Kaye Byard: Garling has been transporting my mother from a nursing home to doctor’s appointments lately. On March 8, 2022 we had a fabulous driver. He offered for me to ride along, but I already had plans to drive separate. Then her appointment turned into an ER visit. I called to tell them we didn’t know when we would need a pick up. They told me to cal with an update in an hour. Well, with everything going on an hour passed before I realized it. All of a sudden I turned around in the ER and there was the driver. He wasn’t frustrated I had forgotten to call or that we were no where near ready to leave. He was so attentive to my mother offering to hold her hand as they drew blood, etc. to comfort her. Wish I had remembered his name to give him a shout out by name!

Elizabeth Azar: I wish I could give more stars! I just bought my second vehicle from Superior and I absolutely could not be more pleased with the service I receive each time I’m there. I purchased a Chevy traverse last year and Candy patiently helped me through each and every step of the process. That vehicle was totaled, and Candy once again helped me with everything I needed for the new traverse. Everyone is amazing and I have come to think of them more as friends than just employees there. The few times I’ve had a problem with my vehicle, Jordan and the team are immediately on top of it. If you are in need of a handicap accessible vehicle, or even if you just have questions, I would HIGHLY recommend Superior Van & MobilitY!!

Edward Hopf: Superior van and mobility went out of their way to help my mom and I find the Chrysler Pacifica sport. When it came to install the equipment in my van the service department went above and beyond the call of duty to get everything done in one day. I love my new mobility van and I love dealing with everyone at Superior Van and Mobility. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us.
Mike McDaniel: I sought out Superior Van to look for a wheelchair van after an illness to a family member. There is a lot to learn about mobility products and Superior took the time to answer my questions, even with multiple visits. I also did my own research separately, which included talking with suppliers outside my area. I found Superior is well regarded in their industry and the products and prices they offer are comparable with “out of town” suppliers. Local support is important with a mobility conversion product and Superior provides service support for the products they sell. They take the time to learn about your needs so they can offer the right products to meet those needs. I ended up purchasing a new conversion van from them and would do so again.

slammed1000: Wreckless driving west bound Lloyd expressway 3/13 at 6:05pm. AMR crossed into the eastbound lane head on with vehicles at Rossenberger ave intersection at a high rate if speed.
Lacey Lee: Released personal medical information to a community member. Then charged $1200 to not do a transport and give a bottle of water out.
sandra porter: Bad customer service takes forever to get them to send anything to file with insurance. Every week they say 45 days. (Really cause it’s already been 14 months)
Julie Sandefur: The billing is horrible. They don't bill Medicare correctly refuse to re-file correctly. Had to appeal with Medicare and they paid AMR but we had already paid 1 bill and I have been calling weekly for the refund. They read from a script and just keep saying it is under review. Don't pay these a dime until you know for sure you owe because you won't see your money again.
Nathan Dorris: They might have the worst billing department in the world. Sent us a bill before my son even got out of the hospital saying the insurance company denied the claim. They have his birthdate wrong in their system and they sent it to the wrong insurance company and I've fought them for over 6 months trying to get them to either correct the birthday and sent me an itemized statement or bill the insurance company directly and they keep saying they will fix it but they keep sending it to collections instead.
L: Scheduled pick up to transport hospice patient from hospital to home. There is a lot of planning and coordinating with the hospital staff and hospice staff to attempt a smooth transition. However, @AMR was an hour late without calling to notify anyone. Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE.
Brenda Huett: This place does NOT have but only 2 employees that I have seen EVER be sincerly compassionate,kind and caring!!! They treated my mother very well and genuinely showed an interest in her and answered all of my questions. Thank you to Phyllis and Kelsey ❤❤
JoHanna Sumner-Damme: This ambulance company is out of network with most insurance plans, and they do not disclose this on their website, or when they arrive to pick you up. We have Anthem whom everyone is in network with, but AMR/Mercy Ambulance is not. They tried to bill us for a huge out of pocket cost, when our out of pocket had been met for the year, and this bill would have been paid at 100%, if they had been in network. They will not adjust any bill for you, they will only set up payment plans. They need to post a disclosure on their website of who they participate with and give a hand out to patients upon arrival and let them make a choice. If it is an emergency, anything over what insurance pays should be waived, because the patient did not have a choice of who would have transported them to the hospital.
Mary Turtles: All of their employees lie and treat me disrespectfully every time I need an ambulance! I have the recorded proof!!!They do NOT care about me, as a disabled 56 year old woman, that needs my assistive device taken with me in another van!!! I use an electric wheelchair because I can only walk short distances.They don't even bother to check my vitals and could care less that they cause me more stress than I already have! They are EVIL!!!They play their same dirty filthy game, knowing I am HOMELESS and want me to leave my electric wheelchair and my few belongings for this to pick through!!!Do NOT trust them with your life because they aren't very observant and they lie!!!!
