Mallory Brummett: I went to Macy's because the Thanksgiving Day parade said they have a ToysRus there. Well yeah they have a small section on the second floor. I didn't like the ToysRus there because toys were all over the floor, some were even damaged, and the prices were extreme. You can find the same toy at Meijer for $20 less. They have a great selection of clothing and trinkets. Most of the toys are nice but a bit expensive. Try it. You might like it.

Kristen Totten: Kohls is probably the worst box store other than Walmart. But at least Walmart keeps their prices realistic and doesn't lie about the quality (we all know). Kohls gouges the prices in order to place "discounts" to make you think you are getting a deal, just to take it home to realize the quality is only as good as Walmart merchandise...I only come because sephora has a great return policy. I got some sheets on sale down from 100 dollars. They even had an example of the material on the front shelf. Took it home, unpacked it, and felt scammed immediately. Couldn't even let it touch my skin it was so cheap and scratchy, but apparently, it's worth 100 dollars. Kohls is a scam. They always are.

Christopher Keys: As a previous employee, I can honestly say I would rather drive out of town to shop at a different khols, management and the h2s are a joke, including the receptionist.every morning we used to have meetings to address problematic issues and morjority of the time the issues was the management. I had no problem with leaving, they overwork the employees, show favoritism. Most of the time why fitting rooms are closed are because the management is too lazy to cover anyone's break or because they have 10 people doing tthr same thing , they talk about team and leadership but can barley run a floor. If your not in a click with management you don't exist.maybe if they put people who are equipped to manage it may turn around.

Shakey Shepherd: Kohl's is a nice alternative to Macy's, but I hate the location. Tucked back off the Lloyd Distressway near Burkhardt Rd is always a bad traffic area.

Nick and Kacey Baker: terrible selection of clothes as is, but on top of that there was no fitting room attendant. not sure what clothing store can’t have fitting rooms. Claims it’s “staffing issues” however there are like 3 girls working returns. which actually means one working and the other two standing and talking. Never going to this location again.

Rick Oakley: I have purchased several suits from menshouse over the years and been pleased. I went into the store to purchase a new suit on 1/29/23 told the clerk the color suit I needed and was told to go to their website and find what I was looking for and return and the would assist me then. The professionalism was a joke. I left and drove to Dillard's and purchased a nice custom suit where I was treated like a valued customer. Someone needs to talk to there employees about customer care.

Jacob Mounts: Needed a suit jacket for a funeral. The lady who helped us was quite knowledgeable and very helpful. Didn't waste time, found proper jacket for my needs with a proper fit and even took care of the tags so I wouldn't be bothered with it when I got home. It's not often I need these kinds of clothes, but they've come through every time I've needed them.

Garrett Dean: I stopped in today and was immediately greeted and asked if I could use any help. As a man who was wearing boots and a flannel I could definitely use some help! I was introduced to Ashley and after a few different cuts she found me a suit that had me in an all blue suit that made me look like I was someone! Unfortunately my wife recommended a more neutral color scheme. I am a rather large guy kinda fit kinda fat and wanted something that fit me perfectly. I had already stacked up quite the pile of “not it’s” and was beginning to get a bit discouraged when Si stepped in. Si was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to explain the way a suit should not only be picked out, but also worn. Si and Ashley worked together and got me the PERFECT suit. I again feel horrible about the pile of clothes that just weren’t it. But you guys were such a blast to work with. Thank you for getting me a suit that makes me feel like somone!

Richard Moore: I went to Men's Warehouse to order my first ever custom suit. During the process the sales person was extremely vague on what I was going to receive and didn't offer much knowledge about the products or much knowledge about how to match me in what type of suit jacket I needed. I was very worried about spending 1,100$ on a suit where someone didn't seem 100% confident in what they were doing but she assured me I would be happy and look great so I went ahead and spent the money. When I came in, the jacket and pants needed to be hemmed which is normal and I was told I would receive an email they next day when they were done that they "didn't call". I did not receive an email by 6pm and called to check and they said it was done. When I came in NOTHING on the suit jacket had been touched and the only thing hemmed on the pants was length. The suit Jacket was very wrinkled. No one seemed to want to take the time to even look to notice. It was still way too big. "oh does that work for you?" like okay thanks bye, was all I got. Anyone with eyes could have seen the jacket and pants were too big. It wasn't until the Tailor lady, who I was extremely pleased with, came out her exact words were "no no it too big and not right" I was so relieved to finally have someone who knew the clothing business and could tell it was wrong just by looking at it. She took my measurements and I felt much more confident. When I returned the following day everything fit okay but It had still not been pressed everyone was so busy talking on their cell phones taking personal calls that no one wanted to help me. after I got some help and an apology they promised it would be ready the next day by noon. I came in that day and It STILL hadn't been pressed. They took it back right then and pressed it. The suit fits and looks okay. I'm unhappy because no one explained why my suit jacket and pants was 1100 dollars. Poor customer service. No breakdown of costs. I could have spent 1100 dollars on 3 suits from express in the mall and been WAY more satisfied and better customer service. I would give 5 stars to the very nice tailor lady. that's all. I still don't understand why my suit jacket and pants was 1100 dollars. Customs are not worth nearly that much money from here.

Kassie Landvay: Joe from this Evansville, Indiana store saved the day with my boyfriend’s tuxedo. The Nashville Men’s Warehouse messed up his groomsman tuxedo and gave him the wrong items, a tie instead of a bow tie. I came to Joe a few hours before the wedding and he ate the cost of the bow tie himself so that way all of groomsmen could have the same attire. Highly recommend this store and specifically Joe to ensure that your wedding goes smoothly.

Chris Lee: Needed some new dress clothes and went to the Men's Wearhouse. Manager Joe hooked me up from top to bottom with three new suits, shirts, shoes, socks, and belts. He even recommended several options for ties which were great. I love going to this place because you know when you leave everything will fit and you will be in the latest look. Great products even better service. Highly recommend this for nice clothes for any occassion.

Taylor Beck: The customer service here is about the worst. 2 days ago I went to go pick up my tux for my brother's wedding. First, it was extremly late even though they said it would be there at 10 3 days before. Then, when I arrive no one achknowledged me for 20 minutes while a stood there. Now, I get to the wedding to wear my tux and of course it does not fit. I called them and they basically tried to sound like it's only my fault that all this happened. Their measurements are always off as well. I would just rent somewhere else.

Dawson Givens: Absolutely horrible!! I completely understand staffing issues. I understand prom and other events are going on and at times there could be a small wait. However that was NOT the case. Today when I went to pick up my sons tux it was a complete mess!!! I know there was at the least 7 employees that I counted. Jacob the shift manager needs training on how to handle situations like today....how clear the store and do it in a timely organized fashion!!! Its really NOT that hard. 1 employee should have been handling pick ups, 1 employee should have handle the front register and showroom floor, 1 employees should have had dressing rooms covered, 2 employee should have been taking measurements, leaving 2 other employees to help in anyway to provide GREAT customer service!!!! This was my 1st and ONLY visit with Men's Wearhouse!!! Customer service is EVERYTHING and this store lacks enormously!!!
