his script and has a attitude and then after stating it’s against the code he proceeded to give me two weeks of my meds and said find another dr. If it’s not allowed to be given to me why would you give it to me? You contradict your self and I though I was gunna have a amazing experience here when in reality they don’t care about the patient you can’t tell someone who has the issues I do to pick between my chronic issues when my life is horrible due to my issues . No sympathy and no one to understand me honestly I’m just shocked that it wasn’t the experience I thought it would be

Jay Burns: Stay away from this Doctor at all cost! All they care about is scheduling as many visits a possible. You can’t ever get anyone on the phone. You have to text them if you want to try to get something done. They scheduled me 3 pointless visits that I had to pay for big time! They billed my insurance company for physicals that I never received. They ordered me around $1300 worth of labs for a high dollar medication that my insurance company was never gonna pay for in the first place. So the labs were completely pointless, except I’m the one having to pay over $500 out of pocket! Stay far away from the Doctor! Dr. Malek has been on medical leave so maybe that’s the problem.

Kim S: Really disappointedMy son who just got his Masters in College went to this Dr needing help with anxiety issues, that he has struggled with for years. Also, to have a local Dr since we moved here while he was in school. All this Doc cared about was did my son do drugs and quizzed him repeatedly. Then after all that, he said "You need to see a Psychiatrist." Its sad to think the caring physician profession has come to this. Maybe someday if this Dr has trouble himself, he will get dismissed as quickly. As angry as I am about this, I still wish for him, a better Dr than he was to my son!!!!
