Craig Johnson: It’s a decent company and the drivers are on time. However if I have to pay 15 dollars for a 4 minute drive to go up the street when Uber or Lyft offers only 13 dollars to go from east green river to west red bank road then I’ll pass. And I say this because dispatch mentioned they have a 5 dollar late night fee and a 10 dollar minimum and Its usually midnight when I use Uber or Lyft. But I’ll definitely recommend them for a speedy pickup for late night after hours.
Review Queen: Haven’t had a negative experience once and I’ve used this service many times! Brittany and Craig especially are very polite, on time, go out of their way to help, and their rates are very reasonable.

Lovely Mimi: HORRIBLE experience. HORRIBLE customer service. Called at 4:15pm, was told a 45 minute wait so i decided to be patient and wait. Continued to call and over an HOUR later still NOONE. Needed to specifically make it there to pay a bill, which they PROMISED that they'd send someone in time before they closed and I was not able to! After numerous promises of someone "being on the way" NOPE. Horrible. After the final call they finally sent me to voicemail instead of just owning up they screwed up and were "busy" I will continue to give my money to uber & Lyft. I'd rate this "company" a 1 if i could! If you use this company make sure you have a plan B!

Although I was running behind schedule, the driver arrived earlier than expected and got me to work in time for me to take a smoke break before even walking in the door. Which after the morning I was having changed my whole mood!!! The car was spotless and even had like a new leather smell… I will definitely use their service again and will recommend it to anyone else that needs a ride to work that was very affordable and surprisingly enough still take cash!!! Curtis Likes: I was headed to St. Louis got stuck on the side of 64 with a blown head gasket, after I was able to make it to a Pilot close by I found out I was stuck in an area Uber/Lyft wouldn’t pick up. I then googled “taxi 183 miles” and Green Light was the first service to pop up. I I mmediately got a hold of someone who had the owner, Joei, call me back for details on the price. I called one other company beforehand and went through hoops to be quoted $60 higher than Green Light. Once I got the tow situation covered (I suggest Auto Star), I called Joei back and within an hour he himself arrived. Trip was quick, professional, and easy. I know when the white car four door something like an Impala he gets me where I need to be fast no time wasted and really any ride I get comes fast and gets me to my destination right on time. I notice now they have a map and you can communicate so that's something new. But if I would refer a family or friends I recommend them they a whole lot better than Lyft. Lyft is kinda of expensive well try last time I used it was last year but I like jp taxi because you can pay with cash. Not everyone uses debit cards all the time.

Denise Peckenpaugh: Never ever have I had a problem with jp taxi until this morning when I woke up at 7 :00 am to schedule a ride I waited almost 1 hour after the fact. The disbatch stated I would have a car come 10 to 15 minutes and it turn into an hour later .There are people who have jobs expect to have a ride when told not hour after the fact . If your low on drivers for that day tell the client don’t make them upset and wait . I could have gotten another ride with Uber or Lyft immediately if I would have known I would be waiting 1 hour . You all made me over late for my job .
Lacey Barrett: They don't have 3rd shift hrs. So from 12a-5a, I have to walk. Or if I have debit/credit card I can use Lyft/Uber which is wayyyy cheaper and much nicer than jp. Just saying. 🤷🏻

I think that this business should be shut down because there is no communication with the drivers. Then they canceled after I waited for almost 2 hours and told me because I gave a review that they weren’t going to serve me this business is a complete mess and like I said they should be shut down
