Jessica Lynch: This place is a hit and miss for me. Certain menu items are wonderful but the rest of it is mediocre. I love the Oreo Desert bar! I used to work for Tropicana and I only had to pay $7.00. For that price it wasn't too bad. It went further downhill after Eldorado fully took over the property. They no longer used fresh brewed sweet tea. It is now from a fountain. Honestly if your paying full price for your meal you'd be better off taking the money to Golden Coral, where you get better food and better options. Honestly this place is overpriced.

vince dixon: If you have a comps for it try the coke products and frozen ice cream in the machine, that’s the best. Food is basic cafeteria like and prepared in the same manner. No seasonings, over cooked, and Luke warm at best. Tried it more than once and it been always the same.

Manager extremely rude. I ordered sampler but was charged extra because I had 2meats. However that was not noted on the menu. Both of chicken salads were dry & unediable. They didn’t even include crackers. Will never go back!!

Karl Card: friends at work stated how good this place is. So I thought id try it. I ended up throwing up and going home early from work, bad mayo and the bread was not fresh by any means, very crusty. There was a descent amount of meat on the sandwich but this sandwich cost me a large amount of money since I lost a deal due to having to go home and barf. Wont try this place again.

Sean Howell: I hate to leave a bad review because the bartender was so friendly. But roaches running across the bar is unforgivable. The bartender said they just sprayed, well roaches are a deeper issue than just spraying, the entire place needs fumigated. We chose to come out to this establishment to support the Shriners but this is a poor way to do it. Hopefully next time we come back to a clean place.

Brianna Gatewood: This review is of their catering. We chose them for our wedding day and rehearsal dinner. When they were trying to get our business we were treated really well and then once they got their deposit they were surprisingly hard to get in touch with. Per our contract we were supposed to meet with them 1 week prior to our wedding day to finalize everything and to pay. They kept pushing us off and we were promised to go over everything the night before at our rehearsal dinner and the owners were no where to be found.We kept reaching out to them prior to our event and kept getting the same response that they were busy. So on our wedding day we were then sent the invoice when we should’ve had all that taken care of before hand which I think is extremely tacky and unprofessional because we shouldn’t have had to worry about that on our big day. We had used them for our bar service as well and wanted our guests to enjoy unlimited beer and signature cocktails and after the fact more and more people have now told us that they were turned away at the bar and were told that we had ‘hit our cap’. We were paying for an open bar and the drinks were supposed to be unlimited. The quality of food and the servers were great but the owners really let us down. If you use them just don’t be afraid to stand your ground and make sure you get what was promised from them. Just wanted to warn anyone in the future to just make sure you stay on top of them. Upon talking to others now that previously their service this apparently not a new issue.

I was hoping for food that was from the Acropolis but you had to ask for that menu and it definitely was lacking. Don't bother with the seafood dip it was not worth getting. I do a lot of reviews most of them are positive. Sad to say we were on a time crunch and had already ordered drinks when the full reality of how unlikely it was we were to get good food in a bad atmosphere. Anyway don't go would be my recommendation.

If / when the COVID19 issue has passed, this would be a good place to collect out of the ordinary pros and cons about the visit. For example, They provide a special service for those who use a wheel chair or They discount meals for military and first responders in uniform.Vegetarian options: They have a few vegetarian dishes.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a handy wheelchair ramp with guide bars right at the front door. Unlike many that place this off to the side. I don't think they have handicap parking, but it was dark. I may have missed it.

David Schuck: I have eaten here several times over the past several years. The food, service and atmosphere have been consistently outstanding. The servers are fast and attentive to your dinning needs. If you are unsure of what you want to eat? Ask your server to make a suggestion, they will give you a few good choices and explain the details of the entry. The carnitas are one of my favorites. The chuletas are also close to my favorite. The red salsa has a good flavor. I am sure you will enjoy the dinning experience.Parking: Plenty of free parking. If you are like me and you don't want to park next to another vehicle just park off to the side. All the parking is easy in and out.

Beth Sutton: I ordered La Herradura through GrubHub. The tacos my child wanted said that they came with sour cream, which she hates. I wrote in the special instructions "no sour cream". When the food was delivered unfortunately the tacos had sour cream all over them.I called the restaurant and spoke with someone to attempt to resolve this matter. The only resolution they wanted to offer me though was to remake the food and have me come pick it up. I explained that defeats the purpose of ordering GrubHub in the first place, paying the premium charges, and the delivery charges, and delivery tip.The person I spoke with proceeded to get hostile with me stating "What do you want me to do? What do you want me to do?" I told him that I wanted a refund on the tacos. He then pushed the issue back onto GrubHub stating "GrubHub has your money. It's not in my pockets." Well that is just not true. While yes I did pay GrubHub directly and I did pay upcharges to use GrubHubs service, La Herradura does still profit from me selecting to eat from their restaurant.I explained that I did not feel that this needed to go to GrubHub since my issue was not with GrubHub, GrubHub's service, or my delivery driver but rather with the restaurant and how they disregarded my request for no sour cream and prepared the food incorrectly.The worker consistently only wanted to offer to remake the food and for me to come pick it up, and consistently kept pushing the issue off on GrubHub. There was absolutely no accountability or ownership over the restaurant making a mistake nor any true offer to resolve my problem.I then informed him that since he was not taking responsibility or giving me a proper resolution that my next step would be to leave a horrible review everywhere I can and never to dine there again. While I was angry I was not screaming or cursing. He hung up on me while I was speaking. I am completely floored that La Herradura allows customers to be treated in this manner. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed.

Jon SUTTON: Ordered delivery and they messed up the order. Asked for things to be specifically taken off of my kid's food and they left it on ruining her meal. When asking them to fix it they wouldn't. They also wouldn't refund it. DON'T go here if you expect correct orders or customer service. Highly suggest Casa Fiesta instead. Much better food and experience.
