Cordell Chenault: I sat in line over 25 minutes and there were only two people ahead of me to the order box. The guy at the window seemed lost. I was handed a sandwich that I could tell had been sitting under the warmer the whole time I was in the drive through. The online app redeemed me which is the only thing redeeming the stars....3 weeks later and it's back down to 1. Lukewarm food and stale bread. Never again at this location, North Green River is much better

He also admitted Grubhub wasn't at fault either. Here's the thing. When you offer to replace something, it shouldn't have to be the same day. That was the point of ordering Grubhub, I can't leave work. I just can't believe how I was talked to. The sad part is...Their food is really good and I just wanted my catfish. Detrick Willett: Growning up, this was Definitely the spot. Adult and kid friendly. The food is Really Good and the specials is really affordable. You Don't have to go large on the combos, because you can get a small fry and they will dump almost a medium portion of fries at the bottom to. Their really famous for their Twinkle kote ice cream 🔥🔥. Definitely an Evansville Historical Icon for the people on the South side.

Mariah Felton: My fiancé and I went in last night before close, and woke up this morning vomiting/sick from both ends. It was the only thing we ate that evening. I called with my receipt this morning hoping to get a refund (this has only ever happened once before at Fazolis and they offered me a refund so I figured this was plausible.) After asking countless questions, as minuscule and meaningless as what we ate for breakfast that morning (lol) and being very condescending — we were told We were they would contact their insurance department and their insurance department would contact us. “As far as a refund, no.”While I don’t like having to call out a business — because things happen, I dislike even more when they don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. I absolutely believe it was food poisoning. Immediately after picking up the phone from his employee explaining things, the manager acted as if we were lying and just an inconvenience to his day, rather than that he was going to fix the issue. His attitude was terrible, irritated, and almost as if he wanted to laugh in my face. I just told him I’d be contacting the health department to let them know and said goodbye.If a $20 order refund can bring out the worst in you, perhaps you need a different job lol. Do not eat here late in the evening. I’ve eaten here before and been fine but never this late.
