Court Kull: My wife had a package shipped there twice and the people there rejected the package and sent it back. When I inquired about it today the guy running the place was dismissive, rude and unhelpful. Acted as though I was bothering him and I had to insist he look up the tracking number to prove it was shipped there. Obnoxious, rude, and ignorant of the process, or he just lied. Either way I’m never going there again and I encourage you to find another store as well.
Stephen Dewig: The most rude customer service I have ever experienced. One employee couldn’t scan label on my phone and read the instructions and told me to print it off and shipping would be free. Returned with the printed label and the young man would not even scan it. When i complained he told me to lose the attitude and he was done with me. Yelled at me in front of other customers.

Tim Pechin: Our business opened a PO Box at this location about 7 years ago. Last year, I lost my key. It took them over 3 months to replace the lock. Access to my box and mail was limited during this time.Now, they terminated my box without giving me any notice. Further, the owner will not tell me what he did with my mail that was in the box. He motioned in a manner indicating he threw it in the trash. Because this is not a USPS owned facility, the USPS will not help you in changing your address.I will not trust these people with my packages or mail ever again.

Pat H: UPS store on Evansville East side had closed early due to no electricity. I called the west side store on Pearl Drive to verify they were open and closed at 2:00 PM. The lady that answered the phone CURTLY let me know they were closing at 2:00 and would not stay open a minute later. We arrived at 1:50 PM. There were 2 customers being waited on at the time. A short blonde lady was barking orders at the other 2 employees and being very rude to the customers. She tried locking the door at 1:55 PM but one of the other employees had put duck tape over the lock earlier in the day because it kept locking customers out. You could tell this frustrated her even more. She came back to the counter , looked at me and barked, "Who is next?" I had 4 return codes to scan, each with a print out sheet including return item descriptions. She scanned 3 of the bar codes grabbing what she THOUGHT were the items and moving them across the room each time. Before scanning the 4th code, I advised her there must be a mistake somewhere because the item on the last code did not match the item being returned. She got very spiteful and told me it was my fault and I needed to figure the problem out. I told her I needed the previous items scanned in order for me to figure out what the problem was. She stormed across the room, retrieved my items and slammed them on the counter in front of me. She kept being rude so I finally asked why I was doing her job.(while she stood there watching me and let me know I was taking too long) She snapped it was MY FAULT because the return was not organized! How rude can you get ?!?!This woman is NOT good for the business. Every time the door opened and another customer came in the door, she would get even more aggravated. This woman does not need to be working with the public.On the positive side, there were two other employees( a lady and a young man) that were very courteous and helpful. They were doing extremely well with the situation at hand.

And when I get a bill from Spectrum, the rude old lady with the white hair who thinks that being rude to customers when they are working with someone else is appropriate will be the one that pays it. Hope that old lady isn’t a Manager because she’s terrible at her job if she is!
Nicole Price: The lady at this store interrupted me while I was talking to let her know what I was calling for yesterday. Customer service sucked from the second she answered the phone. All I wanted to do was pick up my package instead of having it delivered too me since it was running late being delivered. Mandy Steinback: I normally ship with usps but decided to give UPS a try thinking that my items would be even safer being shipped through them. The item I was shipping was a handmade and painted 2D wire sculpture. When I arrived at the store I found two high school kids working so I consulted them about my shipping options, asking directly if I needed to worry about my item being bent in the bubble wrap envelope. They told me it would not be bent, it would be fine. I was perfectly willing to opt for a more expensive package if it would ensure the item’s safety as this was a meaningful and personal item that can not be easily reproduced and took several hours to make. The item was completely destroyed in shipping, the person received a completely mangled mess of wire which was both heartbreaking and embarrassing for me. When I came back to consult with the manager (I’m assuming this is also the person who elected to schedule two high school kids to run the store without a more knowledgeable adult present) she said I needed official documents to prove the items worth otherwise she could not help me. She offered no apology nor did she seem interested in consulting me further on how I could be compensated as a poor working artist who was laid off in the pandemic who just had their original artwork destroyed. The alternative to this situation would have been a knowledgeable UPS staff member easily upselling me on better packaging that would have resulted in UPS making more money and me being pleased with the service I received. This store seems to be poorly managed.

Terry McCrarey: This is the Best Post Office in Evansville, Indiana!!! The person, Danielle, who works there full time is friendly, knows her business well, makes sure your packages and mail get to the right address for the lowest cost available. She is fast and has fantastic customer service and support! I have seen another post office on South Green River road which management tells off employees in front of customers which is totally a bad showing of USPS! These type of managers should be fired for poor management skills, employee and customer support!!! When you see bad things like the other post offices do in Evansville, Indiana you have to wonder what the alternative is? At the little post office that Danielle works at you Do Not see any problems just a good atmosphere, hear good music in the background and even some good smelling flowers! This is the way the USPS should be represented!!!

Logan Roettger: My package arrived on the 26th at the warehouse. Was not delivered to me until the 30th. Called to check the status and while on hold I took my dog on a walk, got in a mile run on the treadmill, AND even put my phone on speaker while I took a shower and still NO ANSWER. I don’t know if people just hang around there or what, but very very poor service. On top of it all, my package was ripped and shoved into my mail box instead of just being put at my door.

I understand that the post office has a distribution center and several detours when coming from out of town, but some of it comes from Evansville. I just want to RECOVER my stolen mail!! Since I have had mail stolen several times, I am going to file a police report instead of “opening a claim with USPS”. I have had several theft issues with my mail and when I confront the supervisor, he defends his carriers, which is fine, but this states they do not care that their staff are trained thieves! The carrier never takes my bills, just mail that seems like a cash out!! Gift certificates and gift cards are always taken and I filed a complaint with the post master to only be told their carriers aren’t like that!! Well, nobody is ever like that, until he/she gets caught.

Cathy Stone: The workers at the counter are great, but the supervisor is unpleasant to speak to concerning issues. I was unable to get a direct answer about my problem and was told that after a package is delivered to the wrong address, it is no longer their responsibility to fix the problem, and the customer would have to fix the problem themself, when it was the post office's mistake in the first place. I little ordered something from Albanese candy factory and I was supposed to get it yesterday and then it went from an hour away from me and almost ready to be delivered to my house to literally being shipped all the way to Michigan docility 5 hours in the opposite direction. And now it is all the way back to Evansville a day later and says it’s supposed to be here today or tomorrow but that’s what it said last time too now my candy and package is going to be old and late this is horrible. So if my package of my candy gets missed shipped again I will be calling corporate because I just talked to someone over the phone and they said sometimes packages gets missed shipped so if I do not get my package tomorrow I will be calling corporate and making a complaint

It usually means I'll receive my parcel the day it lands here but if it stays more than a day, then there's no telling when you'll see it move. Try and ship items via FedEx or UPS, it may cost a little more but at least when they lose a package you can get someone to actually sort it out. Butch Clutts: I have a package at the Evansville, IN Distribution Center for nearly 3 months. This is totally unacceptable! I understand we're in a pandemic, but if the center can't handle the shipments someone else should.
chris woods: Your packages get to this facility and stay there for several days before they are ever checked in. Seems like you have to lodge a complaint then your package magically gets scanned in within a day. My last one set there for 7 days. I sent in my complaint about 12 pm. By 5pm it magically showed up there. Had another package shipped from St. Louis. It left STL 2 days ago and guess what.....still not checked in at Evansville. Totally unreliable. Also have local post offices that mark packages undeliverable or delivery attempted but they never attempted. If companies allowed you to choose your shipping, USPS would get zero percent of my business.
Stormingcrow: I shipped a package on the 14th of December. It arrived here on the 17th. I've checked my tracking frequently, my package supposedly departed from this facility on the 19th, the 21st, the 22nd, was in transit to another facility on the 24th, departed from this facility again on the 26th, and now it departed again from this facility, supposedly, last night. I don't know why it's going back so much, but I'm pretty sure this is an abusive relationship and the post office just needs to let my package go, it'll be better for everyone involved.

You put in the tracking number and it says delayed and that has been sense July 27 and the tracking information hasn’t changed only showing July 29 as the last update on my package. It is now August 1 2020 and the tracking still has the same information. It was shipped priority mail 2nd day delivery, I could have walked there and back with my package by now!! And they say mail in ballots. NO WAY!! It would be lucky to arrive by the next election. I thought FedEx was bad, this is a lot worse. The postal service has been paid for a service that they haven’t fulfilled. No wonder the USPS is bankrupt they can’t deliver!!!!! The bosses should do there job and hold employees accountable. Terrible service!!!!

Dawn Miller: Yet another day that mail doesn't get picked up. If I don't have mail to be delivered they refuse to come pick up the outgoing mail (yes it is visible that there is mail ready to go out). This happens way too often. I also get mail for the same address on different streets at least 3 times a month. Do better!

Mary Cann: The people up front are good to deal with but I am not getting my mail delivery for the second time this year! I know this because I get the daily email for USPS Informed Delivery. I don't know what the problem is this time but last time the new kid delivering my mail shut off my service which caused a lot of issues because my mail was returned to sender. I didn't get a check I had coming and missed a lot of bills. Back then I didn't have informed delivery, I highly recommend it so you can see what they are not delivering. This is the worst Post Office delivery system I have ever had!

Carli Anne: The woman that worked was me was wonderful!! I was sending some letter mail that needed an international stamp and I had a regular package. I forgot to add a do not bend sticker on the package as I was sending artwork and the lady stamped some do not bends on it! I was really happy that she was super sweet and understanding! Overall I would happily visit this location again!
Siruskaramory no: Tried calling for over 15min and couldn't get an answer. I work 8am to 12am, there's no way I'm going to be able to make it in physically during their extremely limited hours.

Morgan Weilbrenner: After waiting on hold for 30 minutes I was really disappointed to have to talk to someone who was very rude, talked over me, and didn't want to answer my questions because of my unfamiliarity with the USPS procedures. I'm sure she was very overwhelmed with all the calls because that should be the only reason I waited for 30 minutes, but unfortunately that's the job and as someone who works in a call center, I'd be written up for that behavior.

Autuam Prater: My packages are never delivered. I’m continuously having to go pick them up even when I’ve been home all day waiting on it. Any time I try to call the phones are either not working or shut off early. Incredibly frustrating!

Zeus Smith: I waited all day and kept myself glued to my seat by the window and didn't even dare shower or walk the dog waiting for my package that I scheduled for redelivery (and that needs to be signed) to arrive and it didn't. I now smell bad and my dog is not happy.

Trisha Kemp: I'd like to thank the staff at the Westside Evansville Home Depot! I ordered 4 dining chairs online. When I ordered them I thought I just needed to screw the seats to the chair frames, but when I received them the seats were not pre-drilled. I called HD and Glenn, the manager, said that if I brought them in they would attach the seats. I have a small car so I had to bring them in one at a time. Austin and Dylan worked on my chairs in between customers. They did a great job and took care to put down a pad so that the chairs wouldn't get scratched while they worked. The chairs look great and feel really sturdy. Everyone I met there that day was very helpful. Great customer service! Thank you all!
Tyler Dixon: First time in Home Depot in several years, across several states. I was always dissapointed with their staff service and helpfulness. This particular store has an extremely impressive, professional, and friendly staff. I had 4 separate staff members approach me, and ask how they could help. I didnt have to search anyone out and I found things quickly. The greeter was great, checkout was great. Absolute kudos to the team. Just maybe, my next home improvement project vendor will be orange, instead of blue. :) keep it up.
