Sarah bosaw: It took them almost 2 hours to prepare 1 big dinner box. They contracted the delivery to door dash. The order wasn't properly packaged and no safety sealed were placed on the box. The pizza was definitely NOT hot or even warm. I tried calling the store several times, they just specifically were not answering their phones at all. I won't be using them at all in the future, as they don't want the business I'm assuming. Would give 0 starts if possible, not an option.

devin p: I thought it was bad enough when 3 locations within a 10 minute drive from my house stopped servicing the area. I was apparently very wrong. I ordered from the Green River location and had to wait in the drive thru window for over 10 minutes because the "chef" didn't realize I ordered a stuffed crust pizza until the order was almost complete. That's not the end of my most recent experience. I get home and the family sized pasta I got was obviously tilted or flipped over. What little amount of cheese and sauce was in there ended up on the cardboard. Imagine having your family eat mostly dry nasty pasta. That's what you can expect from this chain and this location.

Susan Harris: I order from the Pizza Hut by my house quite often for my 2 teenaged boys as it's diff8for me to stand and cook. I always order on the app so I get my rewards toward the next "free" pizza & the boys will walk up to the drive through window to pick their pizzas up. Since Covid-19 this location has had a difficult time getting anyone to work there inside the store and we (usually the boys) have often been there when the staff was so short there was only 1-2 people in the store working !!!! The pizzas are still made correctly over 95% of the time we order and the workers apologized for the 2-4 minute wait time explaining (NOT WHINING OR COMPLAINING AT ALL) that they are the only ones that showed up to work. They even laughed about it. I don't know their names YET but plan on finding ding out so I can ask that they receive a special recognition !!!In short, these kids are doing an excellent job.(I don't get delivery from here as I live right behind them, so I can't say how the delivery service is.)

My YouTube: Ordered the new Spicy Lovers Veggie pizza. I first want to point out that I didn't modify my pizza in anyway just ordered it how it's originally supposed to be. I get all the way home and see that they forgot the red chili peppers. I call and head back out to burn thru more gas get back home and realize this time my replacement pizza is missing the fiery flakes seasoning and is undercooked the veggies still taste raw. Poor management and waste of money. Don't advertise specialty items then not train your staff properly. 👎

One slice had one pepperoni, one piece of pork, and one piece of beef. The others weren’t much better.

I was given a story about a door dash driver taking the order and then canceling it, was told me order had to be remade and had just been sent out the door with another driver. Not once did anyone contact me about the mix up. Then when the food arrived, it was all cold and had to be microwaved to be able to eat it, which shows the story about it “being remade” was a complete lie. Worst Pizza Hut experience we’ve ever had.

The chicken parm melt was delicious, and getting a one topping personal pan pizza and coke for $5.99 is a steal! That was the most delicious pizza I've had in a long time. The cheesy parm sauce is so yummy.

The past 4 times I have used the app to order my usual go to menu items, they have got my order wrong EVERY single time. First two times they gave me breadsticks instead of the cheesesticks I ordered. third time they gave me breadsticks instead of the cheesesticks I ordered and they put pineapple on my custom pizza which I did not request. Finally tonight, the fourth time, they gave me breadsticks again despite ordering cheese sticks once again. I'm beyond frustrated and confused. I don't normally write these kind of reviews or even call the store itself, but after making this mistake 4 times in a row, I'm personally just done with this restaurant entirely. Giving this place a 2 star is already being generous enough. This mistake should not be made 4 times in a row. All I want is my cheese sticks I bought with my order through the app, is that so hard to ask for?
