Joshua Greene: Boy do I wish we could give negative reviews. I was there for 3 minutes looking at a glider and a table set. They "owner" asked if I needed any help. I said I was just looking at this time and will look for him when I make my decision. Well a couple of minutes later he made my decision for me. He told me he was closing, and it is a Tuesday in May at 1:30pm. I said ok and continued to look at another piece on my way out and he approached me again and told me to leave. He said they were not even open today and to look at the sign on the door. Well, the google search said they were open along with the big neon sign that said open so I would only assume they would be open and not tell the ready to buy customers to leave. Being a great person that I am I told him to have a great day, of course he ignored me. I will go down the street and pay more vs. buying something from this ill ran company. Now I know why they have so much inventory.

Tara Willett: I would give negative stars of i could. We were there about a hour ago and ask the price on some Rattan furniture and the lady said $2,500 no warranty as is. I said the cushions are stained and the lady told me to go buy new then and walked off, after she had already told me it was new. If I'm going to spend $2,500 on 4 chairs there better be a warranty and not stains all over the cushions. Will never go back!! Extremely rude lady!!!

Lynn Will: While they have a huge inventory of quality resin furniture (which I was in the market for) I must say that the gentleman (owner?) was by far the rudest, most depressing, most disagreeable business person I've ever encountered. I soooo wanted to purchase one of the quality products he sells, but no way will our hard earned money go to line this rude, condescending man's pocket. Such a shame as the products are astoundingly beautiful and the quality is amazing.

shofstall6: Showed up with my mother during business hours to find them closed. A mother and young son and an elderly couple were all there too. 4 of us waited a little while. I called the number on the door and had to leave a message. I mentioned there were customers waiting around. Later I received a call back from an angry older guy. He was very rude. Then he proceeded to call me a liar. Said I was the only customer he saw. I wish I could express how crass he was being. Fortunately he hung up on me before I could be offended. Never going to this place again. I think those other “nonexistent” customers will agree.

Jason Buis: We were looking for a local company to purchase a Christmas tree from as we hate big box stores. We happened to see these folks and stopped in. The trees are competitively priced, staff is friendly and helpful, and they have loads of great outdoor equipment that we’ll be looking at come Spring. Definitely recommend.

michael jones: It's an adverage home improvement store. When you need help you have to go find someone. If you need wood then you would have to purchase in store then drive out back to another place to get the wood order that you purchased. To me it is an inconvenience.

Edward Creek: Apparently they like to charge 147.00 for delivery for almost a 1000.00 range, but no appointment just that day, no time. They outsource everything to an outsider. When you call they are clueless and all pretend to be the manager. I get a call at 5:10 they will be here in 10 mins. It’s now 6:52 and they have not arrived. I will never ever spend another dime at Menards and I am doing a 35-40,000.00 kitchen project. Good bye Menards discount store. Don’t do anything that involves a delivery! Finally arrived at 6:55 with no paperwork? WTH.

T Fisher: This establishment is clean, organized, and tidy. I went in looking for steel wire and was immediately helped by a female staff member. She knew exactly what I was looking for and showed me where to get it. I am short in stature and she even helped me get the product I needed down. I was thoroughly impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of this location. I was treated with respect, despite my recent experience with Home Depot. I will continue to patronize this business based on my positive experiences with it. I am a happy customer as well as a returning customer in the future. There is plenty of parking. Bathrooms are located near check out. Items are easy to find and if not there is always staff around to assist you in finding them. I recommend this location.

The employee Ralph at the Evansville store was very helpful and provided knowledge of the equipment.We were ready to make our purchase and required assistance to get the product from their storage area. Dylan (employee) agreed to get our item. We waited for 45 mins and had to ask a few times if the item was coming. Ralph saw us and checked on us. He said he would go to the storage area and help Dylan. Ralph came right up to the front with our grill. This item was very heavy, and Ralph helped us load it into our truck. We never saw Dylan again.Wished Dylan would have asked his co-workers for help to allow us not to wait so long.I appreciate Ralph’s excellent Customer Service!!

Rob Nunley: Megs was the most rude employee i have ever come across to date in a Lowes. I just wanted to do a water exchange. I brought my empty containers and put them in the return receptacle, only for it not to give me a receipt. Megs told me "oh those have not worked in over 5 years." This would not normally be a problem, but they were out of water and I had no proof of my exchange. It was very hard for Megs to get me a receipt of my bottle deposit and treated me like I was less than for requesting such a receipt. Long story short, do not use the water exchange program here. If you do, all you have to tell them is you already gave them a deposit because "all my cashiers know" according to Megs. I'm sure Primo and Lowes will appreciate everyone avoiding the bottle surcharge for new purchases.

Charlie Garrison: They did not have Ni Ca batteries for my dad's 20 year old Skil drill. However they were very helpful in finding him a replacement tool.

When check out gets busy, the line up area can get a bit clustered but I’ve never had to wait long to get thru! So. Many. Plants.
