Tim T: The second you walk in you know this is the place to buy a hot tub. The showroom is insanely cool and so many spas to look at. Kelly was a true professional and helped us find the right spa. Delivery went flawless even with a bit of an obstacle. Jason was patient and helpful going over how to maintain and use. From start to finish, these guys really are the Pros of the Patios!

The delivery staff was outstanding and spent all the time I needed to go over everything. I heard Bassemiers had great customer service but I was still blown away! Can’t wait to do business with them in the future.
Paul Hemmert: I drove seven hours to buy a grill from this facility. One week after buying the grill I had issues with it. Burners wouldn’t fire and I called the store to get help. I called three consecutive weeks with my concerns and no responses after I talk to somebody. He said parts were on the way, but nothing ever showed up. Two weeks later, I still haven’t heard from them. For such a high priced item, you would think they would give a little bit more concern to the customers that paid such an high price for a grill.

I knew that I needed a new insert & that I wanted stone. I had no idea where to start or what steps to take next. Enter Bassemiers team…they helped me every step of the way. They showed me exactly what models would fit my space & helped me choose a hearth that required custom edging to achieve the look that I was going for. I couldn’t decide on a stone. I leaned heavily on them since they see different setups all of the time. Jeff Bassemier took the time to really look at my setup & choose the perfect stone that compliments the hearth & blends perfectly with the floor. I can’t say enough about Bassemiers & their team! Great company! I highly recommend them for any fireplace needs.

I called Bassemiers and Jason talked me through relighting the pilot light. His instructions were clear, precise, and easily understood, and he never sounding annoyed or condescending. One if the electrical terminals literally twisted off with no effort, took it back today Moday 10/18/2021, I showed the factory defect to them, it was clear to see and they said I had to BUY another heater and I could get a small discount off of it. They got me for almost $165.00..Stay clear of this place is my opinionJewell WatsonHello Mr Bassemiers,I do appreciate the discount, to which I was never told the discount amount and we both know what the chances are of the factory claiming this issue, but I hope they do because that is a decent amount of money to just lose over something so simple yet ridiculous but anyways, Why would I PURCHASE another part from here after I just bought this one 2 days ago and especially after the service I have gotten thus far has been this hard? Id hate to see if someone bought a new $14k hot tub and had issues with it. If the issue had been I overtightened or broke it myself, I would have no issues buying another one, it has a factory default, and I showed it to the service guys. I hate having to leave these kind of reviews, but when a business doesn't care enough about their customers after purchasing something that has issues, that is just not right or fair.Have a great day

Jennilyn Brown: I wandered thru the drill section for quite a long time. I'm sure I looked as lost as I felt. Nobody ever asked me if I needed any help. In fact, I didnt even see an associate anywhere. Lowe's is always hit or miss. Either you get a helpful, knowledgable person or you get someone who is just there for a paycheck.
