I will never ever spend another dime at Menards and I am doing a 35-40,000.00 kitchen project. Good bye Menards discount store. Don’t do anything that involves a delivery! Finally arrived at 6:55 with no paperwork? WTH.

She knew exactly what I was looking for and showed me where to get it. I am short in stature and she even helped me get the product I needed down. I was thoroughly impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of this location. I was treated with respect, despite my recent experience with Home Depot. I will continue to patronize this business based on my positive experiences with it. I am a happy customer as well as a returning customer in the future. There is plenty of parking. Bathrooms are located near check out. Items are easy to find and if not there is always staff around to assist you in finding them. I recommend this location.

Trisha Kemp: I'd like to thank the staff at the Westside Evansville Home Depot! I ordered 4 dining chairs online. When I ordered them I thought I just needed to screw the seats to the chair frames, but when I received them the seats were not pre-drilled. I called HD and Glenn, the manager, said that if I brought them in they would attach the seats. I have a small car so I had to bring them in one at a time. Austin and Dylan worked on my chairs in between customers. They did a great job and took care to put down a pad so that the chairs wouldn't get scratched while they worked. The chairs look great and feel really sturdy. Everyone I met there that day was very helpful. Great customer service! Thank you all!

Tyler Dixon: First time in Home Depot in several years, across several states. I was always dissapointed with their staff service and helpfulness. This particular store has an extremely impressive, professional, and friendly staff. I had 4 separate staff members approach me, and ask how they could help. I didnt have to search anyone out and I found things quickly. The greeter was great, checkout was great. Absolute kudos to the team. Just maybe, my next home improvement project vendor will be orange, instead of blue. :) keep it up.

The employee Ralph at the Evansville store was very helpful and provided knowledge of the equipment.We were ready to make our purchase and required assistance to get the product from their storage area. Dylan (employee) agreed to get our item. We waited for 45 mins and had to ask a few times if the item was coming. Ralph saw us and checked on us. He said he would go to the storage area and help Dylan. Ralph came right up to the front with our grill. This item was very heavy, and Ralph helped us load it into our truck. We never saw Dylan again.Wished Dylan would have asked his co-workers for help to allow us not to wait so long.I appreciate Ralph’s excellent Customer Service!!

Rob Nunley: Megs was the most rude employee i have ever come across to date in a Lowes. I just wanted to do a water exchange. I brought my empty containers and put them in the return receptacle, only for it not to give me a receipt. Megs told me "oh those have not worked in over 5 years." This would not normally be a problem, but they were out of water and I had no proof of my exchange. It was very hard for Megs to get me a receipt of my bottle deposit and treated me like I was less than for requesting such a receipt. Long story short, do not use the water exchange program here. If you do, all you have to tell them is you already gave them a deposit because "all my cashiers know" according to Megs. I'm sure Primo and Lowes will appreciate everyone avoiding the bottle surcharge for new purchases.

The corp rep did nothing to attempt to mollify an order that was in effect 3 days past due. An offer was given to buy locally in order to avoid the food being late, but then never acted upon. Two days is not five days folks at least according to your website. I have shopped with you for ten years plus. That's ending. Really anemic customer service. I had multiple buying options for a specialty food item and chose you over other vendors. Lesson learned. Bye bye.UPDATE- Corp was contacted and was less helpful than the MOD who informed it wasn't actually his store. Nobody did anything whatsoever regarding the concern. Each entity abdicated responsibilty for any and all actions regarding supply chain. Wow.
